    Well, here's my answer to my own post.

    After reading some posts here about possible solutions, I tried to delete all the cookies for YouTube (Tools > options > privacy > show cookies > youtube.com). Then tested on a site with integrated video would not play before and on YouTube directly - both worked!

    The poster with the suggestion of cookies also proposed changes to the 'exceptions', but it was not necessary at least for me.

  • Errors in Safari by trying to play the YouTube video that has an ad at the beginning

    Having this issue for a while (since Yosemite).  I'm on the last, largest OS X and Safari.  When I visit YouTube and the video has an announcement, Safari will not play video.  I get an error.  If I go to Chrome on this user, he plays very well.  If I go to a test account, Safari it plays very well.  I Reset Safari back to installation costs as possible (trying to solve a problem of WebEx where the Safari doesn't launch WebEx but just turns and turns) and still get this error.

    Does anyone have an idea what is the cause of the issue is, how can I solve it and solve it?  It would be awesome if it also solves the problem of WebEx.  As it is, I spend much more time in Chrome because 'it works' Safari held counts these nagging questions and no real way to solve problems. And Reset Safari receive one together much more complicated with the recent versions when the Reset Safari option has been removed.

    1 force quit Safari.

    Force quit.

    Press command + option + esc together keys at the same time. Wait.

    When the Force Quit window appears, select Safari if not already.

    Press the button to leave the bottom of the window.   Wait.

    Safari stops.

    2. restart Safari by holding down the SHIFT key.

    This will launch Safari mode without failure.

    3 turn off wifi and turn it back on.

    Turn off the Wifi. Click the Wifi icon in the menu bar, then select "Turn off Wifi".

    Visit another website.

    You have no internet connection.

    Turn on Wifi. Click the Wifi icon in the menu bar and select ' turn Wifi on.

    Select your network.

    4. remove the Cookies

    Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:

    Click on the button "Details".

    Delete all cookies except those from Apple, your internet service provider and the banks.

    5 safari > Preferences > Extensions

    Disable all extensions, restart Safari and test.

    You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

    • Tools > Options > advanced > General > Browsing: "use hardware acceleration when available.

    You will need to close and restart Firefox after enabling/disabling this setting.

    You can check if there is an update for your display driver graphic card and search for hardware acceleration of related issues.

  • Play a Youtube video in an AIR Android app

    Hello;

    I'm trying to display a Youtube video in an Android of the AIR application.

    Usually, I call the Youtube API reader as this (barebones only):

    loader.load (new URLRequest ("http://www.youtube.com/apiplayer?version=3"));

    Player = loader.content;

    player.loadVideoById ("12345678901", 0);

    I don't know why, but this method no longer works.

    Here's what's happening on the ANDROID device (I compiled using AIR v18):

    The video seems to be buffered for a few seconds, then the movieClip holding the Player API becomes transparent, no video is displayed.

    The sound of the video plays well.

    Meanwhile, on the anti-discrimination law, the video shows as it should.

    I use 5 Android, the Youtube video is on the public status and I already tried after uninstalling the Android app (but if it clears the cache?).

    Does anyone has an idea on what's going on?

    Thank you very much!

    Could check you if you have hardwareAccelerated set to true in your application descriptor?

               ]]>

    Also, check if you are using the tag in app descriptor because it can cause problems.

  • How to stop play automatically Youtube videos?

    I have no idea if it's a firefox problem or a problem add-on, but since the update yesterday, embedded YouTube videos started playing automatically. Obviously, this is not ideal because I won't be stopped whenever I visit some sites, especially when there are several, so does anyone have an idea how to stop this?

    Problem solved, it was a module update which I did not know that I have always used.

  • Sound does not play in Youtube videos.

    When I look at a Youtube video in Firefox, there is no sound. The same video has sound if I watch it in Chrome. Also, other types of videos make it sound in Firefox. This started happening a few weeks ago. So far, the sound worked fine.

    I have Windows 7 and Firefox 23.0.1.

    Thank you for you efforts. None of the suggestions has solved the problem. However, the sound began to play again his own. I don't know why it stopped working and I don't know why he has returned to work. But it's working now. Thanks again.

  • Firefox crashes whenever I try to play a YouTube video

    Hi all.

    I had an annoying problem since this morning. I am able to view the homepage of YouTube, but whenever I try to watch a video, the player will work for a short period of time, usually a few minutes - and then Firefox will freeze. A minute or so after that, I get a crash report and Firefox crashes. Here's the error reports generated since that began:

    It's only Youtube that gives me problems. I tried Twitch and Hulu and each site performed normally. YouTube seems to work very well since I was able to access it on Internet Explorer without any problem. I ran Malwarebytes and McAfee scans since this morning, but the two have developed own.

    Any thoughts?

  • Can not play any YouTube video or even get YouTube to the charge with any video

    If I try to load videos hosted on YouTube, they won't charge, they will not show even a placeholder to show that something should be there. If I go on YouTube, the site does not load with any video. All I get is a list of links to subscribed channels and my account and all these nonsense, nothing that looks even remotely like a video. This occurred only since 28 beta 2 has been installed.

    If you use extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) which can block content (e.g., Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that these extensions are not blocking content.

    You can try the following steps in case of problems with web pages:

    Reload Web pages and ignore the cache to refresh potentially stale or corrupt.

    • Hold down the SHIFT key and click the Reload button
    • Press 'Ctrl + F5' or 'Ctrl + Shift + R' (Windows, Linux)
    • Press 'Command + shift + R' (Mac)

    Clear the cache and cookies only from Web sites that are causing problems.

    "Clear the Cache":

    • Firefox/tools > Options > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

    'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

    • Firefox/tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

    Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

    • Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode without failure.
  • Said his timing, but he of not and said firefox depreciated and missing the plugin to play a youtube video on a Web site

    I use Firefox as my default browser on my android phone. I noticed that there are some favorite folders that are missing and never sync to my laptop. If I try to manually synchronize he says he does, but never, it updates and displays an error. Also when I go to sync settings it says that Firefox Sync amortized?

    Hi and thanks, I uninstalled firefox from my android phone and reinstalled and it seems to work fine now thanks

  • Firefox 7 won't play YouTube videos

    Running Win7 x 64. Upgrade to Firefox 7, then YouTube videos stopped playing. YouTube keeps insisting that I have to install the latest flash player, what I've done several times ("install_flashplayer10_mssa_aih.exe" and "install_flashplayer11x64_mssa_aih" versions), clear cookies, restart and all that crap. Firefox refuses to play YouTube videos. Internet Explorer 9 (x 64) plays great YouTube videos. Don't use Firefox more. You've got to SUPPORT your application instead of users leaving Wade. It is also why I HATE the upgrade. It causes too often new incompatibilities when I just want to leave what works, the hell alone.

    The Adobe forum, someone suggested

       * go to http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550 and
             o download the 64-bit uninstaller
             o download the 64-bit installer
       * close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller
       * restart Windows
       * delete any remaining files in
             o C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
             o C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash
       * now run the downloaded installer

    It still does not work. Then someone else said to install the ActiveX Installer, I found somewhere online.

    THEN finally it worked. But I still don't understand why I have to jump through additional hoops, which are not explained in the first place-YT says I need to upgrade (even if my old machine W2k with FF 3 and Flash 10 works fine), I click on the link on YT taking me to Adobe, I download and install like lead instructions , but it does not work. Why didn't ActiveX installs as well as the installer of Flash if necessary?

  • I left my computer on overnight, (playing the music on a youtube video) and I woke up to a blue screen of death. What does that mean?

    So I went to sleep last night I left my computer on playing a Youtube video that was about 45 minutes. When I woke up and looked at my computer screen, I discovered that I had the blue screen of death. Was this a memory problem? My computer could not handle being on all night?

    I have Microsoft Security Essentials, I scanned my computer (quick scan) and it found no virus. Should I just not leave my computer all night next time?

    I'm moving your message to the performance and maintenance of the forum for Windows section.

    The cause of the BSOD is generally not a virus. Details of the BSOD, including the potential cause, could be able to be determined on the basis of the error information. It could be hardware, memory, overheating, etc..
