  This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are not sent or otherwise blocked.

  Can someone share with me the best way to save a form before clicking on a button that opens a popup window? I have a button on a form that opens a pop-up window with a form. Once a user enters data into the context menu, the information is saved, the popup closes and the parent page is reloaded to display the newly added area of report data. B/c that each parent page refresh, any changes the user made before clicking on the button to open the pop-up window is erased once the pages are reloaded.
  
  I currently have a button with a redirect to URL in option ("javascript:openPopup(&FACID.)"). The first function opens a new window (for a fraction of a second), and then a doSubmit ('SAVE') to save the parent page, and then put the focus on the pop up window. This works, but there are a lot of flicker of the page I want to avoid.
  
  Is there a "smoother" way to perform these steps? I understand that the parent page should be provided so that the data is saved, but it doesn't have a difference if I call the doSubmit('SAVE') before opening the pop-up window (in the function openPopup)... I always get the same results.
  
  I have it working now, but I was wondering if anyone knew a better way to do this.

  OK - code 'opener.location.href... '. ' may be replaced by 'opener.doSubmit ('SAVE'); "because that should trigger the normal submit on the home page.

• How to determine if an installed program is Legit or necessary and I have a problem with Microsoft Essentials as well.

  I went through the system to my PC and while watching the programs installed in the Control Panel, I noticed several strange programs I don't remember installing.  I have just suffered the wrath of a restoration complete in October, Yes, it was terrible.  Anyway, how can I know if the installed programs are useful or harmful to my PC?  They are legitimate programs? If legit, are necessary or simply make my PC run slow?  Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't really experience the collapse of PC that I just went through.

  In addition to the above PC problem... recently when I boot my PC, Microsoft Security Essentials - REAL PROTECTION IS ALWAYS TURNED OFF TIME?  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice... maybe, I missed a step.  In any case, there has never been that big red "X" showing the real-time protection is disabled and my PC is at risk?  Comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.   The page is designed based on your history (frequently/recently used sites); I don't think that there is a way to turn off this feature. For the boxes that you don't assign it to specific sites (either by pinning or dragging a bookmark), Firefox uses history. If you want these extra boxes to be "blocked" as an employee, you can assign a placeholder page for now.

  If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

  Ntsd.exe is a process belonging to the Microsoft symbolic debugger that lets you debug applications in user mode.

  As the link below, it says that there is a risk that Norton Power Eraser can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should carefully review the analysis results page before deleting the files. I suggest that you don't delete the file unless you are facing problems with the computer.
