  My BB came with BBM on it.  I wasn't going to use it, so I deleted it.  Now, I can't get it back.  From my research, if I download the latest version of BB Desktop Manager which should do the trick.  The application must be in my application loader...   Yes, Office Manager can be used to load BBM. If you do not see in Add/Remove Programs, I suggest that you download the latest device of the page of your carrier software and install on your computer. Look here for links to different carrier:

  On your phone, in Options > Advanced Options > Applications, Blackberry Messenger is on this list?

  The message is correct. Start Internet recovery (command + Opt + R during startup) and click on utilities-> disk utility, click on the outermost disk and click first aid or repair.
