  Looks like it's a systemic problem, because it will not open in Firefox or Chrome.

  The installer for Acrobat is different from the rest Cloud Creative applications that is why when you create a package by using Creative Cloud Packager, there are two folders created:-

  (1) build-->> all upward for all Applications of Cloud Creative except Acrobat.

  (2) exceptions-->> Contains for Acrobat and the Muse.

  You will need to install Acrobat first through the Exceptions folder. Select the option to install as a trial or a subscription.

  Then install the creative rest of Cloud applications through generation file, it will install the applications and your copy of Acrobat license also.

  Specific advice Apple seem to be uninstall QuickTime, it should no longer be necessary and has a few potential security vulnerabilities. See Uninstall QuickTime 7 for Windows - Apple Support.

  Assuming that you have a 64 bit system, this facility expected to be compatible. For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates. More information area has direct links with the current and recent if you have problems to download, need to install an older version , or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with third-party software.   According to the description of the problem your printer does not print text on paper as there is no ink. The question might be if there is no ink in the cartridges. Printing problems can be caused by cables that are not properly connected, corrupt, drivers, incompatible drivers, the printer settings, missing updates and problems with your printer.

  I suggest to check first the ink in the cartridges, and if possible, try to change with a new and see if it makes a difference. You can also try to clean the ink cartridge nozzles.

  If the problem persists, you can try the steps outlined in the methods mentioned below and see if it helps you to solve the problem.

  Try the printer troubleshooter, which will attempt to diagnose and solve your problem automatically.
