BlackBerry Bold 9900 not saved the network of Blackberry smartphones

Hello

I have Blackberry data services with my provider of Meteor, and that they worked with my previous Blackberry 9900. I had to replace it and bought a second-hand 9900, which was a feature of company on the Vodafone network. I have unlocked it and I am able to use the SIM for calls and connect to the internet via wifi, but I'm unable to activate Blackberry internet services. Host Routing Tables are empty and I can't save. In addition, in the e-mail settings, I get only the ability to create a company account.

I did a full factory reset and I tried to save the Tables in routing host several times but nothing happens.

Start here please... you did some, but not all, these necessary things:

  • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
  • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    It seems that the card supports only WEP encryption and cannot handle WAP encryption that secures the WLan network.
    Fact is that encryption depends on hardware and not software. This means that if the card doesn t supports the Protocol WAP for the update of the driver will not change this situation, but only a replacement card.
    So I agree with you that the replacement card may solve your problem.

    Unfortunately, I can't give you any recommendations because I m not 100% sure what card uses the WAP protocol, but you can order the Wlan card compatible and supported by the Toshiba service partner in your country. AFAIK the guy order the Toshiba parts directly.

    I finally found the problem.

    ESXi servers are configured with MTU 9000, but the switch where the hosts are connected was a bug documented with frames. I found the problem after finding this article http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1003734

    I run the command of ESXi-1:

    vmkping - d-s 8972 192.168.10.12 where 192.168.10.12 is the ip address of ESXi-2

    The result was:

    3 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss

    as a workaround, I reduce the MTU to 1500, then I patched the problematic switch.

    • Peripheral BB10. Hold the top button until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the unit to be completely stopped (for example, nothing appears on the screen, no lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red light. Wait through the entire boot process. IF this fails, you can try the method of battery-pull above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

It might have been reported as lost or stolen, which would result in this message.
