    2. How can I find what is stored in the memory of the App? I have more than 120 MB that says: "Other" in "Application Management" (about 80 MB for app). This 120Mo continues to grow over time. Do not know if I have accidentally stored anythinh here, but not there at - there a way to know what is this 'other '?
    3. is there a tool that can find what app or anything else is causing the memory increase?
    4. is it possible that some app has led to this problem or I recorded a video, etc. to the memory of the App?

I always had more than 100 MB of free space in the memory application in recent weeks. I removed all of the apps I have installed in the past weeks, but nothing helped.

Any help is appreciated... Sorry for the long post, wanted to be more descriptive as possible ;-)

    See you soon,.

You have two questions.  First of all, 65 MB of free space of the Application memory is not much.  Something is to take memory.  Load any new request when it started?  Do you use a card multimedia for pictures and videos?

Second, OS earlier than I posted have problems with the 'leak' free memory down to 0 over a period of time.  At how fast depends on how much is free to start.  I would like to update your operating system with the version in the instructions below:

    1. first download the OS for the 9810 here: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=BE1DF9A5D08724971F64A511E24FC904

2 make a manual backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close at the end Office Manager and disconnect it from BlackBerry. You can get the BlackBerry Desktop Software here http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/

    3. download the OS from step 1 of the file on the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

    4. go into c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml." Also, check the following locations for the vendor.xml file and delete all instances of the file:

On Windows Vista/7, go to C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\Research in XML Motion\BlackBerry\Loader (where 'YOUR_USER' is your user name)

On Windows XP, go to C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER\Application is In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML (where 'YOUR_USER' is your user name)

    5. connect the BlackBerry and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in c:\program files\common research in motion\apploader.  Follow the prompts to update the operating system to the new version you downloaded.

Once this is done take a look at the free memory space.  What is - what now?

  • BlackBerry Smartphones more recent blackberry torch 9810 os and bundle

What is the version of the most recent os and nice blackberry torch 9810 and the bundle. My career a lot of them, and I don't know which is new or old. Help

Hello and welcome to the community!

'New' is a delicate issue... the controls of each carrier that they will release their users. A carrier may be faster than that, so most "recent" is always a question of double-"which is most recent of my carrier?" as well as "which is most recent overall?"

For your comparison, make sure you understand clearly what is your currently installed operating system:

    • KB23393 How to check the model number and the version of the BlackBerry device software on a BlackBerry smartphone

The first question (your "most recent" carriers) is quite simple to answer. You navigate through the portal of official download:

your operator, and then select your model, and then compare the different versions that they currently to sanction. You compare based on 'Applications' values:

The last in this list is the level of 7.0, with the first two BONES is 7.1 level. 7.1 is 'bigger' 7.0, so that you know that the 7.1 selections are more recent than the 7.0 selection. Then, by comparing the two 7.1 packages, see you the final byte and compare those... comparer.391 contre.746 et.746's new "gourmet", so it's a newer than the paquet.391 package.

This example, I quickly broke Rogers of the portal region... your own carrier may very well have completely different selections, but the comparison method is the same.

The second question (total 'most recent') is more difficult to answer. The download portal, you can see is first sorted by carrier (as they manage the operating system for their users), then by camera model. So, to find this answer you have to dig each carrier, find out who supports your model, determine the "most recent" version of carriers and then compare all the "latest" versions through carriers to see overall which is 'latest '.

It can be a very painful process, only necessary if you plan to use a package of OS else than your own carrier... that can be important to based on a variety of possible circumstances. For example, when I was on the 9860 on ATT, they were very slow to migrate from 7.0, 7.1, but the 'solutions' and the features added to the 7.1 have been pretty important to me. So I chose to use a package from another carrier (via the tip for the removal of the SELLER. XML files). You may or may not have a similar need.

    Good luck!

  • BIS blackBerry smartphones does not not on my torch 9810 (at & t)

    Hi guys need help urgently...
I'll tell you all * beep * condition I bought the bb torch 9810 without a bis plan and I don't know how I did the bb Id and downloaded a few applications of the bb world but after my SIM in idea internet even after activation BIS (I have received several messages activation) only the browser works for me not with BIS , but with my regular data nothing works except for browser
Little things, I opened as the bb Id in the set menu, that it refuses to open after saying the device offline state and in the world of bb does not open and bbm not working after implementing screen need help please

There are four conditions, you will have to check.

Your device must be accompanied by a network of the company. I'll assume you checked this, and it looks to be the case.

Your company must provide BIS and you have BIS on your line (your account). Looks like it's true, but it is possible there is an error with your account. You should perhaps consult the carrier and check.

Register your device on the network. See http://support.blackberry.com/kb/articleDetail?articleNumber=000037347&language=English

    Receive service books. See http://support.blackberry.com/kb/articleDetail?articleNumber=000002830&language=English

I suggest saving the device first. Make sure you have a strong mobile signal. Wait for the confirmation message.

Then return service directories, or having the carrier send them. Yet once, make sure you have a signal strong when you do this.

If you still have problems, contact the carrier customer service to solve problems more. When you talk to the carrier, explain your troubleshooting so far.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones try to reload the OS for the torch 9810

Hello, thanks to prince FYI that get me away with messages of uncaught exception that stopped me to access apps or the homepage on my Torch 9810

I contacted Blackberry support by phone and said a tax of $50 for any technical advice should contact my operator first. Contacted my operator who said because the phone could not be accessed, I had to wipe my BONES and then they loaded OS for me. Travel back to the store from my operator the next day, then told by another technology that they not reload OS and would charge $200 to send away for a few weeks to load. Not happy! I need my phone to work to be able to take on the very sick old parents emergency calls.

I downloaded from the website of BB to my correct computer OS for my torch 9810 and then followed all the steps mentioned in the previous posts. I downloaded BBSAK and proceeded to clean my phone. Perfect is not a problem. Then, I followed the instructions to open Loader.exe and followed all the wires. Problem came in a dialog box saying that there is no OS on the computer to install on my phone. HUH! I tried 3 downloads similar BONES and the same problem. Searched my computer and cannot find anywhere, any OS. Now have a Blackberry without an operating system and are in desperate need of work.

Any help with this dilemma would be highly appreciated.

    See you soon

    Neil

    * Starting with later versions of the OS6, there are now three copies of the SELLER. XML
    C:\Program Files\Fichiers Research In Motion\AppLoader (for 32-bit Windows XP/Vista/7)
    ==========OR============
    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader (for 64-bit Windows Vista/7)
    C:\Documents and Settings\ * name * \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
    C:\Documents and Settings\ * name * \Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
You can also just search of the SELLER. XML. ensure that you choose the ADVANCED SEARCH and include hidden files. It should display the file in three places. Delete all copies that it finds.

    Normally, no.

Depends on accuracy method you use... as a general rule, your PC must be connected to the Internet, but it does not matter that your BB is connected to (well, it needs to be connected to the PC, of course).

There is no such thing as too many questions here...

You can also benefit from BBSAK (BBSAK.ORG)... that is a good utility to attempt to recover a BB of. You will have to experiment a lot, though, to try to connect your BB to your PC/USB just at the right time in the boot sequence (as the loading bar progresses) in order so that it can be recognized and allow you to proceed.

Here are some other items that might be useful:

I'm sorry to give such a "shotgun" the value of things, but at a distance of internet, it is almost impossible to know exactly what the resolution might work in your particular situation, then I give you everything I have and hope you can find what works.

  • BlackBerry smartphone how to rank up to OS 7.0 7.1 on my Torch 9810?

Is there an update available for the Torch 9810 from 7.0 to 7.1 again?

    -taylor

Yes, you can switch to 7.1. Here is a link to the operating system released by telenor: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...1C19CF64.node1

There are a lot of detailed discussions on how to do it here, as well as on blackberryforums and crackberry, but the short version is DM install and make sure that it will connect to your phone. Then, install the operating system, making sure to restart your pc afterwards. Then you have a few choices. You can manually delete the files from the seller (one or two), start DM and it should see the upgrade and offer to install it on the phone. If you wish, you can clean your phone first by using a tool like bbsak or bbhtool. You can also reduce the OS first using bbhtool, and then start DM and it will offer to install the OS on your phone.

When I upgraded to the origin of 7.0 to 7.1, I wiped the phone using bbsak. I'm going to 284 or 342 not wipe, but I shrink both times with bbhtool.

Normally, these procedures work fine, but be aware that sometimes "stuff" happening. Good luck!

  • Question of Smartphones blackBerry with Blackberry Torch 9810

I have problems with BB Torch 9810. I wiped it after I backed up all the data. Then I realized that BB has any memory card.

So when I try to restore my data, the picutres on blackberry went. I lost all my photos... Is it possible to find?

    Thanks in advance.

The device memory is not "saved." You must synchronize or transfer these files. This is just a multimedia card shipped. It is always better to use a separate media card.

  • Functionality of Smartphones MemoPad blackBerry Torch 9810

I bought Action Pad, an application of security for memos but ran into problems, so I deleted the application, including the content.  I thought that I still had the memos that I was entered in Notepad before you buy the Pad Action, including categories, but while I can see the categories I don't see memos.  They are saved in the Notes of my Mac e-mail program functionality, but despite the timing, the notes do not appear in the BB Torch 9810.  What is curious is that the notes that I deleted the notes / Apple Mail, appear in the Notes when I synced, if clearly memos are in the BB Torch.

I'm assuming that when I downloaded the Action Pad app, the encryption thing hidden my memos.  I'm not technologically savvy, so even if I saw something in the BB torch that will reveal the contents of the notebook, I need someone to tell me exactly what to do!

    Help please

Please open your memos on the BlackBerry and press Menu > filters and make sure that NONE of are checked.

    Uncheck all filters.

    See them now?

  • BlackBerry Torch 9810 smartphones does not accept the App World Ts & Cs and can not install applications

Hi, I had a search in the forums and knowledge base and has not been able to find an answer to this problem.

I have a new Blackberry Torch 9810 on O2 to the United Kingdom. I have Blackberry App World installed and I have App update the icons in the my messages folder. Whenever I try to go to my Apps and install updates in the App World, I get the terms and conditions window if poster, I scroll down, click on 'accept' and the window disappears and nothing happens. I click on my Apps again, same thing, window appears again.

I uninstalled App World and reinstalled and I still get the same problem, I can not get the Ts & Cs to accept so can't update my apps or install others. If someone else has had this problem and is there a solution?

    Thanks for your time.

    OK... try this...

    (1) make sure that you already have the RIM desktop software installed on your PC:

and have executed at least once with your BB attached (so that it can do it's initial configurations).

    (2) attached via the USB port of your PC (the software didn't need to run)

    (3) launch the browser on your PC and go here:

Leave the plug in install and 'connect' to your BB ID account (via the browser/PC)

See if that allows things to configure correctly.
