  If you still have your original registration email, you can click on the link it contains to reset the password.

  If you do not have this e-mail or do not remember your security question then there is no way to recover your password and you will need to create a new ID of BB. This will result in purchases under your previous BB ID will be lost and will need to be redeemed.
