  Forget the idea that the work plan has a size in pixels. This isn't the time wherever it is a PDF file.

  If you have a PDF file with a size in inches, and you save in JPEG format. The size in pixels of the JPEG depends on this size in inches AND the resolution used to generate JPEG format. This resolution could be set in Acrobat or it could be an option, not sure, but I am not optimistic, that it is an option.

  I think you might find you more control, and if you used Photoshop - very probably for the entire task, or if not, to open the PDF - you can always set the size of the image and the resolution before the Save in JPEG format.
