The minidump files showed a KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e) consistent error caused by the aswSP.SYS stop.

The aswSP.SYS is a driver of Avast.

The aswSP.SYS date is July 4, 2011 for this driver seems to have been recently updated.

and the beginning of the problem may have coincided with this update.

The process that crashes is the RTHDCPL.exe which is a process of Realtek.

What I would say is to uninstall Avast and then see if the blue screen problem resolves.

Then update the Realtek High Definition audio driver to the latest version available for the Lenova S10e.

Reinstall the latest version of Avast.

If you are still having the blue screen issue please provide the files minidump resulting.

How can I fix this so that I can burn a DVD?

    Help is appreciated! Thank you

    Hello

The first step is to uninstall all the software that you use with your DVD player.

Unplug the USB drive and then go to Start -> Run -> type appwiz.cpl -> Enter (OK). Then go to the bottom of the list of programs by removing all the programs that you use to write (Nero, InCD, Sonic, Roxio and DirectCD etc.). Restart the PC when finished. Connect your external Recorder again and see if it throws a BSOD again. If she does not then reinstall your software.

If your PC get a BSOD again then unplug the DVD burner and reboot the PC. Note If you have any other USB devices, you can connect them and turn them on before you do this procedure (in particular, printers, scanners, and cameras).

Then follow the instructions in this document to show hidden/ghost/phantom devices in Device Manager: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315539

Once you have completed the document and Device Manager opens, you will notice that the hidden/ghost/phantom devices are displayed in a color greyed out. Go to the bottom of the list of devices and click the '+' next to 'CD/DVD-ROM readers' to develop. Remove all the ghosts CD/DVD devices listed (only those that are greyed out!). To do this right click on the device and selectUninstall. In the confirmation screen, select OK.

Go to the bottom of the list of devices and click the '+' next to "De Bus USB controllers" to expand. Remove all devices listed ghosts (only those that are greyed out!). To do this right click on the device and select Uninstall. In the confirmation screen, selectOK.

Once done restart the PC and try again.

You can disable the driver verifier
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/244617

Start - type in the box search-> auditor/Reset hit enter to disable

BlueScreenView lets you know if there is a driver specified in the error message. Also check with
    MyEventViewer at the blue screen.

If DriverVerifier creates a minidump upload it and post the link here so we can analyze.

    I hope this helps.

I don't know how to solve this problem...

If you have not disabled auditor to Auditor typing/reset in a command prompt

These are indeed related to IOMap64.sys for NT of ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Kernel Mode driver.  You need to download a new copy, remove the corrupt current copy and install the new copy.

Don't forget to do a restore point (just in case)
