  BlackBerry App World will not open on my Curve 9300.

  I uninstalled and reinstalled from my mobile, but still it does not open.

  Try this... options > device > Applications, remove the current AppWorld.

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Then:

  1. Open the BlackBerry browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
  2. Go to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
  3. After downloading, please reboot your BlackBerry smartphone when you are prompted.
  4. Check that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.

  I just upgraded a torch to a "BOLD", but he's trying to make me buy the apps that I had already downloaded and paid for my torch. How can I do to make them re: downloaded on my "BOLD"?

  1. make sure that your BlackBerryID you connect to AppWorld with corresponds to that of the old appliance. Also make sure that you use it properly since the homescreen to Options > device > BlackBerryID.

  2. in AppWorld > MyWorld, if your apps 'uninstalled' the old device do not appear in the list, click the Menu button > refresh list. You should see them.

• "My World"... went BB App World blackBerry smartphones!

  When I go to the home screen of the BlackBerry World App, it shows the latest available downloads.  Below, there are four clickable items: categories, Top downloads, search, and My World.  My World is a list of all the applications, we bought so far, including those that have been uninstalled.  A week ago, when I opened my world, it was completely empty... nothing appears at all.  I bought at least a dozen apps so far and they are not listed anymore.

  I'm not aware of something drastic that is install a new operating system or something like that so I wonder where they went.

  This happened to someone else?

  You probably just to connect to AppWorld.

  1. On my world screen, press the Menu key.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Type the login information for your PayPal® account.

  UH... I think that what you're saying is that your BB model number is not one supports your carrier? If Yes, then this is useless. Using a BB on a medium which does not directly support this model number requires some very special stuff so he could work and they are not simple to perform, and they may not always work. Since you seem to be someone who knows how to do this, I recommend that you talk to them for further assistance.

  I tried to download the Blackberry App World Site RBS, but I get a message saying: it is not available for my device.  I own a Torch 9860 and have had since Feb. 12 - the app I can't download was from 11 Sep.  Can someone help me?
