batch audio files conversion

I have hundreds of short .mp3 I want to convert it to the format .aiff. Is there a way to batch convert all the logic or compressor? If not, is there a good open source or the cheap audio file converter that can recommend? Thanks in advance.

Have not used but it looks like it will do the job.

  • Audio files in Movie Maker

Some of the audio files in my Windows Movie Maker do not play, but some are, no clue as to what is happening? I checked the volume on two silent audio and they are so full, but still not issuing. The files themselves play fine on Media Player.

You may have a compatibility issue with some
    audio files.

Just because a file is played in Windows Media Player
does not ensure that it will be compatible with
    Movie Maker.

Several audio formats are apparently compatible
with Movie Maker, but the most reliable choice
    are .wma or .wav

Conversion of files to the WMA format before
import into Movie Maker could solve the problem.

There are many programs that can do conversions...
The following freeware is an example...:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Format Factory

(the file you want to download is: > FFSetup260.zip<>
    (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
('all' boxes on the last screen)

First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
Drag FFSetup260.exe out of the folder
and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

Next, after the download and installation of Format
Factory... you can open the program and
left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
"Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
(this is where you find your files after they)
    are converted)

Drag and drop your audio clips on the main screen...

    Select "while"WMA"/ OK...

Click on... Beginning... in the toolbar...

    That should do it...

Is there a Windows Media Player plugin which allows you to convert audio files from one type to another?
    For example: conversion of a

or visa / versa for any of them?

    Hello

Thank you fo contact Microsoft Answers.

Windows Media Player is not any plugin. Maybe you can try to Expression Encoder.

Many third-party converters are also available, you can try.

  • Audio file corrupts when I import it to the Prime Minister.

    Hello

I have an audio file recorded on a recorder in. MP3. It plays OK on the recorder and the Imac, but when I import to a project in PP CC 2015.4 there an audio from 1 sec it repeats. I can't yet make out is part of the original recording.

    Steps tried: -.

    1. I deleted the record off the coast of the Imac and re-imported to the coast of the recorder. It becomes correct when played on the Imac, but corrupts again when they are imported as mentioned above.

    2. I started a new project and imported the audio after going through step 1. and the same 1 second repetition happens.

    3. I tried to delete the original file on the Imac and create a new one in a different folder. Then important recording to him. He plays very well, but then again corrupts when imported to the Prime Minister.

Below is a screenshot in the first pro of the imported file

    Any ideas please?

Of course, I don't know what the settings were for the mp3 file, the compression and the frequency Hz... 44100, 48000, whatever... sometimes PrPro does not as well with MP3s as others. And it's sometimes better with other types of audio file.

Have you considered conversion that perhaps WAV or something?

  • How to add an audio file to my Flash Animation, recording Audio in QuickTime Player

    I have a Question.

So I try to add an audio file to my Flash Animation, but the library is like 'NOPE SCREW YOU', for me and I don't know what to do. The Im trying to download the files were recorded with QuickTime Player.

    Info

QuickTime Player Audio track made from

    Mac Book Air

    Flash CC 2015

    10.9.5 OSX

Makes m4a files, QuickTime Player, that you can open in iTunes, click on save as MP3.

But I do not have it. Working with audio in Flash is much more successful if the WAV sound. Use an audio conversion program to a WAV version, use Flash. It may be MP3 in the final swf or the files of the HTML5, but keep as WAV while working on the FLA.

The converter that I use is this one:

Audio-Converter on the Mac App Store

It can also convert to OGG format, which is useful to support Firefox.

  • How to import audio files in Photoshop CS5.1?

I'm trying to take a picture and then have a few animations on how to do this. I tried to open the file with the PS, but he says that's not the right type of file. How can I do this?

Also, is that the new version of CS5?

    Thank you.

Are you saying you just change the extension of your audio file? That will not convert it. If you have Adobe Media Encoder, you can use it, but I use Quicktime 7 for basic editing and file format conversions, for example, convert a .wav file to a .mov file. QT 7 is MUCH better than the latest 10 QT for this sort of thing. If you don't already have it you can get it here: Apple - Support - downloads (I should mention that I have 7 QT Pro, so I'm not sure if the standard version will do what you must to 100%, but it IS free.)

Because you don't say if you have a Mac or a pc, I would suggest Audacity, which is a free and feature-rich audio editing application. You can open your several audio in Audacity, of/connection/edit files as you want, export a .wav or .aiff, open this new file in Quicktime 7, save it as a file .mov and drag .mov in the PS file.

This may seem a little complicated, but Photoshop is not a real film editor such as Adobe Premiere Pro, for example, which is designed to do this kind of thing very easily.

  • lots, remove noise of several audio files

    Hello

I need to remove the noise even more audio files

    I use cc hearing under w8.1 64-bit

I know that I create a favorite, to create an 'action '.

can favorite a record noise print o file load in a file?

Adobe Audition help. Automation of common tasks

    Thank you

When you save the favorite it will use and store the parameters of the noise print used at the time. It can not load the new imprint from a file. So if all your audio files that you want to batch have the same noise footprint then you are OK.

  • Audio file source FLV import do not?

I use Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro to record the session of online courses.

I then convert the FLV files records.

I can play the FLV using Real Player - audio and video are great.

However, I would like to convert the FLV to H264 (MP4) file, which is easier for my students to use.

When I import the FLV source in Adobe Media Encoder, source info says that there is no audio file.

I converted the video in any case and video is great, but of course there is no audio data.

    What Miss me?

    Thomas,

Sorry for the delay thank you on the answer.

Yes Connect offer MP4 recording conversion, but it's an add-on to expensive.  Guess I'll make do with what the flv file.

  • At the same time more length of an audio file editing

Hello! I'm looking for a way to change to a length of several audio files at the same time (this applies to ads that will be broadcast on the radio. The sounds need to have the same precise time in milliseconds). Let's say that I've got 20 audio announcements, which were initially intended for 30 seconds, but each of the audio file has small differences reaching less than a second. I would like to make a one-time event that will change the length of each file to 30,000 seconds equal. In a Word, is there a way to stretch several audio files, which have a different time to the same page at the same time?

Not in Audition 3, but the CC hearing can spread to files of different lengths for a fixed term, and this can be saved as a favorite and used in the Panel processing batch.

  • Can't understand why audio files always take a lot of space on my macbook

Hi everyone, I apologize if this has been asked before, I'm going cross-eyed trying to find an answer.

Stupidly, I didn't use iCloud DOES NOT mean that all my music and photos would be stored on the cloud and take MUCH space on my macbook. I discovered the hard way. So I'm moving all my pictures and music on an external drive. All well and dandy. Except that since I moved my iTunes library and all my music files, when I look at my storage, it shows still 154 GB allocated to audio. (Meanwhile there are now 140 GB Audio on my seagate SOMETHING that was supposed to happen happened.) I've looked everywhere, I can't understand why there are still some 154 GB of audio files on my laptop. Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated. Please be lenient, I was on a pc for a few decades and finally crossed the step last year, but I'm still confused by all this cloud stuff and find my way in on a mac. (I'm on OS X Yosemite). I guess it's one thing to iTunes, but I could be far away.

    Thank you in advance.

I guess that after you copied the folder iTunes external hard disk, you checked if everything is there, then deleted the folder iTunes on your Mac drive.

If NOT, then you know what to do.

If so, force Spotlight to reindex the reader.

Rebuild the index on your Mac - Apple Support Spotlight

    ---------

iTunes: link again or external HD library:

    * Open iTunes while holding down Option (Mac) or shift (Windows).

    * In the dialog box, click Choose library.

    * Select the iTunes folder that you moved to the external hard drive.

    * Click on choose (Mac OS X) or open (Windows), and then choose the library inside iTunes file.

  • audio files do not play sound after the restoration of the links

I recently moved to a project from one disk to another.

When I opened it the project folder I had to recreate a link to all the media which seemed to have a lot of success. However the audio files do not seem to play any sound. When I tell one of the audio files in the finder window, it take me for an alias file. When I try to open this file, it indicates that the original file cannot be found.

I tried to remove the entire library of files sound and re-import them back in. But still, it does not solve this ridiculous issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you

  • Download audio files from email

When I attach an audio file (mp3, AIFF, etc.) to an e-mail, it appears as a miniature black reading Control Panel. I tried to send such an email to myself to see how it will appear to a recipient, and it appears the same.

It seems so we can play music directly from the email, but there seems to be no way to download the attachment; control-click does not open a menu that allows you to display an attachment in the form of regular icon or download it.

If I first put the audio file in a folder and then attach the file to the e-mail address, which gets the problem, but in a rather cumbersome way. There must surely be a way to send an audio file to make it appear like a normal, downloadable attachment?

    I would appreciate the help.

PS: I realize that you can use the ' save' button in the upper right of the email, but most recipients of e-mails could expect to be able to save the attachment directly from its icon.
