BlackBerry Smartphones BB 8520 app world

Hello

I bought a blackberry 8520 today was really impressed with my purchase and I love the phone.

But when he came to me the app world I get the same error message saying that my phone is not supported, as it is the required version.

I am really confused and stressed out with this now im with orange and I have unlimted internet and soon unlimited blackberry service. However, when I try to download the application through my pc and install it on my phone, I get this error message,

    I suggest that you clear the cache of the AppWorld application:

    1. open the App World

    2. go to my world

    3. follow one (and only one!) of these steps:

    3. for the BB keyboard-oriented - hold down the ALT key and press on, in the sequence R, then S, then T

    3B. for touch screen only BBs - hold the num-lock (! 123 button) so that it hangs and then press on, in the sequence 3, then 4, then)

    3 c for the most recent (e, g., OS6 and 7) BB s, see this KB:

    4 AppWorld must close

    5. If your BB locks after issuing clear cache, do a battery pull reboot

    6. return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it can be slow, while it re - sync).

    If a battery pull reboot is unable to resolve, then please try again as mentioned:

    First on your homescreen to Options > device > application > then scroll down to the World App delete App World from there. After it perform a reboot of pull battery as mentioned on the post. From your BlackBerry browser or type www.blackberry.com/appworld then click download again.

    Please try and see if that solves your problem.

    I just got a new blackberry tour and I'm having a heck of a travel time of new applications I downloaded my homepage. I downloaded three apps and managed to move to the homepage without problem by clicking the blackberry button and selecting 'move to the House. It is very clear and I understand the concept.

    But for some reason I can't move all the other apps. I can't move my facebook application because there is no option for "move to home page" or "move". Pandora and all these applications are found in my world in the app world Black Berry.

    Can someone help me? Maybe I'm missing something simple

    First of all I want to say clearly that there is no problem with your card sim and its wearer, but to download the application of BBapps world, you need plan of specific data that are avilable with your carrier or service provider.

    Thus, it will be better if you first check your data your provider (vodafone) plan. And if you do not no matter what data plan just contact your service provider to enjoy the wide world of applications in the BBAPPS world.

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    My son has downloaded an app from the app world called 'live animation lightning thunder' now, he can't do anything with the phone. He flashes on the desktop, but when he presses the buttons, nothing happens.

    It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, try to remove this app.

    I have a 9850 which freezes when I go to App World and try to do anything in the App World. If I click on 'My account' or 'My World', it freezes and says please wait with the Green wheel. I left this appointment for 2 days and no progress.  Even if I click 'Download' for an application. Only way to unlock is to remove the battery.  Very frustrated to say the least. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    To make sure that it is not a problem with your version of BlackBerry App World, delete App World, restart your BlackBerry when you are prompted, and then reinstall by going to http://blackberry.com/appworld on your browser of the torch.

    Thanks for the reply. I checked deeper than the home screen and all records. Still nothing. Managed to solve the problem myself.

    Open the Options - device - applications management. Find the Blackberry app (which we had 2). Clicked on it, and then on the delete option. Removed two applications.

    After having done that, I downloaded the program from Blackberry App World from the internet using the phone and reinstalled. Problem solved. Icon now appears on the home screen

    I got the app storm Slider and Quickpull Pro and I needed to upgrade the cursor and reinstall the Quickpull, but when I went in the App World to do this, they were still available, but I get an error message for some reason telling me that they are not available when they are clearly.  I just upgraded to the latest software for my storm, but this isn't the case because it started with the cursor before the upgrade.  I really need Quickpull back so that I need not reset by a traction battery to anyone can help?  Thank you.

    In some cases, it was discovered that updates (from got AppWorld apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please try this:

    1. Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > BBKey > delete
    2. AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if she shows at all, in any State) > BBKey > delete
    3. Use your PC (via the mass storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > BBKey > Explore) and find all references (folders, files) to the app delete everything you find. Search the memory of your device and your press card as well.
