  To begin troubleshooting, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that Device Manager is open, and that the device that has the problem is selected. You can perform certain resolutions recommended by the Device Manager.

  The concept of "Basic Mode" vs "Advanced Mode" disappears with the version 11.1.2.2. I'll start my VM in a bit and get back to you on how to create a list of tasks.
