• Backup - Snapshot issue / question.

  Greetings,

  I have a fairly new 5.5 ESXi update 2 installation (Essentials). (September 2014).  Currently, I have only a VM on it. It is a stand-alone Server SBS 2011 standard conversion.  The virtual machine works fine without any problems.
  

  The only issue I'm having is with my Barracuda backup system.   It fails at the end of the backup while trying to create a snapshot. I know what you think.  "Why I write this here? '...
  

  I go back with the support of Barracuda.  Everything that they asked me to check, host-wise, wise system and guest-wise I could do and are come empty-handed.  See between the asterisks below for tit last correspondence I had with them (they did the highlighting).
  

  I'm not very well the workings of VMware, so I don't really know where to go from here. Because I came before empty, I'm not even sure that Barracuda is on the right track here.  But I need to get back to them before they will help me any further.  I just need to some advice and assistance to determine if it actually, the question, and if it is, how to remedy or continue troubleshooting.

• Apple Watch issues with training app on constantly

  Since updating to iOS Apple Watch 2.2 Ive noticed that my drive icon is almost constantly on and it empties my watch of Sport of 42mm and the iPhone battery 6. I can't find any information on this anywhere? None of these training options are on what seems to be the case. Green sensors are almost constantly on? Any ideas how to do to stop this? It never happened before the update to iOS.

• CUE 2.3.1 backup FTP issues

  CUE is to achieve the correct backup FTP directory because the file history.log was placed in this directory. Not sure if it has something to do with the FTP software we use - FileZilla.

  Normally, we require that it be able to create directories in the pathname specified as the backup location. I think very little, it will create a directories Configuration_1 and donnees_1 (the number may be incremented until however in many cases of backup configured; default 5, I think). The best thing to do would be to check the filezilla logs to see what he tried to do when it was denied and then create these directories.

• Fake Apple Watch heart rate data

  I noticed something very weird with my Apple Watch. I stopped wearing for 2 weeks and during that time, I allowed the battery on the Apple Watch battery elapse.   I did not personally this experience with my watch (sport 38mm watch OS 2.2).

  However, I may be able to provide a little insight into the question:

  Apple Watch knows when it is connected to its charger and will not trigger the sensor even if prompted, it seems more likely to me that one-third of the app is written to your healthy heart rate data.

  To check, go to the health > Sources and listed under 'Apps' there should appear a list of allowed applications to interact with and write data.

  You can check that these applications are not write data.

• Apple Watch ios9 battery drain

  I've had my Apple Watch for months now and shift ios9 a few days ago. Since then, I get 12 hours of battery on my watch. I have not used any differently or excessively. Even today (a holiday the pulbic), I have been mainly just on the couch, no exercise & have not played a little bit about it. Yet, the battery died within 12 hours.

  The following steps have contributed to solve the problems with the life of the battery for some users:

  Try to restart your iPhone and watch. Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first:

• Cold backup with online redo logs

  I'm working on 10G in AIX for a single instance
  It's just a general db backup & restore issue, but I have something confused.
  
  I'll take a cold backup with my database ARCHIVELOG.
  No wonder why make a backup of cold because it's a test database that can suffer from loss of data and the time during backup.
  I read some guides. They all mentioned to back up all the data files and control files.
  When restoring I copy all saved data files and control files to the default location.
  Then mount boot;
  Is the last step before opening the database recover database until cancel;
  For the acknowledgement, I do the database recovery command, because again the online newspapers were not saved, so we must recover in order to reset the redo logs.
  For my question, I would be in a position of order recovery of database, then directly the database starts, if I backed up online redo logs and copy the default location when restoring?
  However, I have read a lot of documents that mentions that it is not proposed to backup online redo logs. Is it simply the case that ONLY applied in the backup hot? Do you think all that for my case, cold backup online redo logs is recommended?

• How to redefine the function in nsLoginManager.js inside the omni.jar

  I want to redefine a function. I find the definition inside the omni.jar in the nsLoginManager.js file. If I rename omni.jar in omni.zip, I can see the content, but if I try to drag a nsLoginManager.js update to archive, Windows 7 complains that the archive is corrupt. I tried to put an extra copy in nsLoginManager.js in the components directory, but it does not prevail on the definition on the other.

• Inconsistent battery life

  So I recently bought an Apple Watch.

  I'm still trying to figure out the best use of the watch to maximize autonomy.

  Yesterday, I thought I had finally cracked, I got 60% battery at the end of the day life. However, today my battery drained at 16:00. My usage was almost identical, and the two days, I loaded my watch all night.

• Look paired with my phone, but iOS app is not matched

  Been using my Apple Watch Sport for about a month now and no problems until last week. My watch has begun to display the small red icon with the line through representative that it was not connected to my phone. So I reset my phone and my watch and no luck. Well, I opened the iOS app to watch to cancel the twinning and fix it again. I have not matched the watch through the app, but it wont let me re-pair. Strange thing, now that my watch is now associated with my phone and works well, however, the iOS app is still not stating that this is not coupled. Any suggestions?

  In order to restore normal function, try the following steps:

  On your watch: tap Settings > General > reset > erase content and settings.

  This will reset your watch to the factory settings.
