BEC: My screen won't work!

I have a HP computer germinate. Using the touch screen, I slipped left give me some options such as the hours of night. Because I was going to turn down the brightness, I clicked another option, have to do with the different screens (I don't remember the exact name). When you click on this option of my screen went black. My mouse and keyboard work, the power botton is on and I am able to hear the noise of the usual fan but my screen stays black. I have not yet possess this plu computer of four mountains.

Thank you for the update. Here is a method that you can try to update your system or to participate in the restoration of the system, a start cold upward.

1. try voltage of your computer (if you can not stop, otherwise you will probably need to press and hold the power button until off system powers).

2. wait for 15-20 seconds for the internal hardware stops. Disconnect any external device other than the keyboard, the mouse, and the power cord.

    That the computer is running in Mode safe, but not after a regular boot gives strongly suggests this is a driver problem. Safe mode starts with the bare minimum of drivers. You say that you have re-installed 10.11 and that you have saved, but you won't go into the details. Did you erase the hard drive, install 10.11, and then use Setup Wizard to restore your applications and data?

    What I would do is run the first Apple Hardware Test. (Reboot, pressing the D key until the test of the system is displayed.) Run the extended test. If it passes, make a final backup of TM and then boot into recovery, wipe the drive, download 10.11 and reinstall. Ordinarily I would run Setup Wizard then, but in this case I would like to make an account - don't use your usual account name - and go to the desktop. Then I shut down the computer and restart. If all goes well after the restart, then I would use Migration Wizard to migrate data and applications. Once completed, restart again.

    At this point, two things is possible: all is well, or the LCD screen is black again. If it is the latter, you know that something in your account of the system is the cause of the problem and we can talk about how to make to recover from that in another message.

    Well, I talked to ATT tech support and I actually finally got through to BB and they open a case and gave me a number of good ticket for 3 days...  The first tech support was a dunce and she told me that 7 hours was taken long to upgrade software, so she told me to unplug and re install...  That solves nothing, only bricked my torch, even though she was right about one thing 7 hours is far too long, but it does not solve anything...

    then I recalled in support of BB using my ticket number... and here I actually spoke to somebody who knew what he was doing...  We connected through desktop remotely, and he guided me...

    He told me to never update device software when the software asks you to update...  I told him, I was getting a white screen and it says App Error 200...  He told me that we have a clean wipe and install everything new facility...  He has directed to the site from ATT and I DL the latest peripherique.246 software...  Then after it DL'ed I installed;...

    then he had me to connect the device again AND GO INTO PROGRAMS CAN record B\LACKBERRY

    then find charger, here, he had me select the apps I would like to, and then click Next...

    then after 5 minutes it finished loading, he then told me to wait another 10 minutes for the device to reboot and then my torch works!

    If anybodys touchscreen doesn't work more or torch is made of bricks, I highly recommend doing this procedure...

    I called BB again and had them send me an email for accurate insrucions, so I recorded in case this happens again... Here it is...  Keep in mind first you need access to the ATT site will link you to the site Web de Blackberry and then DL file then open and install and do the following...

    Yes, I have the same problem. Silverlight 4 does not work in Firefox 14.0.1. Used to use only "restarting in 32-bit mode", but now, who is caught in a loop without end. Silverlight 5 will work, but the video is choppy so badly that it is very bad. I think it's a fall frames in all directions.

    Even as Dr. Joe... I also upgraded Windows 10 lost touch screen and camera. I returned to Windows 8.1 and I still haven't get touch screen. I seem to have lost my drivers HID Touch Screen as well.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to restore touch screen drivers? I can't find them in the download section of driver Toshiba after hours of research.
