CC PS print worked well today. I made no changes to the preferences. Between working with 2 projects, the first a fine print, the second gave me this error Message.

Now I checked the updates for my printer, reset my printer, reset preferences PS CC, took my default printer and the last used and restarted. I followed all of the fixes recommended for this question, that I have found here and on the internet. Fine, I can print from any other program. Unfortunately, the error message keeps popping up, and I can't print.

I started a conversation with the support, they took control of my PC and that fixed it. Was not fast, but they basically reset the PS preferences. They made sure to back up all my custom templates, forms, actions, etc., before be reset and it worked.

If I could use is no longer my HP printer and scanner. Today finally I found a parallel cable on one end and the other USB. I also still have the original installation HP disc. But I could not do my PC find or install the program. The original HP program does not load. I'm using Windows 7 Home Basic, 32-bit. I went to the page help from HP and learned that HP always supports DeskJet 690C for Windows 7, but there is no link for the program. I wanted to use the HP recommended program to make my PC find the printer but the program could not find it. After trying for more than five hours, finally my PC shows the printer icon in printers and devices, but when I want to print a page, nothing
is happening. I would like to know whether a parallel/USB cable works for this kind of problem and if so, what kind of cable. I would also like to know what driver I have to use and where to find it.

It works in theory, but in practice you transfer data from one type to a machine that includes an any other type of information. I recently got a new computer. I have installed the printer software and it successfully print a test page. He will appear in devices and printers. Device Manager says it's working properly. Running Win7 32 bit. Have had the printer HP LaserJet 4050tn installed for 2 years. It is on the network and is always accessible from other computers on the network successfully. I was printing to it in a billing program web-based when my PC froze. Rebooted and was no longer able to print to it. Tried to delete the printer, the spooler of compensation / Max ', and re-installing the printer with drivers downloaded from HP (tried the standard and universal drivers).
When I try to install the printer I get a message "Player of the printer was not installed. Can't find a Package of basic driver required by the printer driver package"
I have a Brother MFP 2820 it is USB and it works very well.

My laptop Acer Aspire V5-571 is running Windows 8.1 and hung up during an update for about 4 hours now. When I shut down and restart using the power button, it returns the same blue screen with the circle of rotation points, displaying the message "keep your PC until this." Updated 27 of 47 "installation. The keyboard and the touch screen do not respond. I'm running Avast free antivirus and do not any recent change in hardware or software. Basically I can't do anything with the laptop at this point. How can I get out of this situation?

Thank you for your response. I waited about a day for the update to restart, but the locked condition has not changed. The PC was completely insensitive to the keyboard and the touch screen. Then, I did what you are not supposed to do and powered down and back up with the power button. That I go back to the previous message without change. Then, I turned off the PC and removed the battery for about 10 minutes, thinking I had nothing to lose. When I reinstalled the battery and powered, the update is resumed at the 27 update and finished.
I guess the update file has been altered because of our internet connection is slow. The PC seems to work normally since the update.

New to the Forum. I have an Officejet Pro 8610. My old printer (4620) would turn off and unplug the printer after each use. Sometimes, I go 2 weeks without use of the machine. I was told to leave the printer on all the time. What is the best option for someone who is not a big user of the printer? Thank you.

It's really best to let the printer on as he said himself. I have an officejet 6600 that I use maybe once every month or two, I leave it on and it goes into sleep/power mode mode; your printer you will do the same. The advantage to leave, as mentioned, is that the printer will systematically be past in maintenance mode and keep the ink moving regularly. This maintenance helps prevent inks from drying up.
Keep the print head of your printer is a bit like the oil in your car. If you do not regularly, not only it won't work best, but ultimately it may not work at all. After the reboot, check again the spooler service for printing and the 'Status' column for the print spooler must be read "started."Submit new failure of print jobs.
