  My account has been blocked for at least 3 weeks now. What the hell is happening? After reading all of these posts, it seems that MSN is simply stealing peoples email accounts, and we will never get our private information called back. What is the reason behind this? And why you are taking personal information from people who trusted in MSN for the use of electronic mail? Your customer service is the worse since you offer no support "on-line".

  It is quite the leap in logic.

  You have created a free account and ikely changed the password once or twice over the years you and the password was probably less than 15 characters and did not contain 3 of the four following things: uppercase, lowercase, symbols and numbers.  You can, or maybe not configuration options available for recovery of password as well.

  You think Microsoft is steaing accounts people - for what purpose.  They could probably allow you more easily just keep the accounts and steal your information (which you would hold current through new emails and others) which means it would be more useful for them just let you continue using the free account for stuff probably shouldn't you use a free account for that to take the entire account access on your part and lose this constant influx of new data on * you *.  If you have a logical argument for your accusation, "MSN flies simply email accounts of peoples", I'd love to hear it.

  Just in case where it happens, I could not care mail/Hotmail/Windows Live email, MSN etc.  It would not change the thoughts (see above), Yahoo Mail or another free service accused you of ' steaing your e-mail account "."  It is a free account and if you chose to use as your primary means of communication (knowing you probably receive your provider of Internet services and possibly your work email and could probably get an account to 'pay' for a little money * per year * that woud provide you with a way to recover your account, which could actually be traced back to you.)  As a free account, once someone hacks into what they can change the methods to reset the password so he sends their alternate accounts he their secret answers, it even look like their profile - delete all emails that could lead to a person thinking that it was not their account.  Yes - maybe (* maybe *) someone might come back in a little history (if such a thing exists) and to see that the answers have been changed and revisit the old emails – but it also means that Microsoft maintains backups and others on the free email service they follow hundreds of thousands (millions?) of people.  ;-)

  Anyway - as it was more of a rant (on our two parts, it seems to me) that a real application: there are a few things that I can offer you.

  (1) it is a peer-to-peer forum.  This means that those who respond here are likely than users of the same products that you happen to use and volunteer their time to help others because, just maybe, they have a little more "snap" when it comes to some of what the user lambda or maybe just because they like to help others.

  (2) first, not knowing what you have and that you have not tried, I suggest you read this article and make sure that you have gone through the normal steps to try to recover your lost free email account...

  I hope you can get the necessary assistance.  I am obliged to tell you that if you are recovering your account - any email service set you on (and even if you pay for it) you should change your password regularly (usually once a year favorite) and make sure that it is a great password (I suggest 15 + characters, and containing 3 4 things I already mentioned) and that configure you each recovery password given to you by option the said account.  Also, if it's something important and not just an email to "undesirable" for the most part - consider paying somehting for this type of e-mail address.  Have a way of tracing the account to you (money trail) is a sure way to recover an account.

• CS6 was converted from the upgrade to a trial version, I bought.  What the hell is happening.

  I upgraded from CS5 to CS6 for my IMac.  I downloaded CS6 and my serial number and it worked fine for a few weeks.  Everything suddenly when I went in to use it said it was a trial version.  I had to register to use my CS6, I signed it and it worked but only as a Trial Version of CS6 extended. I don't want Extended CS6.  I deleted the demo version of CS6 extended my hard drive and once more downloaded my upgrade of the CS6 and put in my serial number and it worked fine for a few weeks. Today, once more, he tells me it is a trial version and does not load unless I register the trial version. What the hell is happening? It's crazy.  I just want to use CS6, for which I paid. Help!

  Its a bug that came with the last update. The developers know about it and it will fix as soon as they receive in return from Christmas holidays. Many of us (including some of the developers) suffer from the same problem.

  I write a question and submit it and it brings back me to the login page and I have to start over. You are creating cloud of stuff too complicated.

  I buy an app (Photoshop) and I get the list of all applications! What gives. I choose the download for Photoshop. I'll be back I connect and it gives me this weird box taking me to a place on my J drive I store of Canon Raw files. I dig around and find where to put the Adobe programs on my D drive (I try only to run the operating system on drive C (Windows 7 64-bit). I find two folders CS6. I select one with today's date. Find the photoshop exe file and run it. It seems to be exactly the same as the standalone (CS6) photoshop, that I bought in February? I have just agreed to pay? Is there a difference that I can't tell?

  OK, HP support assistant told me that a new important upgrade was available for my laptop, UEFI support environment 4.2.5.0Ap1.  So maybe as a sheep I downloaded.  It creates a new partition on my hard drive (TOOLS HP) and installed.  Nothing serious took place, but what the hell did I download?  I have, of course, wrongly, that it was an update of an existing product.

  Because now I'm assuming that is I don't know what it is that I should not play with it.

  What this gives you is a user-friendly user interface more executing diagnostcs.  If you type following the esc key you start Notepad, you will be able to select this diagnostic menu (f2 key).

  For example, if you want to run a test on the drive hard or memory, this use is in the meu to bios (f10) where you browse and run the tests using the arrow keys and touch.  Menu diagnosis uefi will allow you to choose a variety of tests using the Mouse/touchpad in the same way that you access Windows.

  The new partition (HP_TOOLS) contains the files needed to support this interface.

  Another point to note is that this provides also a safer way to update the bios if you need to-instead of the bios flash running in Windows, in the environment of uefi, the flash occurs after the machine is restarted - that is to say before Windows loads.  It is usually safer that software which may interfere with a flash of the bios (software security etc.) is not running.

  Personally, I would only update the bios if it solves a problem you have or adds features that you need.

  I checked your account details and I see that you have a valid license of Acrobat, you sure you edit file in Acrobat and not in the reader?

  I had problems for a long time with my keyboard on my BB Bold 9900, so finally I was given a used to toggle Bold 9900. I have used the functionality of the switch device of BlackBerry Desktop (v7.1) software and was off and running on my 'new' "BOLD". Finally, I noticed that the cards and password keeper are missing on my new phone. I did a lot of digging through our corporate HelpDesk, phone call from mobile provider support, and if Google search (incl. various BlackBerry support forums). Nowhere is that I found a solution that worked.

  A number of sources did the download card www.blackberry.com/ but that results in a message of "Opinion sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry Maps."

  When I look in the Applications tab of BB Desktop Software, BlackBerry Maps is not listed (is not password keeper).

  Two of my phones are running OS 7.1 Bundle 2840. Carrier SaskTel (part of the network of Bell Mobility).

  Any ideas?

  From what you describe, something is not right when you installed/updated / switched devices. Thus, a clean reload of the OS would be the right thing to do. The easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do on MAC):

  (1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below.

  2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,

  (3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed

  (4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

  • If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.

  5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

  • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
  • C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

  6 (a) to change your level of BB OS installed (at level or lower), you can run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should offer the operating system package you have installed on your PC.

  6 (b) or, for recharging your BB OS level installed as well to change, work around the Desktop software and use the CHARGER. EXE directly, through step 2 in this process:

  • Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC.

  If, during the process of 6a or 6 b, your BB has an error '507', simply unplug the USB of the BB cord and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.

  If you are on a MAC, you are limited to only your sanctioned carriers OS packages... but can still use any level they currently have to sanction. See this procedure:

  as noted in the post post-it notes, each firmware for Pearl 3 G works identically for 9100 and 9105. This is the line that says:

  «The installer of the OS is the same for the 9100 and the 9105.»

  usually, the three figures are growing at the same pace. Between the two versions, by comparing the version of the firmware, the version of the application or software platform is the same at 99% of the time.

  But on the blogosphere, everybody talking about the version of the Application. This is the reason why it is colored in Green in the post post-it notes.

  It's a very requested user feature, called the home screen display or active applications.

  Open the main parameters (sliding down the black bezel top of page).

  Press display

  Disable "Show Wallpaper when all Apps are closed.

  Now, it will not show when no apps work. If you are, then you will find it.
