  • Beats Audio Control Panel has been removed from my PC after update audio driver.

Pavilion dv7-6052er (Windows 7 x 64). Beats Audio Control Panel has been removed from my PC after update audio driver.
Tried to reinstall manually with 6.10.6345.0 version (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55094.exe) and another randomly chosen by some. Nothing has worked.
    My actions:
    1. remove the driver and its software.
    2 restart the computer.
3 Windows Installer some driver after reboot (I can't disable or cancel installation)
    4 reinstall the driver.
    5 restart my computer.
Just after the start of Windows driver trying to implement something else (or to continue installation), but it causes an error: _Error: Error = error Undefined...
Tried to do without step 2 - to reinstall the driver right after having been deleted - without success.
Tried to remove the driver and then restore an old via Recovery Manager - Beats audio control panel is displayed but there is no sound at all!
I think I tried all possible combinations of actions. Beats Audio Control Panel works without noise and noise without BACP. But never together.
Please help me with some advice. Thank you.

Hey guys! Tried once more to remove the driver and install it with the Recovery Manager. Don't know how, but this time it worked.

In fact I've disappointed with HP updates, won't be tester for you. I'm tired of these bugs after updates (utility Cool sense, Beats Audio etc.).

Turn off automatic updates on my PC, seems I don't need your "improvements".

  • HP Envy J049TX: Beats Audio Control Panel is not start/work

My Beats Audio Control Panel does not work. When I Open Beats Audio, a dialog box appears indicating that

"IDT Audio from PC has stopped working"

I have recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 and the only problem I found was that the Beats Audio Control Panel does not work.

I also tried to uninstall drivers and reinstall it from the hp website, find my model number and appropriate IDT Audio driver software, but this does not work too.
Already when I got windows 8, beats audio has worked, but as soon as I upgraded to this 8.1, this error.

    Hi @MegaArm ,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a fantastic place to find answers and suggestions!

You have the best experience in the HP forum, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the HP Forums Learn how Post and more

I understand that your audio Beats worked very well until you upgraded to 8.1 Windows now, you get a dialog box indicating the "'IDT Audio of PC has stopped working". "

You have tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver now prevail.

If you go to Device Manager, what is the error on the audio device?

Have you impossible to uninstall the driver or unable to reinstall the driver on the HP website.

If you access the Device Manager can you right click on the audio and update the driver from here or do a driver roll back.

Then, I'll try to do a HP PC - refresh your PC to solve problems (Windows 8) .

The question must always be, if a recovery to factory.

HP computers - performing a recovery of HP (Windows 8) system

During recovery, you will receive an option to backup your personal files to avoid data loss. If you have not already done one, I suggest do you it now.

HP computers - restore files that have been supported to the top using HP Recovery Manager (Windows 8)

Once you have completed this process do all your Windows updates.

Now run the HP Support Assistant to acquire the HP updates.

Here is a link to the Computers HP - update of Windows 8 to 8.1 as a guide to redo the Windows 8.1 update.

    Hello.

After upgrading my OS Windows Anniersary Update 10 last week, my Beats Audio Control Panel disappeared. The audio is not yet, but the EQ settings I had set by beats do not seem effective. The IDT drivers seem to be installed and updated according to Device Manager.

    Hmm...

    • Create a Restore Point
    • Download the Audio driver from the Support page of the drivers of your computer for Windows 10

Uninstall the driver from Device Manager > restart (or search the hardware changes) >

If the driver is available in your file system, it will try to reinstall it at startup / login >

    Check the results

    If no joy:

If HP drivers are available for Windows 10 for your computer:

Download and install the Chipset driver > restart and sign

If the Audio driver is available in the Support page for the drivers for your computer:

Uninstall the driver from Device Manager AND check the box to delete the driver >

    Restart and log in >

Install the driver from the driver of your computer support page.

The control panel is not where you go to restore factory settings.  You should consult your computer user guide because the procedure is different for each computer brand and model.

    Good luck.

  • Envy 15: Loss of Beats Audio control panel after Windows 10 last updated

    Hello

Does anyone know if the Panel Audio Beats will be available again?

After the last update to Win 10 I lost the control panel and also my Bass speaker didn't work on the external speakers. Finally I sorted out the problem of speaker by selecting another driver in Device Manager.

The most recent update to Win 10 was 1607.

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe

When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R

In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

In Device Manager, expand sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp63001-63500/sp63408.exe

When the reinstallation of Chipset has completed, restart the laptop.

When windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right click on IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, reboot the laptop and let windows load completely for a few minutes before checking.

OK I need help with my HP Envy Phoenix 810-130qe desktop computer. My pc came with Windows Pro 8.1 and it had an audio panel where you can set the audio beats. • Pjoenix 810-445qe envy: Beats Audio Control Panel

This is a new PC, but the beats Control Panel seems to be a simplified version of what is shown on the HP website. A chat session with HP support gave me with the latest Realtek driver set, but the control panel is still the same after installation. There is no options of selection of entries (i.e. stereo mix, etc.)

Here is my control panel Audio Beats:

Here is what is displayed on the HP site:

Any help to solve this problem is appreciated...

Thanks for your reply. I had to install the latest drivers Realtek HD Control Panel. After a day of searching, I did the following:

-Right click on the volume icon in the lower right corner, and then select "recorders".

-The right window opens and click on the "Recording" tab

-The Mic Mic/Front with the right button and select "show disabled devices".

-With this checked, the stereo mix appeared, giving me the access I need (and always had in the previous PC.)

    Thanks again.

  • Beats Audio Control Panel

Hello, I have recentally purchased my HP 15-j007cl and it came with audio beats. Audio beats has its own control centre, then the user can change the equalizer settings and the sound. Control Center has worked for me up until a few weeks ago, some time after I've upgraded to 8.1 windows (Note: audio Beats Center worked after I updated). But now for some reason when I open the Center audio beats, it does not give me the option to change the graphic equalizer, it shows just the sliders with a greyed over the color, all by clicking on I has no effect, but all rest in the Panel works very well. Any suggestions on what I should do?

    Thank you ~ Karl

Download and install the software driver IDT High Definition Audio for Windows 8.1.

Which should reinstall the audio for bat control software as well as refresh the audio driver.

Please keep us informed by sharing your results.

  • DV7-6015TX No. bat software of Audio Control Panel

Hi, I have recently reinstalled Windows 7 32 bit on my 64-bit computer

due to availability of different software problems.

In doing so, I actually deleted my Beats Audio software.

Can I please be informed of all the software that are preinstalled on one

and also can I have links to download such software?

I have most of the drivers, but I'm looking for the software

    Thank you

I didn't mean the solution because I felt like a fool...

I missed one of the drivers for my product download...

It's the driver Audio IDT high definition (HD) I needed that allowed me to use my

"Beats Audio" Control Panel and everything associated with him.

Anyway, thanks Erico and the forum for your continued support.

  • want 4 beats audio control pannel

    Hi all.

    I have a HP Envy 4-1010ea.

I replaced the 32 GB MSATA with a 120 GB MSATA and did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium x 64

Done all updates and installed all the best drivers.

Now here's the question and read in forums for 2 days to fix this.

SOUND works, BUT... My software Dr. Dre Beats isn't the case to be seen? I did not partition recovery or DVD/USB, as I stupidly deleted it, I want to be able to use the software. I reinstalled the driver multipul times restarts, chipset, bios etc etc but now I'm stuck. the FN keys for the volume of work and the driver is installed and the music plays but no software beats.

    Help, please!

Hi, I found the problem, I didn't keep reinstalling windows and the driver, still no joy, it turns out I just had to go in audio control panel and click on beats, feel a little stupid after days of fighting... This must be on all the forum answers I know that many people with envys prefer it fresh installs.
