BlackBerry Q5 10.1.2 to 10.1.4 update interrupted at 100%

Hi all

I am a user of BB first time and recently I bought Q5 as my first BB device. As soon as I turned it on I got a notification of date of OTA update. The update downloads normally but when it reaches 100% in step 2, it gives me an error indicating that the update is interrupted, please try again later. I tried at least half a dozen times, always interrupted at 100%. I also tried to update through the online method, but it is also interrupted saying "network error" at 17%. And blackberry link detects no updates.

It's a little frustrating, but otherwise I love the Q5.

    #1) blackBerry is never forward-looking information.  Even if they were working on a fix (and I hope they are) they don't tell us.

    I recommend using Knowyou to load so it seems that it's just a bar file.  Here are some instructions for the use of Knowyou.  The instructions are for the snap-snap-in installation (which, if you haven't, I highly recommend if you are on OS 10.2.1.xxx) and you can use the same instructions for the installation of the file (s) Facebook bar

    The other option is to use the snap to install the version of Android, Facebook.  I hear it works well.

    I have an AT & T unlocked priv. Since I can't get the OTA updates because I'm on Tmo. I reload the OS whenever it is available on the BlackBerry site. Since contact ringtones did not work when I got the update MM, I jumped on the August update that came out this week. displays contacts ringtones don't always work. Any suggestion? Frustrated by that.

    I called support of BB. and it seems that the contact ringtone problem is not resolved in the update of AAG153 for AT & T. They were working actively on this issue.

    Don' don'tknow if this will help, but I temporarily disabled the antivirus and firewall, ran a backup and synchronization in the link, then restarted the PC and re-connected the phone... went problem (in my case anyway )

    I've updated BBM from version 7 to 7.0.1. After the reboot, I found that my BBM was gone. I checked my world in Blackberry World, to see that it is installed, but it was gone.     I am running Windows Vista and version 4.7 of the Blackberry Desktop Software.  I am having a recurring problem during synchronization.  As soon as I plug my Blackberry, desktop message software appears: "Verification of the device application updates... ' and it hangs here.

    I tried to restart, reinstall the Desktop software and sometimes it will solve the problem for a few syncs, but it always comes back.

    OK, in the modal window are two buttons: "Update Now" and "Cancel". I click on update now.  It brings me to the application Loader with another modal window titled "Work in progress" with the text "Search available device software" above the progress bar. Then, I get a prompt "Before starting, check that your current BlackBerry device is connected to your computer." I click OK, and then the Application Loader is greyer. None of the named previuosly updates are listed under summary of the update. There is only an option, button main Menu button and a "back" button.

    How the hell update my phone. Verizon's Internet site does not explain anything, Blackberrys site explains nothing and this shit Desktop Manager is broken. Web update does the same, leaving blank the summary of the update. There is no OTA update and no support for my primary MacBook. I'm very frustrated and do not understand why this should be so complicated. Someone help me please update my 8330!

    Also, everytime I open the app loader, click Add / Remove Applications Start, which, in my view, should be a list of all my applications on my phone is empty.
