  I do not know 10.1 upgrade can fix it. While you wait for it, I solved my problem by joining the beta program of BBM Channel! Which upgrades my BBM client and it works without problems since then.

  Hi I want to share text on the BBM group. How to do this?

  sys.bbgroups.sharehandler is the id of the target for the BBM groups.  Here are some examples on how to share text or an image with a group BBM.  The user will be asked to select the group to share with.

• Several open BBM BBM groups and message being deleted

  Hello all: I've recently updated my BB Bold 9900 at a new classic. I made the switch of the device and my three BBM groups transferred nicely. After a week of use, no problem.

  Recently, in the last 7 days, I noticed my self-suppression cats when I have more than one group of ongoing discussion.

  Then, with two or more BBM group discussion going, I will get a notification in the HUB that someone sent a message. I can see the preview in the HUB. I touch the notification in the HUB, and it opens the BBM "app." As soon as it opens I see quickly the cat disappear, as well as any history behind it.

  If I get a notification and I go to the BBM app directly, sometimes the cat is there and sometimes the cat is deleted. I put the story for all the conversations of "forever".

  EDIT: Don't know if this helps, but some of the participants in the group the cats are on iPhone and/or device Samsung Galaxy.

  Has anyone else had this happen to them and if so, is there a solution?

  Make another person in the Group and the administrator and then it prompts you to come back and make you an administrator once they invite you to come back. Everything will remove and then Resync.

• Number of notification BBM BBM Group on Q10

  Hi, I am using BBM since I got my Q10. But every time when I try to disable the notification of the BBM group, I did it on the notification setting, but sometimes it works and sometimes it didn't work (wired?). This problem to me be born by OS 10.2 - 10.2.1.

  This is a bug that has existed for a long time and has no solution at the moment. It happens to everyone.

• BBM BBM groups - problem with lists and complete / incomplete

  Was wondering if anyone else has this problem with BBM group lists.
  The two 10.2.1.3175 OS running on a Z10 (MTS) and 10.2.1.3247 (Rogers)
  BBM version 10.3.33.18

  Create a new group and add a list to the group. Add a number of items and when you hit the audit to complete / incomplete, it often checks / unchecks a 2nd independent element.

  I tested on 3 different devices / users so don't think it's my BB ID.

  Can anyone else duplicate?

  This problem makes it absolutely useless lists for me now because I use mainly for shopping lists, and if I check the items that I acquired and the fact, I obviously Miss things on my list.

  (Note: I have an ID for test on an iPhone with BBM for iOS and it does not seem to meet this problem)

  Probably a bug in BBM. We cannot do that until they update nothing BBM. There are other bugs in there also we expect on patches for.

  1. for some reason, I can't see most of my friends Avatar. They cannot see mine either. It is almost 3 weeks now. Only less of 10 people to contact my BBM.

  2 when I have a chat with my friends, is only activated without bearings D and R. BBM friend shows that those who score very well (we are in the same operator).

  3. the most funny thing, now I can't have a conversation with my auto added as a contact. BB from my friend who can do just fine...

  4. backup of the BBM remotely always showing "Please Try again later." "You're currently being registered with the BBM Service." I can't restore my contacts like this...

  5. I currently have 4 BBM groups. 90% of the time, the BBM application does not show the Group tab. They just disappeared. Even if I still can receive notification that my friend downloads/comments a picture in these groups.

  6. the software of BBM surveys eating so much CPU usage. Near 11hours per day.

  I have to complain twice to my operator, they said I have to wait 3x24hours. But it makes no difference at all.

  Any help will be appreciated...

  You have exhausted all the options I can think.  You can call RIM at 1-877-255-2377 to see if something can be done.

• Problems of Smartphones blackBerry with BBM groups if some members are not put to the last version of Messenger

  I have a BBM group with 10 friends in there.  A few days after that I've upgraded to the newest Messenger, one of the members of the group cannot see me in the chat.  I can see it, everyone can see the two of us, but I am appear too small on her screen group.  We can BBM each other normally... just not within the group.  Has anyone encountered this?  Is it possible that the problem is that our versions of Messenger no longer compatible for groups?

  Note: it has to upgrade its Messenger to the current version... and everything is back to normal!  Just in case someone else falls on this same problem!

• Lost blackBerry smartphones BBM groups after BBM updated!

  I've updated the BBM to V.5.0.3.22 of the BB App World & after restarting the device, I found that all my BBM groups are missing!

  The strange thing, I always receive notifications (small group @ home screen icons) when someone post in the group as if I still a member, but still don't see no groups in the list groups BBM... Although other members can see me already in these groups!

  For some of them, I was the creator/admin, so no one can remove or add me in the Group again... & other groups when an administrator tries to add me again for the group, I received the invitation normally but when I try to accept it, it gives me a message that I am already a Member!

  In the meantime your kind comments... How can I restore my BBM groups again? or how can I reinstall the old version BBM? (maybe this will help you restore groups!)

  Sokkary, Hello and welcome to the Forums.

  How long it has been since you last updated the BBM? Sometimes it can take 2 to 4 hours for a full synchronization of the chat groups, especially so in the more active groups. So, in this case, just give it some time.

  If this continues as a problem, first make a reboot simple: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so. Now, gives groups the synchronization time. It is not immediate.

  And finally, if still nothing after a good day, for groups in which you were not the one creator/admin as a member to withdraw from the group, wait a few minutes and you add.

  For the groups that you are the sole administrator, you're stuck. You will find all the need to abandon the Group and restart and NEVER leave you one admin in a group.

  But the key is patience...

  I need help with a problem, that I've had since the end of the week - I was fired on a group of 18 members BBM Sunday evening after re-, I've invited a friend who had also driven. I contacted one of the admins yesterday to invite me again, and he said that I was still on its list of active members and therefore re-can not invite me, and his attempts to retire have failed (apparently, this happens all the time). So now I'm a member of a group that I can't see, read or participate in and cannot get back in. Anyone has any advice on what we should? I already tried to uninstall BBM and it did not work. Thank you.

  He, the Admin, can't remove you (so that it can re - invite you) If you get stuck for the moment. Give him one day and see if you do not fall the group so it can invite you.

  Or then, maybe he remove you as a trial BBM THEN contact, by clicking on your name in the list of the members of the group so that it will re-establish the connection with you. There is a message "you are not connected with the Member' or 'invitations to the group.

• CS-MARS: connecting custom to existing groups-events events

  I created a custom event in the framework to work with custom parsers (which works very well in most of the cases).

  I want to add this event customized to an existing group of events. This would be important because every time the custom event produced the existing rules (were the event group is used) would be returned and would create an incident.

  If the custom event will not be added to the existing event groups, I'll never get an incident because no rule will match (no existing

  rule uses my new event).

  is it possible to add my event customized to an existing group?

  Sorry, you cannot change the event groups. This is why it is so important when creating analyzers to use existing events when possible. If there is an existing event that even approaches which means the same thing, you might be better to use it. Otherwise, you must create a custom control rule to process the custom event.
