  I have a vacuum ion Kurt j. Lesker 354 that puts an analog 0 - 9v representing vacuum in Torr pressure.

  I have trouble getting the custom scale to work. I tried to use the polynomial scale custom DAQ assistant because I need a logarithmic scaling.

  The manual of KJL354 gives the analog output (log-linear from 0 to 9 VDC, 1 volt per decade)

  As you can see, the depression most high to 1 ^(-10), is zero volts, and each volt represents a magnitude 10, vacuum pressure reduction to 5 ^(-2)

• New problems of MAX

  My MAX has updated, and it has a new interface.  I have the following problems:

  1. before the update, I was able to send hex by series.  For example, I use "\x0A\x10" to write 0 to 10 hex on my device via the serial port.  Now, under the/out option, I can write only orders.  How can I write hex with the new MAX?

  2. before the update, I was able to change all the parameters of the serial port, but now I can't.  There are only a few settings you can change under I/O, but options (such as the stop character) are now much more limited.

• Problems with MAX tasks on different stand-alone

  Hallo!

  I have problems with my MAX-tasks and my V12 Dasylab on different stand-alone.

  I have 3 devices on the first PC.

  OR USB-6009 dev1

  NEITHER USB-6210 dev2

  NEITHER USB-6501 dev3

  Now, I had programmed a file Dasylab which uses the device 2 and device 3. Everythink worked fine. I exported my MAX configuration for unit 2 and unit 3 and imported on the second PC. But that Dasylab was not able to find the right tasks for my program on the second PC, even if MAX everythink that went well. The only solution was to delete all tasks and create them again. But then I tried to open the program stored on my first PC again and I had the same problem, Dasylab was not able to find the right tasks, only solution was to remove the stains and create them again. I tried to reset the configuration of my Dasylab with the "Synchronize with MAX-configuration" option, but it wasn't succsessful. DASYLab gave an errormessage, not mentioning not what exactly is the problem.

  Can anyone help?

  I am currently trying to implement a context menu that is customized with my webworks app. So far I'm not creating a normal webworks / bbUI app, but I'm trying to add some features of bbUI. So to speak, I have a few different elements in my application, each of them triggers the context menu, as expected. So far so good. But now I have some problems to detect which element / div has triggered the call from context menu. How can I get this information?

  You need the feature called custom context. This will give you that you the information on that DIV has been pressed. When you set your DIV, add a tag called:data-webworks-context

• Huge problem with my account and Customer Service

  I like the software and products, but I have to say that the customer service was the worst I have experienced in a long time.  The last 5 days have been hell.  Let me explain.  My sub was scheduled to end on 26/11/2015.  He was going to renew and I frankly, as a student, not the means to do so at the price.  When I explained my problem to an agent, she said she would take off auto renew and said: I can re - register with the current promotion.  I thought wow that's great, that she sent me an email of confirmation of this.  11/26 so I renew now, everything seemed well on my end. When I looked at my bank statement I see the full price.  I chat with 2 people who said there was nothing that they could do for me is the price, and I explained to him that I understood, but the agent told me otherwise.  A 3rd officer said as she promised it we will honor it.  So far, I've been very happy.  It reimburses the renewal and implements the new sub 09/12/2015.  Here's where the hell is happening.

He wanted problem draw apps.  I said that they all work and that there was a problem in the recognition of my membership.  I explained the screenshots and still nothing.  He wanted to deal with the issues the blow by blow.  I have a problem with Lightroom, so he wants to send me the Photo team, do not understand that this is a symptom of something of a bigger problem. I decide I'll try Photo team, at least, then I could fix it and work.  The guys on the team photo was very nice, even if he could tell that I was very frustrated.  He explained that there might be a problem with the application.  So I installed on another computer.  He made a screenshare and how I showed him the tab account and 'ready to buy' screen that I saw.  I am enrolled in my application with his account creds and understood that there is no question here.  He then said that I was right and that there was a problem of ID with my ID and he needed that escalate to this team.  That it can take 24-48 hours to fix on the back.

  How am I supposed to be creative and use these applications with all this back.  Escalations will teams do not look at the problems, agents who are really just read from a script, it feels and have no way to help with an unusual problem.  Everything is stereotyped and they want to do the same procedures, no matter how many times you already have or how from a common sense point of view really does not apply.  It made me rethink where the it products worth despite this lack of service, help and perhaps delays.  I could lose a job because of it, and I paid for the entire year already.  I paid and still cannot use my services entirely.  I apologize for the length of the present, I have not nowhere else to turn.  Everyone knows this?  Can someone on staff help?  Here, I'm desperate.

• problems printing Illustrator cs5 size custom on mac

  I've been using illustrator cs5 on my pc, and without any problems, I was able to print the custom of 19 x 9 size (480 x 220 mm) on my printer HP Officejet size large format 7000.

  I changed my computer with a macbook pro. But now when I want to get documents printed to the printer prints about 3 percent less than the actual size.

  I couldn't understand the problem that some have told me that HP 7000 is not a postscript printer, and that's why I'm having this problem.

  But if I print letter size or A4 size it prints OK. I try to print with sis adjustment to the order page, but still could not managed to print actual size.

  Can someone help me?

  Thanks for the tip, I saved the drawings in PDF with a custom paper size and opens the document in acrobat and I was able to print actual size.

  and saw two buttons to switch the value of the 'State' to 'Normal' or 'photo', it resizes the component properly to the small size, but that goes back to the smaller size to the largest size, it does not play the transition. It just makes small to large immediately.

  The strange thing is, however, that if I use a tag < s:HGroup > instead of < s:TileGroup > it works like a charm, so I guess that's not so much the custom component or skin that is causing problems.

  When I put the transition of the size of the component itself instead of in her skin, then it works as expected, but I think that transitions should be defined in the skin and not in the component itself, right?

  I do something wrong or didn't I just encountered a bug maybe?

  It took me a while to realize it was.  TileLayout organises its elements in a grid of 'cells' and each cell is the same size (the size of the largest component).  Then, each element is placed in its own cell because the horizontalAlign/verticalAlign properties.  By default, TileLayout a horizontalAlign = justify which means that extends the element to the size of the cell.  In order to have an effect of resizing plays on the skin of the element does not really have any effect.  He gets to work when the shrinkage, but fails more and larger, I guess because the increase in the width of an element affects all cells, while the lower has not.

  So I think the right thing to do here is to either wrap a group around the Rect and mentioned target that you like, or the TileGroup.horizontalAlign left/center/right value.

• Flash CS4 problem of multiple selection, scale/position

  Hello.

  I noticed that if you have a flash cs4 AS2 where you need to make a zoom and zoom out effect on several elements, you will have a time painful building this scale + position effect. Let me explain.

  We all know that when you use the free transform tools, you have the processing area + small circle that define the location of the effect "Centre" of the issue. Regardless of the location of this small circle, when you zoom it will go away in the opposite direction and the opposite is also true. So far, it works perfectly.

  However if you take the time to put this small circle for all your element perfectly and test it with everything, you should be able to select ALL of your items at the same time and perform the same motion as if you were doing it on one right? Well no.

  If you do this with a single element and play with the scale (with the constraint), it does what you want. But if you select all, you will discover quickly enough that it no longer works. You will also discover that it is adding a NEW small circle ('central' position) that is shifted. Fair enough, I move this circle in the exact spot of the zoom effect, then try to do the zoom and TADAM... it does not work, is still playing with the scale/position management.

  Z. Ctrl deselect everything, then try again with 1 single random element? work perfectly. Try with all of them at the same time? do not work.

  Remember all these zoom element in the same place, then you should have no problem with the new small circle as you move to the same place as the other. But none. even if it is there, it will always be scale/position to the South where it supposed to be. Do everything at the same time while fixing this circle should save you time, but right now it's exactly the opposite, an effect that could take an hour to do will take me the whole day, if not more.
