Best graphics card for Inspiron 3647?

I don't know how to find it on the Dell website, but I want to put the best video card as I can in the desktop computer Inspiron 3647. I would rather have 1 to 2 GB RAM, video card, but I don't know that is even supported or if I can pass the power supply.

fans are going to be part of life with a compact system like that... There is not a lot of space open so fans must come out warm air to keep things from overheating...

64 bit certainly account for games... If you find a card that works and which has a memory of 128-bit interface you will be a happy player.  interfaces memory 64-bit will choke the 3D games

Here's a 730 NVIDIA which is a simple map width of low profile that comes with low profile brackets:

You can also wait to see if the Speedstep or Osprey users reply to your message... they are wise in this area.

It has been my experience that it is better to have a card of 128 bits with 1 GB of RAM than a 64-bit card with 2 GB of RAM.

What is the best graphics card on the market which is compatible with my Inspiron 3847. I play all the newest and most anticipated games and need a video card that can follow. Something that requires no update since my current set up to run favorite. $$Price is not the problem.

  • Graphics card for Inspiron 530 desktop PC

I need a replacement of the graphics card for a Dell Inspiron 530, I got in 2008.  Any suggestions?

    hudsonnyc

Assuming you have the Inspiron 530 mini tour and not the Slimline version.

    You could install a GeForce 9400 GT 1 GB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x 16, with the default 300w power supply.

I've been using same GeForce 9400 GT 1 GB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x 16 in the Inspiron 530, with the supply POWER Dell 300w, without any problem.

The GeForce GT 240 1 GB 128 - bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 ready video card x 16 HDCP, would be also compatible.

If you want to install a more powerful video card, this would require the set power level.

    Bev.

  • Best graphics card for Photo editing

    Hi all

I am a professional photographer. Currently, I use Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 4.1. I'm having a new computer built just to edit my photos. The Council will be an ASUS P9X79 with memory intel Core i7-3820 and 16 GB. Construction computer technician would like a recommendation of the fastest and or better graphics card to edit images.

All my work is done in RAW of a 5 d MII. 21 million pixels.

Processing speed has always been a bottleneck for me and Lightroom 4 did not help.

Can you please recommend the best or fastest graphics card for this system?

    Thanks, Jim

    James,

Lightroom doesn't have much in terms of graphics cards when editing images. It would be nice if it makes use of the GPU, but it doesn't. Photoshop can, and some Lightroom 'plugins' as things NIK do use fancy graphics, but I think that again, you will not need top of the line chart. In any case, it will probably not make LR turn faster.

I have a Core i7-2600 with 8 GB, and LR is smooth and delicate with 12 megapixel images, so your new machine looks like it will work pretty good LR.

No additional hardware / stock only the usual stuff.

    You are the very welcome.

    This is excellent news.

  • Recommendation of the graphics card for Inspiron 537

So sorry to bother you, but I was not able to reach my people in service at Dell. As indicated, I own an Inspiron 537 desktop computer. It came with an Intel processor, which, I understand that Intel, was published by Dell before my purchase. It is for this reason that they honour not any guarantees, etc..  Anyway, I need a new graphics card, a strong enough for me to run Cinema 4 d (currently Cup when I go on several screens), and not too much that it would burn my disc.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

I agree on the HD 6670 being on the best choice, but make sure that you get with memory DDR5, DDR3... it will make the difference in speed of 3D rendering.  example: www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

So I got this computer by a neighbour who has moved recently. He went about its appearance and shape in big enough but its alittle outdated. especially I would like to know what type of graphics card is best for this computer because it is a type of SFF.

I would also like to know bonus how much GB of memory, I can max this out at?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hello:

I would recommend the Radeon HD 6450 low profile card with low profile mounting support for this model, which, incidentally, is a 6005 pro, not a Pro 6500.

HP is currently only 6300 Pro Series competition.

Personally, I like the fanless models but in a SFF case, according to me, that you really do need a fan to push the heat out of there more quickly that a passive heat sink can, but it's up to you.

These video cards are optionally on the HP SFF equipments 6200 Pro that has the same 240 W P/S as yours.

    You can install up to 4 x 4 GB (16 GB) PC3-10600.  DDR3-1333 Mhz

  • HP pavilion p701415: best graphics card for hp pavilion p7-1415

Hello, I recently bought a hp pavilion p7-1415, and I want to update the graphics card, so I can use a hdmi cable and play games at the best possible quality for this pc. I want to keep on the cheaper if possible side. Thank you. -Brett

    Hello

The p7-1415 HP has a BIOS version 8 HP and a 300 Watt power supply.

Without the power upgrade, the NVIDIA GTX 750 was rated very in some technical magazines PC. Just look for a model that does not require a PCI-E power connector 6 auxiliary pins.  You should be able to run 1920 by 1080 resolution and always get good pace.

  • What is the best graphic card for after effect

    Hello
my graphics card is not supported for after effect. I'll buy a new one and I would like to know what is the best
    Thank you

There is never a simple answer for such a question, but:
List of cards supported for 3D Ray Tracing in AE, you will find it here: after effects configuration required for Mac OS and Windows

More information on NVidia: Adobe after effects CC - 3D Graphics workflow | NVIDIA

But to be honest, most of the nvidia graphics cards will work with AE - ELA easier - more Cuda cores better.
But before you spend a lot of money for the high GPU know AE uses mainly from CPU to GPU rendering is not so important. It uses the GPU only for RayTracing (obsolete)

    and some third-party plug-ins.

  • Best graphics card for first Pro CC?

Hi all, I have a question about the graphics card, which is best for first Pro CC execution. I have a desktop PC with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 and a Laptop with a GeForce GTX 960 M. Can someone give me advice, which card is best for first Pro CC. Thank you!

I don't think that there is any best card.

But I also have many of these same cards, one in my editing system in my personal system.  960 really works better.

  • Best graphics card for DC5800 microtour help standard feed format

    Hello

I have a 3 GHz running Vista with 4 GB memory DC5800.  I do not hi end game just to stuff like Bejewelled.

I'm looking to put a video card. I already have an identical machine under XP. Who has a NVidia quattro 290. 256 MB

I am watching a 512 GB or even 1 GB or more, but suspect that my choice will be very limited because I don't want the hassle of changing the standard 300W power supply.

I read somewhere for advice on this forum that a Galaxy GEForce NVidia 9600 card will do the job she uses only the 60Watts.

I got an ASUS Nvidia GEForce 9600GT 512 MB card, which attracts up to 75W. Will I be OK with that, please?

Any other suggestions for 512 or 1 GB graphics cards with low energy consumption gratefully received. Maybe the Radeon HD 5450?

    Thanks a lot El Varche

    Hi, El Varche:

If you like Nvidia cards I'd throw in a GT 630, which, according to the specifications, works with a 300 W P/S.

    http://www.GeForce.com/hardware/desktop-GPUs/GeForce-gt-630/specifications

Get a video card with a 128-bit memory interface.

Some models to choose from below.

    http://www.Newegg.com/product/ProductList.aspx?submit=Ene & N =-1 & IsNodeId = 1 & Description = gt % 20630 & Bop = and & Order = Rating & PageSize = 20

You can easily change the P/s in a business office in HP, so you almost have to work within the one you have.
