  This is the first I've heard of this issue. You may need to reload the OS. The instructions are in the link below. However, you probably should not call your operator and ask to be reassigned to BlackBerry technical support.

  You can try. I don't think he'll do good. Why BlackBerry would be to blame when they provide a big warning that says do not remove the BBID if it is connected to a device?

  I had the same problem - the gesture (swipe left/right) is correct, but I guess you drag too far up. Stay in the bottom quarter of the screen.

  And as usual, as soon as you know what to do, you need a bit of practice and suddenly, it is quite normal to swipe this way... (and you wonder why he didn't is not supported in the native BB applications )

  We have just received our Q10 demo today.  One of my representatives decided to not use it so we did a cleaning of the device.  Now, sitting in front of a screen that says connect to PC.

  Tried to do all the steps to reload the OS but no luck, says that no update is available.  AT & T and Blackberry are completely useless, trying to talk with them.

  Someone has an idea?

  Then download and install the latest version of the OS in leaked on the Internet:

  Download the file. It's probably in .rar format, so you'll need to unpack with 7zip or similar.

  Then, make sure that the connection is closed and plug the Q10 and run the .exe file. It should be operational back in 5 minutes.

• BlackBerry Q10 sent items that appear in the Inbox of Blackberry

  I have a POP email setup on my Blackberry Q10.  Whenever I have email, it appears in my Inbox (with a check mark).  And YES, I assigned "Display Messages" to Off.  I even reset completely the Q10 without restoring from a backup, and added the e-mail account with the same question.

  It's an interesting test, I added a Gmail account and sent messages do not appear in my Inbox.

  How can I fix it?  What other setting besides that Show sent Messages can affect this.  I have no idea how to proceed from here.

  So, I just do a restore of my backup (the backup I took before I reset my unit because of this problem) and now all of a sudden the sent messages are being hidden.  If it works now, but there is some sort of bug here.

  I have a Q10 SQN-3 and use the 3G Korean KT network with data plan.

  Today, I restore the device with blackberry link system. Now the device OS is 10.2.0.1767.

  Here's how I try to sign up for the blackberry BIS and BBM network:

  Setting-> on-> three points (just below)-> registry blackberry

  Now the problem is like this:

  When I insert the sim card

  Open the 3 g, Wifi near-> can not save

  Close to 3 G, open Wifi-> cannot register

  Open from 3G, open Wifi-> cannot register

  When I take the sim card

  Unable to save open-> WiFi

  Open WiFi, open the VPN (USA IP address)-> CAN register and work of BBM

  Could you tell me how did it happen and how to solve?

  I want to use bb service less than 3G and wifi. Without registering in the blackberry network, I can ' t use.

  The problem is resolved.
  It had nothing to do with the data plan. In fact, I got a data plan, cause I use the browser to open sites without wifi.
  The problem is that kt Korea did not support blackberry very good service. You can use anything but not points blackberry 4 next to signal and no BBM.

  Today I went to SKT and got a SKT 3G usim card, now all goes well.

  It is only the problem of the carrier.

  I read a lot of posts on the forum (thanks), but nothing yet BlackBerry on the way to solve this problem. As a new user of Blackberry (back to BB after many years), I struggle with all the different advice given. Is there a definitive right answer yet as to how to solve this problem? In other words, how stop the Android player to run continuously and consume the battery life? All the most popular boards. I don't really want to wipe my phone and start all over again if there is another way. However, my phone of Q10 is uesless with this problem.

  No I do not have downlaoed all the Android files. At the end of the day, I consulted the disc of the Q10 and removed the android files. Then powered market and this seemed to solve the problem. Also, since the Blackberry has updated the operating system at 10.3.2.2474 and so far, this version does not seem the same have heating and remove the battery problem.

  Glisser slide down on your home screen, then select Notifications. Set it to normal and close the Notifications. Now drag down and select Notifications again but this time it set on vibrate.

  Now, whenever you are in Normal mode and want to toggle it on vibrate, just slide down and tap the bell on the Notifications (not the word but just the Bell) and it it will switch to some notification you had before the current (in this case, vibrator).

  That's the best we can do for you.

  It seems to me that I have to delete my bbid which was used for my old BB and make sure I use a new from scratch, so lose all my contacts etc.

  Please help someone because I'm so desperate to stop having BBM Manager of temporary error every day, so far the only way I can get around this is to keep to restart or take out the battery.  Whenever he wipes my cats and is usually really irritating.

  I changed to a Q10 and in my previous blackberry & outlook, when I received an email of confirmation of a hotel, airline or rent a car from reserve... my outlook will automatically send an email to blackberry travel and the event will be automatically added to my app... However, given that I changed to the Q10 is not the case and I have to manually send confirmation to the blackberry travel app... Then, it is automatically added to the application.

  Does anyone know why does most everything automatically as before? Can I pay anything to do it automatically?

  In the parameters of your trip you travel an autoscan enabled?

  Open the trip > drag to the bottom of the upper bezel > settings > Scroll to auto scan of travel.

  It saddens me to know that my BlackBerry Q10 does not support most of the applications that I used on my previous 9900. And to be honest, I've always used all BlackBerry bold made and have always been a big fan. If I can move to the iphone 4, 5 and currently 5 ive always ran out of typing on a BlackBerry and this is what made me bought Q10...

  Why cant you just have it support most of the applications? focus on trends instead of going to halfway? I mean, I would buy all of the bold in the future and the Passport will be beautiful too... but... go a step ur close to ios and Android... Why not throw some * bleep *?

  And it's not BlackBerry who decides what apps will be build on its phones, is application developers who decide for what platforms they will develop. If it was BlackBerry, all applications in the world would be available for BlackBerry phones.
