  You will have two Options to choose from, you must use 'Specified the cases' instead of 'Smartcase '.

  I have a Torch 9800 (OS 6 2534 on network three UK) and often the screen does not auto rotation (when the phone is rotated 90 degrees) and the virtual keyboard is grayed out in the messaging and BBM. If sometimes seems again (seems random) and after a power off. The physical keyboard is not extended and locked.

  The default keyboard in portrait mode is the SureType keyboard.  I don't think you can turn off Auto Correct on this keyboard, because it is part of the SureType system.

  If you don't want to use the QWERTY keyboard in landscape, you can switch the keyboard from portrait to the traditional "multi-tap" keyboard  To do that go to: Options > keyboard/screen.  Then adjust the setting for 'View Portrait keyboard' to 'Multitap.

  Again, you should have the 'good Auto' out as previously mentioned.

  I have a BBerry Curve 8900 with the software 5.0.0.82 version 2.  A software update is there not too long ago.  I get the work and personal e-mail on the device, and it reflects my work address and an AOL account.

  Since the update, it makes a kind of AutoFill of email addresses when I try to send a new e-mail.  For example, I received an email about my cousin AOL address - I don't have need to have her email on my phone OR my Outlook at the office.  But now, since his name is Micah (and I have several Michaels I correspond with regularly for business), I have to scroll through him, as well as another random Michael and a Michele, etc that I don't need.  What's up with all the new people, replying to my emails.  I don't know how to disable this feature.  Only I figured out how to get rid of them is to add to the list of contacts and then remove them.  But if they e-mail me again after I do (like MICAH), they are back on the list of auto-complete.

  I have looked through the manual 5.0 online but am not have a chance to find out what it is.  MANY thanks to anyone who can help me.

  There is no option for the reception of e-mail 'timed' on the BB.

  However, you can disable data services until you are ready to receive them in a group

  Options - mobile - off network data services.
