  AHA! Found in downloads and was able to open from there. I don't know why some applications go to downloads and others go to the applications folder, but I was able to move to a more intuitive folder, too.

  You will want to contact your carrier for a BlackBerry data plan while ensuring that it has been activated on your plan. Note, there are different types of plans available, depending on your operator, so be sure to get the for your needs. If you want a plan with BBM and emails, you will need a plan of comprehensive data, otherwise, you may be able to select a limited plan if your provider offers it.

  We need BlackBerry data Plan to access most application on our Mobile network / BIS our carrier, a normal data plan will not provide you these features.

  Then, contact your carrier or Wireless service provider to find out if your account is configured with the BIS.

  Unfortunately, this is not possible with the BlackBerry backup files. They can only be restored to a BlackBerry.

  Sorry to point which is obvious, but since line 8 contains the words "provided by your mobile phone provider", I think that the question should be addressed to them... you should contact them, tell them what you do and get them to provide the necessary credentials.

  If all Web sites were slow, it would be referring to your phone or your carrier.

However, today when I go to my message and press the menu button, then press to compose sms text or press the call button place he goes immediately to all my messages.   When I have no new messages in my Inbox SMS, it is said - 1 on the home screen, rather than simply say 'messages' as he usually does.  So when I get a message, he said 'messages' instead of '1', and when I have 2 messages in my Inbox, it says "1"!  That's happened?
