BlackBerry App to app world carrier payment stopped.

A few days ago that I made a purchase from app world as I always do with payment to the carrier, but this last time it cost all of my available credit and that was enough for the app I bought. Then I tried to buy another application, I rebooted my credit, but when I went to the app to pay he says that the payment method, I had is not available right now!
I use prepaid number and there more cost of the application.
How do I reactive payment by carrier again please help?

You will need to contact your carrier to solve this problem. My carrier, Rogers, supports the payment of the carrier as well but for a few weeks, they stopped it and I had to use a credit card. After a few weeks, they started it upwards again, so maybe your carrier will do. As I said, you won't get any concrete answers here about that then give them a call to see what is happening because it's the carrier to support it or not, no BlackBerry.

    I am astounded by a recent discovery rights the BlackBerry App World:

    Me and my friend have BlackBerry 9000 "BOLD", both with Vodafone UK simm in them.

    I'm in Romania and I see 701 games available in BlackBerry AppWorld (price in $)

    It is in the receipt and there only 395 games available and the price is in Euros.

    How can this be? We both roaming in Vodafone UK and we both have the same BlackBerry device and network provider.

    Here's the order of things to do to have the support of the edge:

    1. connect with a community of users that support for free (for example, here)
    2. Contact your enterprise support service (free)
    3. If the support hotline is not competent to answer, they can contact the hotline of RIM on BlackBerry (free) products

    Can someone help me with this?

    1. in an accidental action a rash skin and not calculated, I deleted the Blackberry App World, (who had hitherto worked perfectly on my Bold 9700).

    2. I found a link on the site Web of BlackBerry to download the App World and the download/install seems to work, but when I tried to activate the App World icon, nothing happened.  Even after a reboot sweater and battery system.

    3 I deleted App World again - intentionally this time-"BOLD" connected to my PC and download App World via the site Web de BlackBerry again via the PC.  This version of App World was as insensitive as the first download.

    6. then the App World icon has stopped working too: the screen would Flash when I clicked it, but would not launch the application itself.  Not only that, but some piece of it continued to run in the background, draining the battery: the App World icon would not leave my screen Application Switch.  Even after system reboot and full battery pull, the icon remained in my Application Switch screen.  But by clicking above all remember to screen all Applications.

    7 so now I deleted App World again, just so that my "BOLD" is not run out of juice before that my day job is completed.

    All suggestions/help someone on this forum has to offer will be welcomed.

    Well, it was a bit of a drag, but I solved the problem by reinstalling my OS.  Thanks for your interest to help me solve the problem!

    Hello! You can send the BAR + debug the token, but the debugging token will expire in a month and the BAR will stop working.

    Another option is sending a signed BAR but you will not be able to control its further distribution.

    Please uninstall AppWorld options > device > application management.

    Scroll down to BlackBerry AppWorld > delete.

    Perform a restart on the BlackBerry this way: with the phone smart BlackBerry turned on, remove the battery for a min. and then reinsert the battery of waiting until it reboot.

    Now, since your browser BB go to thewww.blackberry.com/appworld and install again.

    After installation go to app world and see if you are able to download on a PC, you can also try to scan the barcode of this application, it will request a download link on your device. Please try it and let us know. But like I said try to download Over the Air.

    I fought with App World for months since I had to replace my Storm with a curve... I get the message "app is not available...". "that was never a problem on my Storm.  Then I tried to connect to App World on my computer which made me connect my curve and do a verification system, then I accepted the terms and Conditions, and finally I had to link it with a paypal account.  I went through the process and set up, but when she returned the site of App World it remained on the payment information page.  It will not continue after that point and all I can do is click on the "Pay with PayPal" button not telling me that «this prior approval has already been processed...» "Whenever I navigate off the page of payment information that I must begin the entire process signature again.  Like I said, App World is not an option on my phone, so any ideas what I need to do?

    Here are a few kilobytes that may be useful:

    • KB20031"BlackBerry AppWorld has problems connecting to the server BlackBerry AppWorld. "Check your network connections, and then try again" appears at the start of BlackBerry App World

    There could be more... but it's a start. You should also check with your wireless service provider and make sure your AppWorld/BBID has been fully migrated over your new device... If they have not completed the migration of backend, which could cause problems.

    The 'last resort' is to find the email you received initially want you AppWorld/BBID. That is a link to use to remove your BBID account. Then you create a new account BBID, using exactly the same powers... that connects the new account with all previous purchases and history. If those who are not important, then by using the same credentials is not necessary... just create a whole new BBID and start over.

    Hi there, hope someone out there can offer help or advice. I recently had difficulties to access the App World on my 8310. Receiving the message "upgrade your service to a plan that includes browsing and discover a world of possibilities at Blackberry App World. Contact your service provider for more details"I contact my service provider (Vodafone UK) who confirmed my plan includes navigation. I am able to web access, vodafone live, facebook, etc., but each time to connect to get App World, the same message. Tonight, I deleted and reinstalled the latest version, but no change. By the way, I was able to use the service in the past downloaded app facebook etc, it's just in the last four or so weeks I have encountered this problem.

    I also removed battery etc to see if restart works, but nothing works.

    Someone has suggestions

    After surfing through a large number of entries on this forum, it seems that I was not alone with my problem, seems to be a problem of RIM on each network carriers, however, I phoned Vodafone UK, who have been very helpful and resent my service books and prayed I confirmed my email addresses registered with my blackberry via my pc. As a precaution, I removed App World on my device and it recharged, and fortunately it seems to work now.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones (App) not available for download from Blackberry App World

    I use a Blackberry Bold 9000 (personal use) on Bell Mobility.  The operating system is v5.0.0.681 (1137 Bundle, platform 5.2.0.64) and I'm in v2.0.1.12 App World.

    My App World worked well until I have asked me to set up my Blackberry ID.  Since then, App World is basically useless.  My main questions are:

    1. Whenever I try to connect on App World, I am taken to the additive screen of Blackberry App World membership.  I accept the conditions each time, but nothing is recorded, and I have to go through the same process the next time I log on.
    2. When I try to download updates to existing applications, I get the dreaded "...". not available for download on Blackberry App World. »
    3. When I try to download new applications (IE TSN Mobile), I get the same "... not available for download from Blackberry App World."

    After a very long session with Bell Mobility and RIM Technical Support staff, I was able to solve the problem I was experiencing.

    I initially created my Blackberry ID using my mobile device (9000 "BOLD").  Apparently, the program installation but unfinished and recorded properly and that was the root cause of all problems.  When I logged in Blackberry ID of my laptop, I was able to complete the installation in three steps process.  It was to download a plug-in on the Blackberry site, connect the phone to the laptop and then completing the installation program (including seizure of Paypal information, if you wish) on the laptop.

    After completing this process, I could connect the Blackberry ID on my mobile without having to go through the Blackberry App World membership additive and all my downloads have worked without error.

    IMPORTANT: the completion of recording Blackberry ID process must be carried out using Internet Explorer.  I had actually tried to do this a few days ago, but I've been using Google Chrome.  As a result, the global need App Plug In did not download properly on my laptop and I couldn't finish the rest of the installation procedure.

    I hope this helps other people who have faced this problem.

    1 you have THE BlackBerry data Plan of Tmoble, not a generic unlimited internet package.

    2. same deal. For BlackBerry Maps work, you must have THE BlackBerry data Plan.

    You have to, to get the push email RIM works as well as services of BlackBerry data such as the Web browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger and much more.

    Then call your carrier and you learn about to have added to your account BlackBerry data Plan.

    It's sad. Carriers refusing to meet their contractual obligations. Clients have no free method to contact the RIM. Instead, carriers have the responsibility to provide all support front-line. If they don't understand, they want to escalate the case through their channels internal and possibly (if justified) to the bottom of the RIM. So they tell you to contact directly the RIM are, well, "sad", it is in more generous word I can come up with. I suggest you contact them and ask the escalation which are contractually committed to offer.

    Can anyone ease my mind? I received a text informing I needed to upgrade my Blackberry Apps World and had to create a user ID. Later in the process he advised that I should give my paypal password and that your future purchases would not speak based on the new blackberry and password. He gave me the opportunity to accept it as the only way to adjust th Apps World in the future.  I was suspicious but not able to contact Blackberry to check that it was a formal request.  Stupidly, I enter my paypal password, which she said was not valid and that I could enter payment details later. I came out of the site then tried to come back using the new id and basically apps world froze with a banner saying authentication and a symbol of locking up.  I changed the phone market but he continued to show the same thing.  Once a few more attempts with the same result, I took out the battery and then tried again.
