• Upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.1.5 for Global HRMS

  We implement R12.1.3 HRMS (International Setup) and have come to understand that some of the features we are looking for are available with R12.1.5. Faced with this situation, we are looking for an answer on the following queries:
  
  1 R12.1.5 need separate license? Or R12.1.3 license would cover R12.1.5 as it sounds like an incremental upgrade.
  2. not finding good documentation on R12.1.5 on metalink. Is there a shareable PVR if someone of you have it with you.
  3. This would probably be my first question. Is R12.1.5 a public release? I ask this question because I am not good information available on the upgrade to R12.1.5 roadmap.
  4. apply these features in R12.1.5 as one-off spots on R12.1.3?

  Same license (assuming that you already have HRMS license).

  If you are referring to release update HRMS Pack 5 for release 12.1, then you should have the docs referenced above.

  The latest version of 12.1.x is 12.1.3 and Oracle has no expected out any release upper 12.1.x - the next version will be 12.2

  Yet once, if you are referring to HRMS release update Pack 5 for release 12.1 then the answer is 'Yes'.

• Windows Easy Transfer for Windows 7 has fatal error on XP system

  Transfer worked for anout an hour then the old computer updated automatically and restarted. During the reboot of "Windows Easy Transfer for ws 7" after the message to plug the easy transfer cable, a fatal error occurs and the program stops.

  Any suggions on how to start the top yet?  The new computer is looking for the connection.

  I am running Vista Home Premium 64-bit sp2 and upgrade to Windows 7 Pro. I know I need everything back up, install 7 and then restore my data and programs. When I install Windows Easy Transfer, it downloads very well, then on run I get 'Stand Alone Windows Update installation', then "Looks For Updates" and then "update applies to my system" and nothing, fact. I made sure I download the Easy Transfer for Vista 64 bit, but I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Ten minutes after I hung up the phone before my eyes, I saw my moving mouse and registration to the Bank again! I hit Ctrl Alt Delete. He seemed to stop him. Goose bumps! Then, I saw a file begin to open upwards! Yet once, I hit Ctrl Alt Delete. I hope that little ball, but I'm afraid not. I had my credit card number has changed.

  I failed repeatedly to transfer my massive photo library of my iMac to my MacBook.  Everything else went well.  I used screen sharing and also I tried to do it via a USB key.  Whenever I get a message that failed after a short time.  I really want to bring in my last album of 100 photos that I just added to the iMac after the holidays.  I have a lot of albums titled with every trip and this one is all that needs to move, but I can't figure out how to just the new album.  In the past, after each trip, I would wear just the entire library of photos this time that I removed.  Please let me know how to do this one way or another.

• Slow data transfer for USB flash drives

  When I transfer a file to a USB flash drive, the transfer is very slow. I checked my USB host controllers and they work very well. There seems not to be of hardware problems. Here is the Dell gx270s, the two XP Professional SP3 running computers. I didn't find any solution on the support site for anyone. Controllers are Intel. I used the Driver Max and it does no problem - but I wonder about the accuracy of this program.

  2 is this problem limited to this flash drive?
  3 are. what transfer speed you now?
   
  Check if the transfer rate is the same on another computer. Also, try using a player different flsah on this computer and compare the transfer rate. I would ask you to update the drivers for the chipset on the Dell site.
