  Solution!
  (1) while playing music:
  (2) open the back cover,
  3) press the buzzer of connection on the back (just below the location of the battery). Even now, I managed to apply pressure to the power supply without removing the lid, while playing music. It works!
  (4) fixed!

  In fact, I had my replaced BlackBerry until I knew the Solution. Not even the carriers know this solution! Thank you BlackBerry to another question on the flagship model.   Sorry but I have no explanation for this. I can recommend you to remove the sound card in Device Manager, then restart the unit. After reboot, the sound card must be recognized and installed properly.

  It will be interesting to know what model of laptop you have.

  I had the same problem with the MS Outlook application.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to fix.  Takes screenshots of the app settings before I removed it.  I hope this helps.

  But in short, remember that your automatic boot process and your user interface process, both through main with different parameters and are the BlackBerry is concerned, different applications.  So it may be an Application, the other can be a UiApplication, and both can enterTheDispatcher.

  I have the same problem. Here's what could be your problem:

  Go to: sounds (click on icon)

  Scroll down to "set contact alerts ' click that

  If you see the name of someone in your address book delete them unless you have added custom contact ringtones. I found when I change a contact in the phone for reasons unknown to me or Sprint, adds the contact here and adds a default ring tone that replaces what you set.
