• BlackBerry Smartphones Album artwork are the same for all the songs

  I have a bb bold 9780. I recently added a folder to the top 40 uk... and I guess that each song has its own pocket... but in my case, my bb is showing a cover of a song from this record to all the songs... even when I download songs of songlover.pk every song has its own cover art, but it will show a unique work for many songs downloaded from this site... I noticed that it is caused due to the name of the folder, for example. A folder named "single" has 2-3 songs will show an illustration of common album... Please help me...

  We are aware of this problem, this problem is solved by using BlackBerry Device Software 7.0.  However, this version of the software is not available for the BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone.

  In the meantime, follow these steps and test the cover of the album:

  1. In iTunes or Windows Media Player, select this option to change the albums
  2. Enter the correct Album for each album artist
  3. Transfer the songs to your BlackBerry smartphone.

  I seem to have two icons of the Application on my phone, an Application with a circle icon and an icon of the application with a file in the icon.  When I click on the icon of the Application with a file I see Google Maps and maps with a compass on the icon which is BB maps.  I think that like much more than Google maps, which is nice, but so slooooow.  I hope this helps.  I'm really a little frustrated to learn of this new storm - I don't think that it's like inyuitive I thought it would be or I bet the iphone's.  Took me forever to learn typing to contacts without spell checker tries to fix the name so I was serching and still do not get the keyboard to type course.

  Your carrier is wrong when they say that its been downloaded already on another device and that is why you can not download. I don't know why they say that, but that's not true.

  When you download BlackBerry Protect, it should not ask you for your PIN or any code. The only time where he should require any entry is the first time you open (it may ask you to enter your email BlackBerry ID and password, but that's all).

  Yes, google search for ABC Amber IPD Converter and use it. It is not free, but the trial software will manage a limited number of records.

  If you end up having a new BlackBerry, you can restore this backup IPD file on your new device.

  That being said, AT & T has the right to change the terms of Service (it is written somewhere in the terms of Service) and you have the right to cancel your subscription without having to pay cancellation fees, you should check your contract to see what time.

• BlackBerry Smartphones unlock my phone to allow for the transfer of the network

  I'm trying to transfer between networks.  My old network (t-mobile) have cancelled my account and I received my new SIM from my new network (3).  The problem is that my phone does not accept my new sim card because I need a subsidy PIN to unlock my t-mobile blackberry.  I got in touch with them, but the account is now canceled they no longer can give me the required pin code.  Instead, they asked me to contact blackberry directly to get the phone unlocked.  Can you help me?
