  Because of this error, I can't (or don't know how) uninstall programs or doing anything in the control panel.

  
  I tried to install ms office 2010 when it started past so now I uninstalled all older versions of office and can not install a new because it says I need to uninstall the old version of Groove (not sure that I have never used it).

  I'm not good at this stuff so pls be kind in your explanations of what I should try.

  PS, I have an improved version of Windows 7 and do not know where the drive is.

  Try this:

  1. press CTRL + ALT + DEL
  2. Select the Task Manager
  3. go to: processes > explorer.exe > end process
  4. once go to: Applications > new task > explorer.exe
  See if that helps.

  I have a project that I'm trying to make. There are a lot of clips of old DV camcorder, I managed to copy mpg2. They play very well, and I can put a few together and make it very well. I put them all together in a final movie of 2 hours. Whenever I try to make it I get the message "Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 has stopped working" and it closes. There are no model when it arrives, as 15% and sometimes more than 50%.

  I try to restore to the format h.264 with all default settings. This setting works very well with some clips so I don't think it's a problem of encoding/formatting.

  I tried some things that I found on the removal of preferences and cache cleaning and also turn off encoding GPU, and it makes no difference.

  OK, so last night, I used the Liquify tool on a selected area of the image and it worked fine. Well, now when I select my domain and try to use it, it just distorts the space and does nothing else. The options and display of fluidity never developed. I think it's just repeating what I did to liquefy the last time that I used it instead of giving me the opportunity to do what I have to do.   Are you clicking on the fluidity of everything at the top of the menu filter where the last used filter has a Cmd / Ctrl + F shortcut, or in its usual position below the menu?   Now it has stopped working.
  What I did: closed the laptop after work (everything is ok) and it only stems for a while. When I opened the laptop again to continue working, nothing happened.
  Only the small frontdisplay showed me a spinning CD (no CD inserted) and battery light. After pressing the button on the sur-signe appeared, but nothing happened again. By pressing the button again (a few seconds), do go away on-sign. No display, no fan, no noise of hard disk in any case (ono/stop). Insert an audio CD and works by pessing the play button! Soundsystem works well.

  Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
