  A restart (or reboot) as you describe usually follows a condition of serious error on your laptop that causes Windows reboot. Generally though, you'll get some sort of error message (blue screen) just before the reboot. You can prevent this automatic restart simply by disabling it in system properties options. Just right click on my computer-> properties-> Advanced-> Startup Recovery & -> settings and uncheck the Automatic Restart.

Since I got it, it was freezing when loading, either on the screen, the opening of the office, or even in full me work on something load.
