Behavior of music Apple tenacious with a few songs from an album.

I'll give you all the real names of the artist and album to help make it clear what behavior annoying that I see. I have a live DVD of John Elton called One Night Only and I ripped the audio myself, the intention is to download songs and listen to them just the music (not video). I have all the songs, one by one, identified and correctly tag (mp3id tag). 27 songs in total. I then go to iTunes and make library/Add; point to the directory containing 27 songs and they are added (for my music [local]) without problems. right afterwards, they are uploaded to Apple music. So far so good. If I listen to ANY track on iTunes, I get the right song.

I then point my iPhones (two of them) my library of Apple's music (both have iCloud library on) and tell them to download all the songs (for offline listening). MOST of the songs is properly stored, but SOME are replaced by the STUDIO VERSIONS of the same song. 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road' and 'Your Song' are two of them. Only 4 of the 27 songs have that effect.

PLEASE HELP ME! I'M GOING NUTS!

Thank you!

Fernando

Have you tried to give the titles of the odd names? I remember reading somewhere that someone had tried it with success.

I have three songs from the album, all by the same artist, but for a reason, that they aren't bringing together under the same album or artist on iTunes. All the songs are listed separately under different artists even if the name of the artist (and album) is exactly the same:

The same artist and album has duplicated only three times.

  • Music Apple sorts by 'artists' when "songs" are selected

I've just updated to the new iOS 10.0.1 on my iPhone 5 and my music is synced from iTunes on my laptop (not Apple music), but whenever I select my music to be sorted by songs on my phone, it's clearly done by artists. I do not understand why, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here is a screenshot to help you understand.

Well, I solved this problem after like 2 minutes, and I don't know how to delete the post.

But for someone else who has the same problem go to settings > music > songs of sorting & Albums > by title.

Hope this helps anyone with the same problem!

  • Missing option to switch the display/music of the song from the Album or playlist without the sidebar

Problem I see now is that in my music, from the Album view we will tell song reviews, the only possible way is by activating the sidebar. Same thing if I want to see my playlists. I never needed to activate the sidebar to make this appeal.

Same for the television shows, by default, they appear listed by episode and not show or kind, again, if I want to switch the view now I have to activate the sidebar.

Clues will be appreciated if I could be missing something...

I agree with you.  I know, there was a lot of noise around the latest design, but I loved. I spend 95 percent of my time in the album view and 60% of the recently added.  I found the old, almost full screen view album with recent on top to be perfect!

I can live with the sidebar, but it seems old-school. What I would love are some filters/translucent navigation that could be invoked quickly and get out of the road. Why are we stuck with the menus, side bars and drop-down lists in 2016?  Why are filtering, display and sort so often confused in a strange and inflexible way in music from Apple apps?

  • iPod Nano would not download songs from Apple

    The error message say, exactly?

  • How is it iTunes puts all the songs in the album with the same name now?

I'm trying to give my CD into my iTunes since I got a new computer.  I did a few times before without problem.  Most of my CD is the most successful.

So now I put in 'Tom Petty Greatest Hits' and 'Tim Mcgraw Greatest Hits', I would put the Tim Mcgraw songs would go into Tom Petty album since they are both titled "Greatest Hits".  While I have to manually delete the songs from the album that I just put in, change the name of the album and re import again so that they merge.

Why iTunes do all of a sudden? I never had a problem like this before.

If the Album artist fields are different, enemy iTunes actually treat it as the same album, but they appear together in some points of view and sort orders.

You do not have to re - import the CD. Right click on the Album, or al, it of titles, select information and change regardless of the fields you want. In your case the artist Album tag.

In iTunes > Preferences > General > automatically the CD track names recover from the Internet is checked on.

  • Can not listen using bluetooth headphones with music Apple after updating iOS 10

I've updated my iPad to iOS 10 Air yesterday. This morning, I plugged my bluetooth headset and tried the Apple music (specifically, the NPR radio station). It sends output to the speakers of the iPad and not the bluetooth headset, and after several attempts does not connect to the bluetooth headset. I checked the bluetooth connection and verified that I could hear Siri through headphones. But Apple music seems not to want to use bluetooth headphones, whatever it is I'm looking for.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi the edema,

It is my understanding that you are experiencing some problems with Apple's music stations on your iPad don't play no not by your Air Bluetooth headset. I listen to music Apple all the time and I know it's nice to be able to listen to the radio stations with headphones. I will do my best to help you.

As you have noted that you can hear Siri through Bluetooth speakers, you can also try a different like YouTube app to see if you can hear the audio from there through your headphones? In addition, if you do not already made, conclusion of the music app and reopen it and try to play the station again. This happens just this specific station or any station you are listening to?

Even if you did the following steps part of this article, to get help to connect a Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device, there are a couple of additional ones that can help.

    1. Make sure that your device iOS and Bluetooth Accessory are close together.
    2. Make sure your Bluetooth accessory is on and fully charged or connected to power. If it uses batteries, test them to see if they need to be replaced.
    3. Restart your Bluetooth accessory.
    4. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
    5. On your iOS device, go to settings > Bluetooth and make sure Bluetooth is on. If you cannot turn on Bluetooth or you see a spinning gear, restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
    6. Cancel pairing the Bluetooth accessory, replace the accessory in discovery mode, then the pair and plug it in again.

Thanks for stopping by Apple Support communities. See you soon.

I have iTunes game and have all my music downloaded on my Mac and my iPhone with is my preference.  I understand that if I start a subscription to the music of Apple, my downloads will be deleted and I'll have to go through the process of downloading all my music again for both devices.  Is this true?

Also, are there other concerns with adding music Apple iTunes game or a library of music downloaded to a Mac or an iPhone that I should be aware of, before making the decision to subscribe to Apple music?

    Thank you.

  • When will it be compatible with Denon Heos music Apple?

Currently, I am a subscriber to Spotify, listen through my Denon Heos system. My subscription is to be renewed and I would use music Apple and iTunes still once, however Apple music is not compatible with the Denon system.

I sent Denon, and they are interested in the implementation, however, they expect that the requirements of the API available. How unlikely soon there will be a form any compatibility between the two?

This is the email I received from Denon:

"We consider music Apple to be a new player in the music business and as a result, we are certainly interested in the service."

Apple partnered initially Sonos to bring the music service Apple materialized with the 3rd party hardware, but to this day, they still have not released any API for any other party to evaluate or work with 3rd.

In the meantime, we do not know the technical requirements of the API, and while we are interested in the service, it may transpire that our products may not be not, we simply do not know at this stage.

Please do not hesitate to check from time to time with us.  Once an API is available for other 3rd parties and we looked at it we will be able to give a more specific answer, I hope you understand. »

I understand the answer is probably "we don't know", but it's also a position supporting this idea for the future (if I do)!

    Hello

You're right, we cannot speculate on whether or when Apple will support this. I can only suggest that you provide feedback to Apple.

  • The application of music Apple with ios 9.3.5 accidents

I upgraded an iPone 5 to ios 9.3.5 and the music apple application crashes

    Hi, jpwill123!

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple! After reading your post, I see that your Apple music app is leaving unexpectedly, which began after you updated your iOS software. I like the Apple's music and listen to it frequently, so I definitely want to make sure that your app works!

I have some troubleshooting by what you can spend. Try the steps in order, stopping once the problem has been resolved.

    1. Exit music. You can find instructions on how to exit an application here: force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
    2. Restart the iPhone. Restart instructions can be found here: restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch
    3. Reset settings on your iPhone by going to settings > general > reset > reset all settings.  This will not delete your content (such as photos, Notes, calendar of events, reminders, and contacts), but he'll be back customizable settings (background screen and display brightness, sounds of alert and ringtones, settings of Date and time, etc.) to their default values. It will also remove any saved Wi - Fi networks and passwords, as well as any VPN or previously used APN settings.
    4. Back up your iPhone and restore it to factory settings. You can use iCloud or iTunes to create a backup by following the instructions in the article listed here: How to backup your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Once a backup is created, you can use the instructions in the following article to restore the iPhone via iTunes on a computer: use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

After restoring, set your iPhone as a new device (i.e. without your backup, at least temporarily). You can register in iCloud, FaceTime iMessage and the iTunes and App Store using your Apple ID.

    5. If everything works while the iPhone is set up as a new device, you can restore your backup by following these instructions: restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from a backup

  • Frustrated with Apple music early jump to the next song.

Does anyone have a solution to keep the Apple music to jump to the next song before the end of the song that is currently playing?

My iOS is updated and I play it back via SONOS on a home network routed through the latest AirPort Extreme wireless.

I'm about to go back to Spotify.

I had this before and it turned out be be very low space on my device and / or bad internet connection? Other that that, I don't know sorry.

  • How can I keep game and separate music Apple iTunes?

    Hello

How can I keep iTunes game (library iCloud) and Apple music separate on the same Apple ID?

The last time I tried the Apple music it completely messed my library of music (songs missing, poorly titled songs, unplayable songs, wrong album art, stripped playlists etc etc). But it was at the beginning, at the launch of Apple's music. I like to give him another chance for a month or two, but I really don't want to spend months rebuilding my library again if things go so wrong for a second time.

I have a back up and this is what saved the last time, but this isn't really the point...

    Hello

We cannot dissociate iTunes Apple's music game because they both use the same iCloud music library.

As it has already been associated with your library, the inclusion of Apple's music should be transparent. Music Apple now use the same audio fingerprint matching as iTunes game. The main change you see is access to Apple's music library. Your existing music will continue to be shown as 'matched', 'transferred' or 'buy' but music downloaded music Apple will have a status of ICloud 'Music to Apple'. DRM no longer applies to your own music used on other computers or devices.

In addition, you can leave your game iTunes subscription expire you will continue to get the same benefits with Apple's music.

Personally, I've added music Apple when it was introduced and have had real problems, only a few hiccups.
