  I recently had to send my Zed10 in repair and I got a loan from Zed10. I loaded up my backup on the charger and everything worked fine but I was not able to get on BBM. He spent 15 minutes, try to restore then says that there is a temporary service error.

  Constantly occurring and does not disappear even after a battery pull and several reboots.

  Help, please!

  so, I solved this problem. I reinstalled bbm front channels try trying to restore bbm it worked worked well, because after the update my restored bbm.

  I don't know if the bbm channels has caused the problem or only helped install authentication pedal of starting the process. Either way I am back on bbm and super happy!

• BlackBerry App z10 BBM account not associated with Blackberry ID email address

  BBM was working fine until yesterday afternoon. I began to receive guest "setup BBM. The Blackberry ID is not recognised who then throws a prompt 'email address invalid. There is an error 'temporary server '.

  I've edited and adjusted my Blackberry ID so that reset the password. These changes seem to get to the device itself, as indicated in the settings/Blackberry ID field.

  IF my BBM contacts me, I do not see the entry in the HUB (first line only). IF I try to answer, the BBM configuration screen to run again - only to fail on the e-mail address associated with the BB ID. All other BB services seem to work well.

  It's disappointing to have problems with the flagship software of this kind on a new device.

  Any ideas on a fix for this?

  This problem has been resolved.

  According to my provider, BB has acknowledged a problem Sat, and a patch was in place this morning.

  To restore the association with ID Blackberry BBM, I followed these steps.

  Step 1: Turn off WiFi

  Step 2:

  (a) go to settings

  (b) select "about"

  (c) form of network select category

  (d) select Menu (three points lower-right)

  (e) select "apply for blackberry services.

  (f) BBM re-launch

  While I initially could not 'restore using the email', I WAS able to 'continue' (while in the BBM configuration screens). The guest said that I would not be able to access my existing contacts. I "continued" at the instigation of the tech support and everything is OK now.

  Step 3: Turn WiFi turn it back on

  Back in business!

  Hello. Im a new user and this is my first post here.

  I have a 9630. Problems with the bbm. Sending messages with my girlfriend and all is fine then suddenly my message will never change delivered to receipt and never send messages that she try to send it to me.

  Have found a temporary solution to switch my network switch connection. But this usually only works for about an hour before it happened again.

  Have you tried the battery pull, resettlement of bbm and sending the registration again. Can't seem to understand anything.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  How long as it been the case? It could be just a problem of temporary network in your area.

  If not, try your BBMessenger deleting and reinstalling.

  First save BBM (open BBM > Options > backup, both locally in the media card and remote.)

  Delete BBM in Options > advanced > Applications.

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Now reinstall your BBMessenger using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/bbm to download and reinstall

  The BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Simulator does not support BBM.  We are currently working on BBM adding support to the Simulator.  For now you will need a real device to test.

  I'm trying to share content via BBM with my app, but when I use the blackberry.bbm.platform.users.shareContent function, I get the following error that it has not defined:

  shareContent is not supported on BlackBerry 10.  The BBM SP session and channels that allow a communication device are not supported in BlackBerry 10.  These are supported in BlackBerry OS 5 to 7.

• How to save messages to Vector() or ByteArray() channels

  Hi people,

  As learning Actionscript 3, I made the IRC in AS3 client and it works fine for me, but now I'm on way to record messages of all channels that reach the user. I've read a lot about vector and ByteArray, even tutorials, but I don't understand how I can put messages from channels in ByteArray or Vector.

  I am thinking:

  Create a function to record messages of channels.

  Create a function to load the messages of channels (if a user click on the button of channel)

  Create a function to delete messages from channels (if a user left the channel or shut down the server)

  Can someone explain with an example how can I save messages to channels on the right track?

  If the numbers of channels (used as an index of vector) do not work for you, you will need to use an object of vectors of the string:

  I have an email which I want to keep for future reference.  If I just leave it on the HUB, I'm afraid that I may accidentally delete by mistake.  However, I can't find any way to save it.  Also, in my email HUB I can't create a folder of recorded message.

  Can someone advise please how to record a message?

  Thanks for your help.  I called Godaddy.  Because I use a POP account, I can't add a folder saved on my account but emails are not deleted from the server after deleting in Z10.

  An IMAP will allow me to add a saved mail folder, but the messages will be deleted from the server after deleting in Z10.

  In this context, I decided to keep waiting on the server is much more important and so I decided to keep things as they are.  Your help is appreciated by which I can make an informed decision.

  Having a few texts from major problems.  Sometimes when I touch on a contact, I send SMS it takes about 20-30 seconds for the key board and the cursor to arrive.  When you type, it takes 20-30 seconds for the next typing.  When I finally have the ready message, it will take 30 to 60 seconds to send... or I get an alert "failed to save the message.  I rebooted and tried to take the battery off-don't... no luck.

  This problem occurred intermittently for the last few months, but sometimes for an hour or two.  Currently, it has been almost 24 hours.  I'm getting very, very tired of these problems with this phone.  I've been a BB user for 7 years and will visit with someone else I'm frustrated that.
