• Premiere Pro cc gel 2015.4 on import AVCHD

  I recently upgraded from CS6 to CC2015

  10.9.6 version

  2 x 2.66 GHz Quad - Core Intel Xeon

  16 GB 1066 MHz DDR3

  After you import the 3rd batch of AVCHD .mts vid to my project through the media browser, I receive a perpetual pinwheel of death. I have the project on the hard drive with the OS and the cache on a second disc. I put the memory with 12 GB dedicated to the first and 4 for other applications.

  Should I go back to an older copy of first, upgrade the operating system, encode it prior to importing for the first time, etc.?

  Any help would be appreciated.

  My first post with an important issue. I am a producer/editor who was on the CC 2015 for a short period and published a number of episodes on the system with small problems until the update of June and now the 2015.4 update. I am not the most technical or computer savy, but did very well provide 14 half-hour episodes on Fox Sports West but I need help with this problem and I'm not proud and seem to take about 1/2 information on the positions of the community... so go slow and carefully explain to that old fart!

  I have AVCHD MTS files in 1920 by 1080 p and Go Pro MP4 clips all went offline and are not rebind. Here is the error I get when trying to recreate a link:

  

  I spent almost three days just organize and re-labeling more 2 000 clips are getting ready to start editing. I still have clips to categorize and put in folders. After the set 2015.4 to update all the re-labeling I did are offline. Some of the clips that I don't have a new wording seem to have been affected by the update and other clips not labeled are offline... weird. I hadn't started to edit all sequences so I thought I'd be sure to make the update... YIKES!

  I deleted the Cache of media under Edit/Preferences/Media and clicked on 'clean' and it seemed to do it's thing but it does not change the issue. I received the same error message as above. In addition, I tried to import the same go Pro MP4 files offline and I get an error "unsupported format or damage file message."  When I try to recreate a link to or re-import my MTS files I get an error, "the importer reported a generic error." I can't afford to start over and lose all this time and it seems not that I could even to reimport the files at this point.

  I have not tried to rename the folder with all the clips and try a repeat... What do I do and is there any workaround? How is it that this does not show up in tests of Adobe before they released the update today?

  I've never been so frustrated and it has really questioned my spiritual maturity but I wear pretty thin and I'm ready to blow up a gas git! Thank you for your kind reply. It seems very difficult to get to Adobe directly, so I really appreciate this forum and any suggestions you may have.

• First Pro CC moving very slowly since the upgrade to 2015.3

  I've updated the other day to 2015.3 and nothing in trouble have since then. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and even tried to go back to the 2015.2 version, but when I did I couldn't open one of my old projects. When I say that it moves very slowly, it is probably an understatement. It takes about nine minutes to open a project, and 8-9 minutes extra for video clips appear in the library. I'm on Windows 10 with a processor I7 with 16 G of RAM. I have never had any problems with first Pro CC in the past and like it, but this is crazy. So now, I have nine value terabyte of videos that I can't do something with and have eight days before the project is due. It would normally take me a few days to do what I'm trying to do, but at the rate he now travels would take me probably months. I hope I can find a fix quickly before I have to go to another editing software so that I can meet my deadlines.

  I found out with the help if you go into preferences, then to the media and uncheck the box "Enable accelerated h.264 decoding (reboot required) Intel" then he corrects this problem. So if you are shooting with a Sony or anything that uses AVCHD format, then you need to do.

  I have recently updated since Photoshop CC 2015 to 2015.5 and have two recurring questions. The first is that the application crashes when opening. I can usually get it to open after the cut of my Windows user account, and then again.

  The second, more urgent, the bug occurs when I have an image open in Photoshop and then open the filter of ACR.   For clarity, I am running Windows 7 Pro, on a production color monitor calibrated, and all the color settings are functioning. This problem of ACR filter is apparently a bug in the Adobe software.

  You have more than one screen?

  We have seen some recent cases where the ACR module does not use the correct display profile. AFAICR the P221 is a unit of the range wide, right? It seems therefore that the ACR filter is not using this profile, but rather one for another display. This explains the supersaturation.

  In most cases (but not all), the primary and secondary display on the level of the switching system clears the problem.

  Note that you should not change anything on the "Advanced" tab, leave it alone to default values. All you need to do is done in the "Devices" tab

  Simply replace with 6.5.1 6.1.1 in the linked guide.

  Since I updated lightroom yesterday to version 2015.6 the performance on my machine is incredible bad.

  My system:

  -MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012)

  -2.3 GHz Intel Core i7

  -16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

  -NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024Mo

  -OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

  Lightroom synchronizes actually 1400 photos, but even if I stop this process, LR uses CPU so I can't work in other programs like Photoshop (updated yesterday, too). I detected this performance problem as PS freezes when I used the Healing Brush tool.

  

  I don't know what's happening LR, but is not ideal for my workflow.

  Does anyone have an idea?

  If I close LR I can work in PS, even though the Healing Brush tool is slower than in the version before. But I can't always close and open LR.

• After the update of PP 2015.3, old project of opening blocked computer windows 10

  Maybe it's another symptom of problems already reported today, but it looks different.  I have several projects that worked well until what I upgraded to PP 2015.3 this morning.  Now all begin to load, begin their reprocessing of the audio peaks and the part through the entire computer crashes. The mouse does not respond, the Windows key causes, etc.  I have to restart the computer.  The computer is a Windows 10 computer updated with a lot of horses and disk space and doesn't show any problem with other programs, including other updates of products, such as Adobe Photoshop 2015.5.  I tried to create a new project and import a unique piece of video, and that seems to work but it was a much smaller project that I usually use.  The video is all .m2ts format.

  It is a very big problem for me.  I need of a fix or a solution workaround!

  He gave up after a long chat session with Adobe technology to use my remote machine, and put back me on 2015.2.  All the works. Looks like the new version fails on all of my AVCHD files.

  6.6 is far too slow, so I'll try to get back to 2015.5.1

  I downloaded the 247 meg file and extract. Windows 10.

  I double click on the AdobePatchInstaller to start the process, but it fails every time. Error log indicates file not found.

  Adobe has recognized this bug introduced in LR 6.4 / CC 2015.4.  You have two options:

  -Wait until 6.5 / 2015.5 is released, maybe in a month or two.

  2015.3 is the creative Cloud of Lightroom version. It is very similar to Lightroom 6.3 (but 2015.3 has dehaze and one or two other characteristics as 6.3 Lightroom doesn't have).

  Your Canon 7 d raw Mark II photos will import correctly in Lightroom 2015.3 and also in Lightroom 6.3.
