Interface not found error when using Snap example for Firewire (IEEE 1394)
Recently, I installed a SONY XCD-SX910 in interface with Labview 8.2. When you choose the driver, only the Legacy driver would work for the installation of Firewire (R) (or IEEE 1394). After installing the driver, I have images of the inteface to MAX. However, when you attempt to trace through the example of Snap 1394 legacy since the document installation IEEE 1394, I get the error "Interface not found". I tried a few iterations to try to name the camera as "cam0' (the name given to the camera to the MAX) and" cam0: SONY XCD-SX910. However, the error continues.
What should I name my camera so he could find the interface? Will there be another underlying problem that is not obvious?
Control of IO is not something that will be filled when you use the Legacy 1394 driver. If you use IMAQdx as your driver, it will fill. Thus, when you use the Legacy 1394 driver, you have control of the chain on your façade. When you use control of the chain, you must set the name of the camera as "cam0" as you did before. As long as this corresponds to what is able & Automation Explorer, you should be good as long as MAX uses the same driver that you are trying to use.

Latitude C600 modem/network interface not found in XP Pro
I have a Latitude C600, PIII 850 MHz, 256 MB of Ram.
The operating system is Windows XP Pro sp3, 32-bit.
My problem is that the network/modem card on board do not work and are not present in the Device Manager.
Some other positions mentioned to install the chipset drivers, XP pro does not require not the drivers of the C600 chipset, and I found that the only offered on the site of the drivers/Dell support are for Win 2000.
Dell support site suggests that work on board network/modem card, but I've not seen this yet.
I am currently connected to the internet using a Xircom 10/100 Nic/modem card in the pcmcia slot, but I would like to have a card wireless here instead and use the integrated to an Ethernet network interface.
I also posted this on the category of computer laptop-general hardware.
Any input will be appreciated,
Thank you

The error box has the right
Firefox.exe - Unable to locate component.
He suggests reinstalling might fix the problem, but I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox a number of times and no change.problem is Firefox works outside the sandbox avast, but inside the sandbox, xul.dll file is not found
It is solved with these steps... some may be unnecessary
(1) uninstalled Firefox
(2) downloaded the latest version of FF (6.02) and installed
(3) open the Avast user interface > extra Protection (in Avast v6) > Sandbox > Expert settings (button) > Web browsers > (in maintenance) "remove content" (button)
(4) disconnected from Windows
(5) connected and Firefox started in the sandboxIt might be that the first 2 steps are not needed... but that's what I did and the problem was solved. As you can see in the screenshot, Firefox is virtualized successfully

Hi all
I posted this question in the LabVIEW forum, but I guess that maybe the teststand discussion forum should be better, so I'm now posting here.
I have a problem with my typedefine (Teststand UI Data.ctl) in the UI (derived from the interface chart single of Teststand). In the implementation, I was always able to add reminders in response to Teststand events in the past.
Recently when I try to add a new reminder of a Teststand events, I get error saying that the master copy Typedef is not found or error. What I find odd are:
1. If the Typedef master copy was not found or error comes, why would the error affect the reminders already implemented for other events Teststand?
2. If the Typedef master copy was not found or error comes, why is it possible to run the program?
Here I have 2 screenshots. The first screenshot shows the reminder of existing, where there is no error of the master copy of Typedef not found or error. The second screenshot shows the error when a new reminder is added to another event.
The main copy of Typedef, call TestStand UI Data.ctl is also shown in 1 screen capture, and it is located in the TestExec.llb, as shown in the third screenshot.
I'm not sure how to start debugging this problem, that is why I hope that experts from teststand out there can give me some advice.
I am using 32-bit LabVIEW 2014 and 2014 Teststand 32 bits. Running on the Windows 7 system.
Thank you.

The simplest solution to this problem is to open the broken VI. Right click on the broken control and replace with the control of the typedef.
The reason why he broke up is because you changed the typedef and VI was not in memory to be updated. The EndEdit event callback is looking for a TestStandUI Data.ctl. However, this file no longer exists (and so your error) according to the other screws, you renamed it to TestESystemUI Dependencies.lvlib:TestStandUI Data.ctl. Be sure to have your files loaded into memory before rename/modify a location of VI. Way the easiest is to have all the related screws project that endedit was not

UIR-file not found (error 94) when executing dll CVI in TestStand
I am trying to execute a dll that I created in CVI in TestStand. I did have problems so far running all features except for the function that calls my user interface. Whenever I run it, I get an "error 94, file '... 'not found' IUR.»» This particular IUR is usually called in the main() function when I create an exe file in CVI, but I'm the appellant for another function to perform in TestStand. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Hello
You use the correct LoadPanel call. You must use LoadPanelEx().

string not found in the resources of the library
I use the example of Simple operator Interface OR front end to my test sequences. Everything works fine on a development PC, but when I create an installer using TestStand2010 and put the software on a desktop deployment, the software works, but in the pop standard OR for "UUT enter serial number" and the pop-up completed test result, all normal text is replaced by "string not found in library resource.
I have enough course that I must be missing some files in config or dll OR standard in my build Teststand script. Anyone know what files it Miss?
Thank you
Ian
Ian,
you missed to deploy the language on the target files. The dialog box is configured to read the appropriate string from the file 'ModelStrings.ini' to allow the translatation to the user interface. Please make sure that the target system has all the available language files (default is English only, but you can create your own translated labels included)
hope this helps,
Norbert

MAX finds a camera but Labview IMAQdx gives the error-1074360311: camera not found
Somehow Labview does not seem to see what is happening in the measurement and automation Exploerer (MAX). MAX works very well and my camera plugged into a card PCIe-1433, works very well.
LabVIEW sees it not at all. Session commands are empty, the enumeration cameras VI IMAQdx returns an empty array and all calls to open, snap, seize or close the interface (I use the name of the interface of MAX because session orders will not autopopulate) give all the-1074360311 error: "Camera Not Found".
Somehow Labview does not MAX. I tried to delete all the .idd files and recreate them, with the same results.
Here are some details:
LabVIEW 2011 (11.0.0)
Module Vision Development 11.0.0
IMAQdx 3.8.1
IMAQ 4.6.1 is also installed
The only other references I found for it is here: http://forums.ni.com/t5/Machine-Vision/camera-not-found-imaqdx/td-p/1323861/page/2 but it is more info on not opening properly references rather than do not find them at all.
Any suggestions would be very useful,
Casey
I think it's because you use IMAQdx rather than IMAQ. All framegrabbers nor (for example the 1433 you use) are supported by the API IMAQ, not IMAQdx. You should be able to open the IMAQ examples instead, and I suspect that will solve your problem.

Hi all
I have a problem with my typedefine. I bypass my implementation an example LabVIEW to implement the user interface for Teststand (Simple user interface). In the implementation, I was always able to add the recall in response to the events of Teststand in the past.

Hello Bob_Schor,
I don't think that it is a problem of Teststand, rather a problem of LabVIEW. But I could be wrong. I'll close the display here. Open a new message in forum Teststand.
Thank you.

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site.
Method 1:
Download the DirectX from the Microsoft Web site and then try to install it on the system. Click on the link below.
Use DirectX Runtimes (August 2009)
Method 2:
I suggest you try a SFC scan. Follow the steps to perform a scan of the SFC.
1. click on the Start button
2. on the Start Menu, click all programs followed by accessories
3. in the menu accessories, right-click on command line option
4. in the menu that appears, click on the option "Run as Administrator"
5. If you have the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, you will be asked permission before the opening of the command line. You simply press the button continue if you are the administrator or insert password etc.
6. in the command prompt window, type: sfc/scannow , and then press enter
7. a message will appear stating that "the system of scanning will start"
8. be patient because the analysis may take some time
9. If all the files need replace SFC will replace them. You may be asked to insert your XP CD for this process to continue
10. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.
11. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

I have a camera set up in MAX with the correct .iid and .icd file. I have the name of the interface of the camera, manufacturer, serial number, etc..
When I try to find cameras in my own application, it returns no camera found (imaqdx. EnumerateCameras). When I try to open the camera with the name of the interface, it returns that the camera is not found (imaqdx. OpenCamera).
I use MeasurementStudio.Net with Vision 8.5 Acquisition. The acquisition card is PCI-1422.
1422, to use the routines of acquisition IMAQ (no dx). IMAQdx won't work, because it's for USB, firewire and GigE cameras.

account held a computer dell laptop but not initialize password is protected F2 and F12 works. screen says operating system not found help
Hi Gary,.
Welcome to the Microsoft Community and thanks for posting the question.
According to the description, you have problems with the computer not start.
This problem can occur because of a hardware problem.
Proceed as from the link below and check if that helps.
Warning: Be careful when you change the settings of the BIOS (Basic Input Output System). The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it is possible to change a setting that can prevent your computer from starting properly. BIOS update should be made only if necessary (to solve a compatibility problem, for example). It can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered inoperative. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.
Meet us if you face problems with computer not start or any other issue of Windows, and we would be happy to help you.
Good day!
Hope this information helps.

Hi Bea Haive,.
The problem may occur if the language pack is not installed correctly or not installed at all.
To resolve this problem, you will need to re - install the language pack.
You can consult the Corel support for more information links:

32-bit installation issues - Vista Entry Point not found error
I'm doing a clean install of Windows Vista 32 Bit in Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4). When the installation asks you which drive I would install windows for, as I have Sata drives running of a Sata/RAID controller card he asked pilots. Any version of this driver, I offer for this installation fails with the following error "Windows Installer: setup.exe - Entry Point not found - the procedure entry point LZClose could not be found in KERNEL32.dll dynamic link library ' I have a Silicon Image Sil 3513 SATALink PCI controller that manages my hard drives. The same drivers worked well to install Windows 2000. As I upgrade to Vista version I can only run through the windows so I could not try and see if it will install directly from DOS.
Thank you
James
Found a solution. I use the Windows Vista upgrade version & thus tried to install through Windows 2000. However Win 2 k interfaces drives in a different mode of Vista, while he was in conflict. I solved the problem by installing Vista via the bootable disc.
Now just to find the compatible drivers for my asus motherboard and aircraft... Grrrr I'm sure I got this Vista computer previously without all these headaches...

pwnative program not found-skipping autocheck
Hey all
recently, I used tool Wizard partition via windows 7 to resize my other drive. Its telling me to restart the system to remaining measures through which. To restart, I have lost my Start menu & got two messages after W7 logo;
pwnative program not found autocheck is ignored.
CHKDSK program not found autocheck is ignored.
After the restart of this new system.
What is the problem?
I also tried easybcd.exe, goal not the penalty. PL. provides the solution.
Hi, I know it's too late for you but, I solved this problem finally!, because the last 72 hours, I spend my time searching the Internet for a solution! I try everything I found. I was at a point to throw in the towel, I went 2 discovered things that make me rethink the problem.
1 pwnative.exe is not a file of Windows 7! is a Native of Partition Wizard that run when they are unable to resize in the graphical interface of Windows.
2 Wich in mind, the problem can be resolved with a different approach. How Partition Wizard tell Windows which are responsible for its pwnative.exe at the next startup? It change the key of registry HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Control\Session Manager\BootExecute (String Value) adding pwnative.exe to the list of program which will be run on the next load.
3. I don't know why Windows cannot load this native image, but if you follow this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/139576-startup-repair-infinite-loop-recovery.html in seven Forums you can get your Windows 7 online again.
Or you can try to load "Last good known Configuration" and I think it will be too much work.I can't format or install anything and guess what? Partition Wizard did their job.
