With my Torch 9800 I could click on the name of the person who sent me the email and select "Show email address" and then click on copy. I can't understand how to do this with a Q10.

  Try this Brian... Once you open the e-mail, type the name of the sender, it will then show the email account and to which it is sent in an expanded view. Now tap and hold on the sender name again, the right vertical bar should now appear, select copy name. Head to the new body of the e-mail, press and hold in the body of the email right vertical bar appears, select Paste. Note that it will also stick the name next to the email address, so you can delete if you do not need.

  I had the same problem - the gesture (swipe left/right) is correct, but I guess you drag too far up. Stay in the bottom quarter of the screen.

  Does anyone know why it happened and what to do with this issue? I mean, finally, I will create a list of contacts with my new BBM PIN code, but there is no guarantee that this change suddenly won't happen again.

  Good question, but so many numbers makes me headache lol just kidding. Unfortunately, this is not how it works. Different way with numbers of mail or telephone in our map. Blackberry PIN is connected with a single device and cannot be moved to another device. Your previous BBM with 123456 contacts are safe and always with you in your new PIN BBM 654321. To your new customers/friends you must inform your PIN or invite them.

  Technology can create something new. You can always tell them your new pin code otherwise you must continue to use your old device.

  Glisser slide down on your home screen, then select Notifications. Set it to normal and close the Notifications. Now drag down and select Notifications again but this time it set on vibrate.

I used the transfer to a new Blackberry device option and I thought everything was fine until I looked in my address book and I saw all my contacts where gone. I don t care that there wasn t good number of them and I can easily replace them, but what bothers me is his email address appears on the screen when I switch e-mail message box and its top of page e-mail. I get my emails not his s so it's just the header changed in need so if someone could help that would be great.

  Options > Advanced > Service books and to search for and delete all entries with SHE addresses email, the [cical] both [cimime] entries.

I led the last of them, but that messenger always noise me. So I need help to fix my BBID, because now in my bb protect I don't have any device, but I still have new journal to my BB cant protect. Hope someone can fix it or tell me how I can solve this problem by myself.

  Many users have solved the problem by removing the device to Protect and add it again. Looks like you've done that. I don't really know what else to do. You could try a security wipe.

  I recently did a software update on my Q10 and now when I open the screen the police automatically gets more large and requires me to have to pinch the screen to make it smaller if I can see the entire message.   It is supposed to be a new e-mail feature that allows to select "delete server and Blackberry.

  This is not the case on my Q10 which has all the new updates installed.

  I always get when I delete an email only "this will remove the selected item" without possibility to save it on the server.

  And beforehand to remove always clears all the emails from my server.

  I'm missing something!

  This features offered by OS 10.2.1.1925 and higher.

  In BlackBerry Hub, tap on three points at the bottom right, frame, display and action. Scroll down and set the field to "remove the ' setting. If you delete several emails, it will remove the server also.
