BlackBerry blackBerry 10 mobile response

I currently use a BlackBerry Bold 9780, and I intend to move soon to the Z10 or Q10... When Im at work many people use headphones to talk with customers, and they get a lot of interference from my phone, its worse when Im message receives a call, or loading of internet...

Does anyone know how can I stop this?

and it will be a problem with the new BB 10?

Thanks in advance

The lack of comments should actually be a good sign for you - which means that no one knows that or has no idea of the idea of what you're talking about. Frankly, I have not heard this in more than 10 years - different times different frequencies. And Yes usually less than 7 days and 30 minutes of talk time, you can return the phone but of course confirm with your operator. Good luck

I am looking for on this forum after being (possibly) achieved through BlackBerry World (located here, so you can make reference to what I'm going to talk: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/35524900 ) this app is marked as 'BlackBerry Lmtd' being the developer, that's why it is implicit that BlackBerry updates to this app and is responsible for its support. I am at this point, after trying (for weeks) to find how this whole process of WiFi calling went down, I was told by T-Mobile at the level executive response that BlackBerry was next to insider support. In its current form the above application currently supports only prior 2 BB10 peripheral T-Mobile, the Q10 and Z10. Despite the classic hit the shelves of T-Mobile, despite the fact that T-Mobile as well as the TWO classic BlackBerry supports WiFi called, it seems to come down to this app gets an update. I write here wondering if there is information about the status of this application as well as the support with regard to devices. Will be it be updated to include the classic? Is this a known issue? Is this really T-Mobile app? Just anything, any kind of transparency or tiny tidbit of information be always so would appreciate! If anyone has information or can better direct me on where to take my survey, I am more than happy to wait for your answers! Thank you for your time.

That's the beauty of this site... we do not work for carriers, nor for the BB. So, we can be truly independent and share more that they would be allowed to share. But, keep in mind that everything we know is therefore not official (unless it is a public site, such as the database of BB KB). We are sure that we are right on these points, but being not "in it", we can't know with 100% certainty.

You're most welcome and good luck!

  • Help BlackBerry Z10 mobile Nokia z10 please.

not quite sure what happened to the title... just went like this while typing of my pb.

in any case, I switch from classic nokia to z10. I have hundreds of contacts, some of whom many numbers of emails, etc.. There are too many to fit on one sim card and they would also all be shortened to 14 characters.

However, I can export my contacts into a CSV file nbu GOLD. A way to get this info on my z10 easily?

Be very useful if there was a FAQ to help users of each of the other brands move with ease to the new blackberry.

    Thank you?

    Thanks for the quick response.

You can remove contacts from Hotmail, once the synchronization is complete, make sure that you disable sync contacts in the account settings.

It is just a workaround, so you can get all the contacts on the BlackBerry Z10

  • BlackBerry 10 Mobile data stopped Wroking after update 10.3.1 OS (URGENT)

    Hello

My mobile data was working fine before the update, I used 4G and Edge one month on 10.2 before this 10.3.1 update, now it shows signs of Connection (E or 4G), but it does not work, I tried to change carriers to check if there is network problem, but it remained the same.

    Thank you

I suggest that you try the method of loader automatic very clean and very energetic and reload your OS:

Beware that it is completely destructive... the device will be 'as new'... None given, no apps, no accounts, etc. Remember you first take a full backup, as well as make full manual documentation of applications, accounts, configurations, etc. Sometimes a restore reintroduced corruption even sought to eliminate, and manual reconfiguration is required.

You can also use it to return to a BONE earlier if you want... you can install any level of the operating system for which you can find an auto-loader. (Hint... search the site of CB!)

Good luck and let us know!

  • BlackBerry App Mobile data traffic

    Hello

A friend told me he saw somewhere a blackberry service that offers unlimited mobile data through Europe traffic.

Is there a specific blackberry data service?

    Thanks, Artur

No services are offered by BlackBerry. BlackBerry only makes the devices and offers the BlackBerry infrastructure to wireless companies.

  • BlackBerry without mobile internet smartphones

Hello friends, I have blackberry torch 9860. I have no connection to my mobile internet for a few days. All other/calls, SMS, email, wi - fi / works normally, only the mobile internet is not accessible. I contacted the operator, they did something, but no positive results. I put the SIM card on another device and it has mobile internet here. I think that the problem is not with the SIM card. Could someone please inform me of what to do in this situation? Thanks in advance! Greetings Georgi

Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

If still nothing, on your BlackBerry device, go to:

    1. on OS5 devices: Options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register. On OS6 devices: Options > device > advanced > host Routing Table
2 send your service from your carrier's BIS site books:
    Of your handheld: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402

Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and sign. Then under help!, select Service books and select send service Books. From your desktop PC: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830North American carriers - scroll to select your carrier
Carriers worldwide - find your operator from the list

    3. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart. This restart, even if you have already done this, is often necessary to install the service books.

  • Problem blackBerry spyware Mobile Smartphones as Possible

I have the Storm 9530 and I think I could be a victim of a pirate mobile spyware and cell phone. Anyone know an anti-spyware course that I can download for my storm? Help, please... Feeling a little paranoid

    Ok.

Simple, first, any application on our device, to spy on your or not, would be qualified options > advanced > Applicaitons.

    Thus,.

one) that you see suspicious applications in this list? If you do, feel free to list the application in this case.

    (b) GPS: no one call you don't follow via GPS unless there is an application in your device to allow someone to do. For example, just know your phone number, I could not track your location using GPS on the device.

    (c) your e-mail password of accounts being changed - unless you enter your passwords on your BlackBerry emails and emailing them, how even a spyware software know? There is no keylogger spy software for BlackBerry and if there were, refer to one) above.

    (d) to a person of the same load an application on the GPS tracking device, they would need to have your device for 10-20 minutes, in their hands, away from you.

Beyond that, the best you can do, is to back up your device, wipe the device using JLCmder.exe, and then reload the operating system on the device again and restore your data/contacts/calendar.

But do what is pretty extreme, so if you need help.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones no response when you try to click on the links on web pages

    Hey y ' All

This is a problem that came only in the last day or two...

Had my Blackberry 9000 for a few weeks and have been able to use internet with it with no problems. However in the last two days, I find that I can no longer click on all links using the trackball. There is no response either whenever I tried to click on the links. This is valid for all websites on all three of my browsers on the device. Text based links, I can just use the command 'Get Link' or press 'enter', but these options are not available for links based on java as the buttons of opening session on Yahoo and some other sites, therefore, I can not in them.

In addition to the above issues, the trackball seems to work very well. I am able to click on bookmarks, that seems to work... and all the other functions of the trackball (AFAIK) seems to work very well. It's just when I'm on websites that I can't click on the links either.

    I hope this makes sense

    Thank you

    Greg

Have you tried to reset the device by removing the battery for a minute? After that the battery is given to, it will restart in any 1-3 mins, then try it

  • BlackBerry Smartphones mobile Skype on "BOLD"?

Hi people has been wondering if Skype mobile work on a wi - fi on my "BOLD", and that it would be a good idea to try to download in the first place?

I don't think that the Blackberry is officially supported by Skype. Probably the easiest to use (without http://m.iskoot.com of your BB) iSkoot or BeeJive IM + for Skype ($$).  I used iSkoot and it works pretty well. If you need Skype-out, he composed a local point of presence, so it will use your inclusive minutes.

  • BlackBerry Facebook Mobile Smartphones post freezes all BB

for about 3 months, my phone was able to upload a photo on facebook and now whenever I try to upload a picture of my bb it will allows me to choose and it will download but the bb everything crashes and the white screen comes on and says "app error: reset? ' and I don't have an option but to the Click Reset.

I hate having to reset my blackberry and more

and I even did a master reset where all my photos contacts apps EVERYTHING was deleted in an attempt to solve the problem but it won't work.

    any suggestions?

    Hello

It is a common, well known BB fault. It's something to do with the connection between your phone and the facebook server that does not. The best thing to do is to download not through the app, but to go on facebook on your PC, go to settings and then mobile. There is something about remittances of e-mail where to send you the images in an email and published on your mobile uploads. If you click on 'Send to my email address' they will send email to your email address and then save you it in your phone. Then whenever you want to download a photo, just email. The bar of the object is the unique photos legend.

    Hello

I'm in charge BB Manager in our company and a user on our system with a 8100 T - Mobile as active carrier asks me to reinstall the software blackberry on his device.

How should this be done essentially to wipe it and start over fees?

    Thank you

    Patrick

First download and install from here Office Manager (4.7 without Media Manager is recommended): https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22

Then download and install the software from here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

Then try to reload the operating system by connecting the device to your computer, open the Desktop Manager, then go to the Application Loader. This will open a wizard who travels to reload the operating system on your device. More detailed instructions can be found here:

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Mobile AIM

I have a question about the TARGET mobile and Blackberry Messenger. I understand that data services must be turned on in order for these to work, but does that mean if I don't have a data plan for my Blackberry, I can't use these applications without being charged for the data? I have ATT with unlimited messaging that is supposed to include IM, but I don't have a data plan.

Fix. You need a data plan for any IM client work. Without a data plan you can send and receive the SMS. Yes, on most carriers, you will need a data plan to send/retrieve MMS messages

  • BlackBerry Smartphones mobile AddressBook

I backed up all my information from a previous blackberry.  Is it possible to move only the address book without transfer to the new calendar, SMS etc...?

    Thank you.

You can restore the backup that you did for the new device by using the restore feature / advanced in the Desktop Manager and do NOT select the databases you want to not transferred.

OR you can use the switch device Wizard to move ALL your data from the old machine to the new device and once you are facing up and running, go back to the Office Manager and clear the databases of applications (SMS, calendar, etc.) you want to do not.

This procedure will complete remove all calendar entries or entries from the address book on your BlackBerry.

If you are eager to remove a database on the BlackBerry, other than the address book or calendar for which this instrunctional is written, then replace your database application when below reads "Address book" or "calendar".

    1. open the Desktop Manager on your PC.

    2. open Backup/Restore > advanced.

    3. in Advanced Options, you will see a split pane screen. Left pain is what happens to save on your device and the right is a list of the existing databases.

3 select right your address book database (or your Calendar database), and then click the arrow in the Middle pointing to the left. This will copy the information on and prepare it for the backup.

    4. once the backup is complete, click the button Clear down to erase, and then clean up the database of book full address (or calendar).

    5. once it is finished, it will ask you if you want to save the backup that you created, say you Yes and check the device to make sure that the address book (or calendar) has been duly cleared out. Now, Resync the necessary contact details and you should be set to go.
