Azur ActiveDirectory

I have a question about active directory in Azure, we are looking for a way to lock down our local machines, we do not want to allow users to be unable to do anything on the local machines but only work programs.

We do not want to give all users access to the Control Panel, uninstall/install application etc.
Currently, everyone has admin access, we need to fix. After talking to a Microsoft representative informed me that azure offers aspects to that. However, I can't find any documentation anywhere regarding this.

Azure will be able to perform this task, or is a local server with windows 2016 the way forward?

  • possible to install the DIAdem on Azure VM?

    Hello

I use DIAdem Advanced from 2012 on the computer to work with a current license user name. I also want to install a copy on my computer at home, which I have not yet bought. The challenge is that it will be very expensive to build a home computer which will result in the computing power, I need. The ideal case would be to use a laptop computer at low price and leave a virtual machine to do the work of the road. At this point, I was wondering if type name-user license agreement allows for installation on a personal virtual machine, e.g. Azure?

Any suggestions, I would so much appriciate.

    Best regards

    Hi, amel.

In general there is no problem with tiara running in a virtual machine.  If you want to connect from a mobile low powered computer to high-powered tiara, your typical options are a cloud, Citrix, or remote desktop connection.  If you keep your license by name, then only the first two options will work from a licensing perspective.  Tiara in the cloud requires a local permit or a license server in the cloud as well.  I'm guessing that your license based on the current name will continue to support clients tiara in the intranet of your company, so that he can't do that and customer support of cloud at the same time.  You could split your server licenses in two small license servers, however.

  • Site to Site VPN on AZURE

I have a VPN site-to-site existing on Azure and Azure a new subnet created on the local network that must be able to reach.

I added the new subnet within azure for the VPN and add a static route on the RRAS server win 2012 for routing.

On the initial installation of a RRAS-Site VPN site (I didn't configure it) I think the interesting traffic specified must be sent through the VPN Tunnel, but I knew how to specify the new subnet via RRAS, I don't want to delete and re-create the VPN Site to Site.

Y at - there anyone who can help please.

    Thank you

I'm having this problem configuration password synchronization attempt as Azure AD Connect indicates the field AD Azure is not added but it is clearly I can see it in the Azure and Office 365 admin portal. The field shows also verified in both places, so I'm at a bit of miss with this one.

  • Azur subscriptions are absent from Azure portal in Google Chrome, but available in Microsoft Edge using the same account credentials

    Hi all

Has anyone seen this problem? I have connected in Edge and Chrome with my account information Azure to see that Chrome States I have no subscriptions! It's a bit of concern, because it seems that I might try to recreate the details that would be a problem.  I miss something here, is there a local encrypted file / configuration affecting this or is this a problem in need of a fix as soon as POSSIBLE?

Also annoying that I just tried to select Azure in the section category before posting and * Azure * does not exist, but the problem started in Azure and this is where I ended up following the link! Ouch.

    Any information appreciated.

  • Can't RDP to Windows Server 2012 R2 Azure VM

After a potential bug on the blue fabric blue, I lost the ability to connect to two separate Azure VM.

Initially, they don't even start. I had to move the OS VHD to virtual machine resumed, run a fix on startup files and then replace the virtual hard disk.

Now their initialization, but trying to RDP, it is just a black screen.

I am able to UNC path to the file system, then I copied the *.evt (Event Viewer) of logs to the wide one of the virtual machine.

I see something about immediately, in the section of the observer Application events:

Name of the failing application: LogonUI.exe, version: 6.3.9600.17415, time stamp: 0x5450541b
Name of the failed module: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.3.9600.17415, time stamp: 0 x 54505737

There is more to this, but these are the main lines. I have a feeling that this could be the cause of this black screen problem. I have not all backups of virtual machines.

Is this a problem that can only be fixed by an engineer of azure with host access? Does anyone have any comments about this? I'm enough options.

    Thank you

  • Unable to connect to Azure from Visual Studio

I get this error when trying to connect to Visual Studio.

This isn't that big of a deal since my product key has already been applied because it is an MSDN subscription download. However, when I try to connect to Azure, is there NO cursor on the user name box. I tried to stick the user name, the text pasted but just the button throws an error, although it is valid email. I feel that these two issues are related and so on secondment.

BTW, I'm using VS 2013 update 5 (a brand new installation, I also fixed so I hope that nothing related to the facility is the cause.)

  • Why Azur sucked so much?

Yes - I need to constantly harp on this Microsoft product. Azure, in short, really blows.

    • I have a put forest in place - completely in Azure
    • 1 ms a primary DNS server
    • 1 Server secondary DNS (also a domain controller)
    • We're talking so nice and easy integrated AD replication here and my DNS completed initial replication very well
    • I also have a file running ADFS server I have an IIS server

While everything worked two days ago, I came today and HEY MY DNS ISN 'T WORK!

On more than discovery, ALL MY CARDS have changed during the night all the DNS addresses have been deleted I can't join computers to the domain when I add in DNS servers... I lose connectivity to this machine quite

GOOD GOD WHEN MICROSOFT WILL UNDERSTAND THIS THING? He is number two of the month and my second test. I'm NOT going to pay Microsoft for support in a trial. Does not even worth with this - it's just not frustration. I certainly will not recommend this to ONE of my clients!
