  There is a different verson of 9.2.1 released by Apple to fix the error 'January 1, 1970.  It is only available through iTunes, not live.

  I tried typing "reactivate", and it automatically corrected to 'disable '. Twice. Why? I say again, WHY? I tried to type a word which * is * a Word, in fact finally I was walking on a dictionary, he was there.   The problem is that the version of your OS X may be too old to support the latest version of iTunes.

  It refers to the version of iTunes on the computer. The latest version of iOS requires the latest version of iTunes, which is 12.3.3. The corrective action at that time depends on what version of the OS of the computer you are using. For Windows, you should just be able to update iTunes, but for a Mac, it will depend on your version of the OS X. iTunes 12.3.3 requires OS X 10.8.5 or more.

  The latest version of iTunes is 12.3.2 which requires at least OS X 10.8.5 (Mountain Lion, coming out in 2012) to House it.
