BlackBerry Hub Management on Z10 Z10

I select the items to be included in my hub - various emails, texts & BBM. However, they change randomly to off and I'll always have to go back and reset. Any suggestions?

Hello and welcome to the community!

I suggest that reset you the hub... with the Hub to the top, slide 5 times down diagonally from top to bottom on the left.

Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not remove app FB of Blackberry HUB! New Z10

I have the new Bberyy Z10.

I don't want the FB app in my Blackberry hub, actually, I want that he removed completely from my phone. I manually deleted the application from the main application icon pages. Also, I went in 'Management Hub' and clicked off for Facebook in terms of updates. However updates still occur, on my main screen when my phone is locked even! Very annoying.

I'm trying to get rid completely of my phones FB app, especially of the HUB. I searched for a type of 'application manager' mode where I was able to do this in older versions of the Bberry.

    Much appreciated, thanks!

Hello and welcome to the community!

There is no app handler more... the main icon pages are rather than that, so you would place this icon until they all started to vibrate, then let go and select the trash in top/right of the FB icon, then completed the process to remove the application.

But you don't have maybe not deleted real integration account... swipe down from the top, then select settings, then accounts... If FB is in here, delete as well.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry Z10 Blackberry Hub - Hub Management settings

    Hello

When I go in the menu Hub management to change the items that are included in the main view of the HUB, even if I chose to put some parts to wide they still appear in the HUB. Is this normal?

    Thank you

    Sandro

Yes, the label appears on the black page, but this account will not actually displayed in the list of messages. You can still drag on the left and see if there are messages there and you can always tap on it and display them. They just don't show in the list of messages in the hub.

  • BlackBerry Desktop Manager incompatible with BT stack?

I was wondering if last battery installation of BT from Toshiba on a laptop Dell Latitude running stack version 4.00.22 (D) will solve a problem that I found with Blackberry Desktop Manager (6.0) - this Signals that my computer does not support the feature of BT.

I've read elsewhere that the solution is to replace the battery from Toshiba with the Microsoft drivers, but in doing so, I will lose the other aspects of the BT feature that work well today (such as the audio as connections one headset Skype).
Update stack of 4.x to 7.x will make a difference? Appreciate any feedback - thank you!

If you are using the model of Toshiba laptop not for each manufacturer of portable touch software upgrade. Hey should provide updates.
Toshiba BT stack can be used on laptops Toshiba-no, but you need a valid license.

Have you contacted the manufacturer of your laptop?

  • BlackBerry Hub your device is not compatible with this version

    Hello.

I and BQ Aquaris X 5 with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1. I can't install the Blackberry Hub + and I get this message:

"Your device is not compatible with this version.

    What is going on?

    Thank you!

Thank you for your patience @mintsteven & @njw123

Hub + is currently supported by smartphones that have 2 GB or more RAM, a density of screen between 420 and 640 dpi and have a version officially released Marshmallow 6 Android from the device manufacturer.

Based on this each fo your devices do not meet the minimum requirements of the DPI (each of your devices has a DPI of 294)

  • Launch the Blackberry Hub

    Hello

I want to launch or to capture the Pid of the blackberry in app BB10 Hub, so far I tried to run it through PPS object, but it seems that I can launch all the applications using their package ID, but not BB HUB, also I'm tired to use the framework of the appeal, but the problem is I want to run as a separate process / application , not as a card in the same application, so that I can get its pid, need help!

You're right, the centre can only be invoked using the AppLauncher ( https://github.com/RodgerLeblanc/TheUnexposedAPIs/blob/master/src/AppLauncher/AppLauncher.h ) code, you can use a standard InvokeRequest:
    Application of InvokeRequest;
    request.setUri("pim:application/vnd.blackberry.hub");
    m_invokeManager-> invoke (request);

This means that two major drawbacks:
    (1) you can not call from headless.
    (2) your user interface should be full screen to call.

I have not found another way around it.

  • Smartphones blackBerry Desktop Manager help BB is encroached in my system and won't go away

    Hello

    I use Windows 7 Pro.

I use a device RIM BB is no longer. The problem is that I uninstall blackberry (with the option to unistall provided by the program), but then when I copy, specifically music files FLAC, for my device android windows see the android device as a device of camera with no drive, the blackberry desktop letters assing manager tries to run, but as he was "uninstalled" it returns an error. He tries to run up to 5 times and after that the files copied. If I want to copy several files flac both blackberry Desktop Manager tries to run 5 times for each file.

I first check with the windows Device Manager and found two entries for rim blackberry under ports and remove the drivers but the problem repeated. Then I use a search utility and found many files of residual waste of blackberry and progressed to remove those as well but the problem persists. Can I use a registry utility and found several RIMBB, RIM, Blackberry bloating's residual registry entries registry and progressed to remove those as well but the problem continues. At this point, you can see that the unistall tool provided by Blackberry suck because he left a lot of waste in your system. I also tried to use CCleaner, but it did not find anything related to the blackberry.

So garbage from blackberry sorft remnants are still encroached in my system, and since I use the tool uninstall, remove the drivers and there is no file with the name RIM, RIMBB or blackbery on the disk and no more with these name registry keys will find how can I get rid of Blackberry for once for all?

Here you can see a screen capture windows with the error message:

    http://i22.Photobucket.com/albums/B342/Edil/rimbberror_zps1tpkoiwq.PNG

Hey I managed to solve the problem!

I searched using the search of disk utility * {BE5B0450... 45 b} * the string that appears in the error message.

And where there are 3 directories with that name. I deleted these directories and now I can copy files FLAC without problems.

I wonder why the companies are so inrresposible and do not provide an unistall option that remove all their stuff from your system. Leaving a disk and registry inflated garbage that you no longer use.

  • Application error program compatibility Blackberry Desktop Manager

I tried several times to download and run the desktop for blackberry, but after the Download Manager, it refuses to start. It displays an error message saying that it is not a valid win32 application... I need an urgent solution to this problem, because it is really frustrating. Thank you.

    Hi Said,

What version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software you are trying to install?

I suggest to install the latest version of the software from the following link and check.

    https://swdownloads.BlackBerry.com/downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&DL=A2C0D61EB187AB3AFD247A852FAD3647

First check if the id of the system meets the minimum requirements to install the application.

    http://in.BlackBerry.com/software/desktop/desktop-PC/system-requirements.html

If it meets the requirements of the system, then follow these methods one after the other and check.

    Method 1:

You can try to install the application in the State of clean boot and check.

Clean boot: To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  • BlackBerry smartphones can not download Blackberry Desktop Manager 7.0.0.43

Hey I'm a representative of Telus Mobility and I sent my client to download Blackberry Desktop Manager 7.0.0.43 and all she could find was v6.1. He was released in February, have all our computers working. But when I browse the web all links are on BB site and everything is on the site of BB is v6.1.

And for the trolls out there who will give me a completely useless and stupid answer... I go here:

    http://us.BlackBerry.com/apps-software/desktop/desktop_pc.jsp?lid=us:BBsoftwareesktopSoftwareC & CAL = u...

By clicking the download now button on top or below the son of page me:

    https://swdownloads.BlackBerry.com/downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB06...

What is a download page for:

    Download details
Software name: Desktop Software v6.1.0 B38 (Multilingual)
    Name of the file: 610_b038_multilanguage.exe
    Download size: 117 MB
    Date of publication: 17/02/2012

I need it to be able to wipe the phone and do a clean install of the OS, 6.1 does not allow this 7.0.0.43 made. I have many customers a week to Google live and download the latest version, I'm floored to find BB do not have the latest version available as well.

Just for reference, while performing v6.1 and click Find updates, said v6.1 is up-to-date. Funny, so mine 7.0.0.43 running.

Thanks for your useful and thoughtful answers!

Just thought I would answer my own question that I'm going through my history. Looks like fixed BB download page to be 7.0 finally. Funny as it is difficult to actually contact someone on the EDGE.
