Availability of HDMI G60-519

I have a laptop HP-G60-519, and I noticed a plugged HDMI port. There is a HDMI adapter to add for this model or it required a different motherboard integrated HDMI output? Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

There is not an adapter that adds that. It is part of the motherboard and select only CQ60 and G60

the models have the port. The following image shows the systemboards laptop CQ60 & G60.

Is the HDMI port on the HP G60-440US output only or can I download from a mini-DV camcorder to the laptop via HDMI port?

    Hello

The HDMI port on your machine is output only and the mini HDMI port for your video cam is also for production only. If you want to transfer video video camera for you on your computer you must use different ports such as USB ports.

  • Help: Exit HDMI DTS-DN850 intermittently stops working after startup. OK, after reboot.

Hello.  I recently started having problems with my SDR-DN850.  Almost every week or so, after turing the unit, no output is available via HDMI.  I get the error "to alert up to now' on the TV. No change on the receiver seems to make a difference (the first time this happened, I spent more than an hour of troubleshooting). After that I did the reset of the receiver (used in the power buttun until it), it works normally again.  Of course, I have to reprogram all my settings.  Then it works very well for a period of time, up to what happen.

Any thoughts before I have contact support?  It seems that it will be very difficult to correct because it generally works very well.  I fear an endless cycle of management of sending the camera, they are doing something, get back, reoccures problem after some time, send it again, etc.

    Thanks to a bouquet.

    Hello AutomaticEight,

Looks like the hand like a common problem where the HDMI output has been changed accidentally.  In the upper left corner of your remote is the HDMI output button.  If this button is pressed accidentally, you can as long as you mention.

Whenever you press the button, the output will be switched as follows:

    HDMI A - HDMI B - A + B - HDMI HDMI OUT

If you use only the HDMI A Output on your receiver STRDN850, being in the B HDMI or HDMI OUT both will appear as a No Signal on your TV.  You can check the current status on the display of your receiver.  To 'recover' the cycle of the HDMI return to your A. HDMI output

    Hope that this is sufficient,

    Chris

  • Qosmio G40 - Windows 7 64 bit and missing drivers

Hello.. recently, I upgraded my G40 for win7 64 bit and was very appalled by all the missing drivers.

    up to now

1 Cd/hd dvd drive - driver not supported on this product - it was when he was on vista 32 - now, I just get error in cd player. ??
2 tuner tv - no driver available
3 av controller - no driver available
acoustic silencer 4 - no driver available
5 finger printing software - driver installed - no hardware not found? It certainly has one... I'm looking to him.
6 - no available driver hdmi Control Manager
7 infrared driver driver - not available

some of these drivers I can do without - (finger print im not worried of 0, but the CD/HD DVD player is a real problem...)
IM normally reasonably well with all these drivers installed... but it seems there's not there... or they do not see the hardware... Please help.

As I see some Win7 64-bit drivers are available. For all the missing drivers are trying to use the Vista 64 bit drivers.
As far as I know free Win7 drivers are for upgrade only for Toshiba offers only important factors.
Have you ever tried to use Vista 64-bit drivers for lack of hardware components?

  • What will be the promised for k 4 HDMI support for 55ZL2 available update?

Why is there always the limit for the 1. 4B inputs HDMI 1920 x 1080.
The HDMI-based specifications at least there must be support upward
given to 30 Hz for 4 k content via HDMI.

Also, he had been promised by Toshiba that all UHD TVs with the NFTC engine
get this update of the firmware already in the last year.
So far, it is still not available. It's a shame, related to the huge
money I spent for this TV.

    Hello

Unfortunately I think that no one here can offer some info on the new firmware. This is the forum user and here we do not find an official statement on this subject.

From time to time, check the firmware update page and check if new firmware is available for download.
Installed the latest firmware? I mean, later, that you can find on http://www.toshiba-om.net/firmware.php?

    Hi @NeoMetalz

Sorry, I missed your reply on this thread. You did almost all the troubleshooting that can be done at this stage. One last thing checks to see if your BIOS needs to be updated or a note. This third party link will show you how to do this. If you have an earlier version then F.54A then install this BIOS update.

If this does not work then I would recommend to call our hotline, because they will be able to connect remotely to your computer to see what's happening.  You can reach HP Total Care at 1-800-474-6836 in North America or Start here outside of North America.

  • HP G60-230US laptop HDMI output never fills TV screen

Interface using HDMI Cable output on my HP G60-230US laptop (Vista and built-in by default Intel graphics software), the image on a LCD TV ever fills the screen - it is only about half as bigger than the screen.  This happens on two LCD TVs in my house - both a new LG 1080 p and an older Magnavox 720 p set. I tried to set the resolution of the screen pretty much all values listed, but nothing has worked.  I have another laptop (an old Lenovo T60p

with a higher end graphic card), that has a DVI output.  When I use it with a DVI-hdmi cable, two TVs show the total size of the image.

Any suggestions on how to get the output full size on a HP G60-230US hdmi TV?

This is the case of the question, with graphics and display using HDMI to image...

I see you have graphics card intel card... here are the steps on the scale manually to the top of the image...

    • Right-click on the Windows desktop, and then click graphics properties to launch the Intel graphics properties window.
    • Click the arrow next to the scaling and select Customize Aspect Ratio
    • Now move the slider beside the horizontal/vertical scale until the image fit to the screen

The Asus has chipset intel intigrated while my HP Nvidia Graphics making the display settings on both computers laptops different vista.

Also, I downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers so they are perfectly up-to-date.

    Hello

Download and install the latest version of buttons to quick launch on the link below.

  • On the Read tab, the HDMI audio device is not available. WHY?

    I have a laptop G60 - 414 CA using Windows & and Conexant SmartAudio 221 HighDef.

What happens if you run this utility to update driver Intel?

  • The HDMI Option is not available in Windows 7 (x 64) [HP Pavilion DV5 Entertainment Notebook PC 1138-NR]

I recently updated my laptop from Vista Home Premium (x 64) 7 Ultimate (x 64). I currently have my laptop connected to a HP w2338h monitor with built-in speakers, and he gave me the opportunity to use it in Vista. When I upgraded, I have the video perfectly but the sound does not work. I checked my reading devices, but there is no HDMI output. Oh and I installed the IDT Audio driver and the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator for Windows Update. Any ideas?

    Thank you!

SOLVED! The problem for me was that the driver Intel itself was not compatible for some reason any. If you go to start > right click on computer > click Properties > click on Device Manager on the side > go to sounds and Audio devices > click Intel High Deffinitions Audio HDMI

When you go through the process of updating, there is a second option for the driver himself called high Deffinitions Audio Device. Use this driver instead and VOILA! Now it works perfectly fine.

  • G60-513NR - how many monitors taken in charge

I am able to run the laptop, as well as a VGA monitor monitor, as well as a HDMI monitor and a USB port monitor all at once on a laptop G60-513NR?  Laptop has all these available ports.

    Hi tbn14,

Welcome to the forums of hp. Thank you for yor query.

Unfortunately, your laptop is able to process one entry at a time due to considerations of graphics card.

You should be able to run the following configuration:

HDMI + Usb Monitor or VGA + Usb Monitor.

May I recommend that you look at getting a KVM switch is better able to handle multiple monitors.

Hope this Helps.I speaks for me and not for HP.

  • How can I get multi channel audio via the HDMI port on an early 2015 MacBook Pro?

I try to get the 7.1 audio channels to flow from my MacBook Pro to a cinema set up. The display works fine now I plug the HDMI in however the sound still Mac speakers. I checked the settings and no HDMI output is available. An airtime option is available, but that returns only two channels as a maximum to the receiver. When I go to the configuration of the source on the receiver it receives video at 1080 p 60herts however it is specifically stated No Audio from the Source.

Also, I have connected my iPhone 6 s more using an Apple through the same HDMI cable adapter and it works perfectly. We also use HDMI with our PS4 occasionally and it works perfectly, even with the 3D.

Thus, the MacBook Pro is early 2015 with an i5, the receiver is a Harmon Kardon AVR 2700 (we run 7.1 channels of this) and we are connecting via the HDMI port through a 50 ft HDMI before. The receiver sends the audio to a projector with 1080 p 60 hertz if it changes anything...

Also if it helps the receiver supports dts - hd master audio decoding, Dolby True HD/Digital Plus decoding, HDMI 1.4 (HDMI is compatible 2.0), as well as multi-channel input and PCM and linear PCM.

    I use a "Behringer UCA202' audio device I bought on amazon.com for only $29.

It works very well for the audio 5.1 or 7.2. Works connect optical toslink. Just plug it into a usb port on your Mac and a cable optical toslink to your AV receiver.

My Yahmaha 7.2 audio/video receiver is measuring process the digital signal in THX, DTS, Dolby digital Pro logic, a cinema, etc.

  • Cables HDMI Apple work - others do not?

After struggling for several days, trying to use a new Air 2 with an adapter of lightning AV HDMI Out WITHOUT success, I joined the forum to get answers. Of course, I tried two HDMI cables different and two tv sets different. Of course, I replaced the Digital AV adapter and resumed the trial, and then finally it came down to visit the Apple store 35 miles!

Their trial has proved that the HDMI cable I own and brought with me was the problem, because as soon as they hung one of their HDMI cables - voila! The display was evident on their TV.

In addition to the thickness of the Apple being less than the standard HDMI cable HDMI cable, I am owner and see available all the time, what special "magic" exists inside the Apple HDMI cable to get an Air 2 using a lightning AV adapter to work?

In case you ask each of the two HDMI cables I own and used in my first attempts are both viable and have been successfully Imaging my HD camcorder to a TV and other manifestations of LCD projectors.

  • Is there such a thing as dispatcher HDMI cable?

I want to connect my ATV4 to my TV and my stereo. Are there good HDMI cable dispatchers markets available? Such a thing would be called a 'splitter '?

Seems unlikely due to HDCP problems. Of course, you can connect ATV to the receiver and the receiver to the TV, but this means that you must have to use ATV receiver. There are devices that divide the HDMI audio for an optical link. If it works for you? If the TV has an optical output, you can get audio out to your receiver. Here's my setup.
