BlackBerry smartphone email sent from the PC sends copy to my BB

When I send an email from my PC, a copy of this msg goes to my BB. This only happens to my Gmail account. I just bought my BB last week and everything was set up at the Verizon store.

Thanks in advance,

The Duke

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Emails sent from the device is not displayed in the "sent"box and "BIS" question

    Dear all and Rim:

New to the BB world, need more help...

AOL mailbox to connect with 'Tour' with success, the service provided by Verizon.

Emails sent from the device are not show to AOL "Sent Box" or "IMAP" Outlook Express / outgoing server "POP" record "SMTP."

Really need copies of "Sent Box", thanks for the help!

Also try to put in place 'BIS' accout, error message says:

"Your account is not accessed through a browser HTML...".

Please use your device to access the Black Berry Internet services"

    I used this link:

    Thank you,

For the mail issue seems to send me a copy is the only way to go, right?

    This would be a solution.

And on the BRI, my test was on a PC, it did not work...  Anyway, I was going to connect to the BIS to work on my question above, but seems that it does not help now, then it does not matter if I enter or not.

Well, it's quite strange... I just used who link me (from a PC) and get my BIS account very well. You can, however, use the interface for device BIS - watch this demo that I you provided above for instructions on this. BIS is simply a service provided by your operator. The PC/Web site method and device interface - these are simply two different interfaces in the same Department, so using one or the other is not serious... they cause the same thing.

    Good luck!

OR you can connect from your BlackBerry to the icon "personal e-mail Configuration.

    2. click on 'Edit' next to the email to which account you want to change (or remove) the signature.

    3. where it says "signature", delete all the text if you don't want ANY signature, or change view you prefer instead of "sent from my BlackBerry... »

  • BlackBerry smartphone email sent to the alias address does not appear on BB

I have a University e-mail address ([email protected]) that works very well with my Blackberry. I also have an alias name in the same University ([email protected]) - a different format for the name of the address and the domain name, but its an alias on the same Exchange Server. Electronic mail addressed to me at the address alias does not to the Blackberry, but appears on the University e-mail reader. I'm unable to set up the e-mail address alias name in the Blackberry because the University server does not recognize the name of the alias as a login ID is valid.
Someone else has had this same problem and fixed it? Thank you. DW

Problem solved.  Simply deleted and recreated the email account on Blackberry.  Duh - should have done this before I posted...

Configuration of e-mail site is the same as that used when adding e-mail on your phone accounts (unless you have not yet done this). You can access it from your computer here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/blackberry101/setup.jsp#tab_tab_email

These are only for North American carriers.

  • BlackBerry smartphones transfer photos from the memory of the unit storm 9530 for computer

I've seen a few similar posts, but nothing worked for me.  I recently went on a trip and took more than 200 pictures on my Blackberry.  I need a simple way to transfer all of them to my computer because obviously send them one at a time, or moving them one at a time is not practical.

When I go to Options > memory, all the options are defined on the (card, Media Transfer Protocol Support) and Mass Storage Mode Support.

When I go to media > pictures > all pictures, I see all of my pictures.  When I go into photo files, it says the device memory.

When connected to my PC via the USB port, I try to pull up in Windows Explorer.  I see options for device MTP - device memory and device MTP - Media Card.  There are only empty folders in the device memory.  Multimedia card has nothing under the data and only my music files in the media.  Similar behavior when I pull up in Windows Media Player.

    Any suggestions?

If you use the Media Manager in the Office Manager are you able to copy the photos from the memory of the device to your computer

  • Message from blackBerry Smartphones has disappeared from the e-mail account set up

    Hello everyone

I had problems with e-mail synchronization between my storm and hotmail server. So, I called the support of telus and the person deleted my account on his end and he added.

After that all my emails have disappeared from the account of the Storm, but they appear in the messages application.

Is it possible to get all your emails on my account set up on Storm?

    Thank you

    Thank you drizzt09.

    So, the answer is no?

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry® Smartphones email opens on the old message

Every time I open my email it will the same message from a month ago.  How can I get the email to open the current date or a more recent message?

Open your message list... Press the T key to go to the top of the list (new message).

Your device will remember where you are in the list when you close your messages folder and open this place next time.

And by pressing the B button, you will join the main (oldest) message in the list.

  • Problems of blackBerry Smartphones photo transfer from the memory of the device to media card.

My BB has hundreds of photos on the device's memory, so I can't transfer, then to the PC (T Mobile "expert" told me) unless I have move to the media card. How it happened, I don't know. So, looking through this great forum I found the answer from a guy with a link to ID of Article: KB05478, I'm sorry, I couldn't find the post, but I photocopied it. Thank you, whoever you are.

BUT there is no command 'move' on my BB, so I can't move the photos from the memory of the device to the media card.  I can, however, move them individually. Needless to say, there are 100 pictures, which will have for ages.  Is there another method?

    Thank you very much.

    P.

Yes, this is what he means.  It is at the same time.

The best thing to do in the future is to get a camera configuration always save the photos to the media card / media card.  The photos on the memory device, if ever, the device is corrupted or fails you will lose all your photos.

  • Cannot receive emails sent from the France. Why?

I sent emails to 2 different hotels in France.  I have not received any response, so I called and both said that they responded to my emails.  The two then returned their responses I got neither.  All the other (USA) emails are received OK.  Using Windows XP and Outlook Express 6.

    Pappybob,

I live in Europe and I met this problem the other way around. Mail from my 'home' my recipient ISP, using Comcast as their ISP, has not received an any of them. It turns out that Comcast has rejected all emails from outside of the USA (not very nice of them?)-C' maybe is your problem too. We were using gmail which worked well.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Desktop folder from the mail folders, what is the difference?

I am a new user of BlackBerry.  I use Outlook for my email with BlackBerry Enterprise server business.  On my screen, I have the records office and Messages.  I can't determine what the difference is between these two folders.  Can someone tell me?

Well the Inbox receives all messages from ALL accounts e-mail, SMS, MMS and PIN messages. The office only emails from your company account (BES). If you have any other integrated e-mail accounts, they will also have their own icon to see only emails from these accounts.

    Hope that makes sense

  • BlackBerry smartphone email received not the BB

I got my BB for several months and it worked fine. But now I find that emails received in my Inbox and are not received by the BB (this is a story set up under BIS). As far as I know that I have not changed any settings.

I tried to reconcile the e-mail account, restart the BB and also taking the battery, but still no email is coming through.

    Any advice?

    Follow these tips:

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

    2. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart

    If still nothing...
    3. return your books to your BIS service provider site.

On a personal account of BIS, email and messages do not reconcile.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones an appointment from the office, two for the handheld

When I enter a new appointment in Outlook, it syncs wirelessly on my pocket computer.

When I enter a new appointment on my laptop it does not sync wireless. When I sync with Desktop Manager, it appears in Outlook, but appears twice on my handheld, once in the calendar for my [email protected] account (which appears on outlook) and again in my desktop calendar.

Parameters: I use the blackberry enterprise server to an MS Outlook, MS Outlook Exchange Server server.

To the title of the default services options - advanced options - my calendar CICAL is [email protected]. (CMIME messaging is also [email protected], but Contact SYNC cannot Desktop)

How to remove duplicates? In the advanced - backup and restore - Office Manager, I can erase 'calendar', but ' calendar - all "is grayed out and cannot be erased.

How can I prevent a double nomination to appear?

Why are there only wireless sync go from Outlook on your handheld?

This has been resolved by wiping the Pocket clean and restore BES sync. I no longer use the USB sync port.

I did not know that the BES is named "Desktop" on the handheld; I created separately to receive messages from [email protected] , and this resulted in duplicate messages.
