BlackBerry smartphones can not connect to app world

When I try to log into 'my world' bb app world it says to authenticate, then he says impossible to validate the address and email password combination. How can I connect it? Help, please

    Hello! Thanks for your reply. Ive has already know what is the cause of this issue but, initially, Im just using my BB Phone to connect to the world of the app and work with my solution. So here it is to connect to App world using BB Phone 1. Connect wifi 2. update your Blackberry ID and password on your phone, it is, I've just updated my Blackberry ID and password because I forgot to change my information on my phone. 2 months ago I change my ID and password to the web, so I think that the world of the application is unable to recognize my old identity. haha hope it helps others

That may be the reason why I'm having a problem.  I registered with a Blackberry ID and when I try to log in I get the error message: "Blackberry App World is had problems connecting to the server Blackberry App World.". Check your network connections, and then try again. "I remember something about a possible conflict that may arise with App World and the new OS 6.0 on a corporate network.  All available patches without having to deal with my IT Department.?

    Yes. Start with your wireless service provider... they are responsible for all the formal support to their end-users. If they can't solve it, they have the ability to escalate cases RIM for extra support without extra charge. You have no free method otherwise received this improved rim support.

    I can't download the program Conversion Cog v1.2. I deleted the old version of this program and has also deleted and reinstalled App World. App World says download but it never ends. It just hangs there. There are 23 MB of free space. No idea what's going on here?

    In addition... RIM released version 1.1.0.15 AppWorld... it is highly recommended to be on this version.

    Given that the UNITED Arab Emirates is not in the list, it is not available. 'Why' is a complex issue, on the RIM, carriers and the Government. Access to this information is quite difficult.

    Finally, know that AppWorld is simply a portal, vending apps developed mainly by others. Therefore, it is not your exclusive supply source - there are others that you can try (e.g., Handango, Handmark, BPlay, GetJAR and Mobihand). I found that there are very few applications that is exclusive to AppWorld. You can see the online catalogue and then look for other sources of supply, including quite often on the developer website.

    My 9530 dies after 6 weeks, so Verizon changed out for a new. Now the app store won't let me open a session. It validates my PayPal and then says credentials download my apps. A few seconds later, I get "unable to authenticate the user at this time, please try again later."

    I get this message on the support site, and he said that there are many causes for it (can you be more vague). There is of course no number to call to get someone to help him with it.

    It is deplorable that the phone went questionable in less than 2 months. Now, I can't get to my apps that I paid for.

    A phone call to Verizon basically told me that it wasn't their problem.

    Resolved - RIM made me call Verizon, which in turn I patched into the RIM. Once I was officially connected to RIM, they made some magic at their end and reset

    An interesting point that came up during this discussion with RIM that I feel is worth mentioning here to maybe help someone else. If the PayPal account has an expired credit card attached to it, it could generate an error I received. Even if your main source of financing is your checking account or a different credit card, this could happen.

    After using my BB Pearl 9105 for almost 3 years, I can not connect to PC more (I still menu with choice of 3 options on my smartphone when I connect, but when I click on that option "usb" or "charge", the menu appears again).

    In addition, make sure you use only the root USB ports... without hubs (sometimes the front-end ports are hubs... use a rear USB port). And don't forget to try to disable the USB power management in the configuration of your system (Device Manager).

    Check also on the incompatible software... it was reported that NTI Shadow Ninja & software can cause a conflict; Remove and reinstall the desktop software BB allows to install correctly.

    My apologies in advance if this is redundant - there is no way to be sure that if you have already seen and tried these. Also apologies if all are not currently available... RIM takes their monte and descends at will as they revise things.

    Hello need help. My Blackberry Curve 8520 (OS 5.0.0.1036) does not connect to the server. It shows my network (Vodafone) and gets a strong signal; makes and receives calls; connect wifi; but it is also completely static. After the first Setup email screen I get: your device has a connection to the server problm.  (I think it means the Blackberry server?)  So I can not connect any email.  Very well in my other near-identical Curve 8520 Sim Card work.  How can I do please?  Y at - it a reset or software update is complete I can undertake?     I can help you with the it policy... lack of procedure for access to the BES server, this (and only this) cleanse a BB to an it policy:

    If you do a backup/restore, don't do this basically... rather, backup/restore only the databases specific you need (for example, calendar, contacts, messages, etc.) and more precisely to avoid data bases having something to with COMPUTER policy, business, etc.. If you restore those, the it policy will be conscientiously restored to the device, and you will be right where you are now.

    As for a BES Server trying to reach out... There is nothing that I can offer you. Your best bet is to talk to your provider and make sure you have no BES-level service enabled on your account of them. Who should (note 'should'... is there no guarantees) prevent a BES server to reach out and the reactivation of your device.

    forgotten my password.  When I go to the login page, I get my e-mail address, click on 'forgot password' and it comes up with a new page where I get my new email address, and there is a picture of 6 letters/numbers that I'm typing in order to reset my password.  I type in exactly as stated, click on 'submit' and it comes up saying "image does not correspond to" or something like that.    I entered it exactly as shown.  No matter how many times I do it, he only says 'no match' - so, I can not connect, or if I can reset my password.  To make things worse, there is no method communicating with blackberry, or anyone who is competent in order to obtain assistance.

    Seems I am dead in the water and locked forever.  It seems that many others have the same problem with no path for resolubion.

    You must call Sprint, they are your software first line and the device's hard support channel. If they cannot solve the problem, you must ask them escalate the problem to a support technique level RIM. They will, and if they do not offer to do so, you must request this firmly.

    I downloaded the BB travel via App World app on my torch running OS6 today. I was not able to connect successfully to all. I was able to register and I am now able to access my account through my mobile browser. However, when I try to access the app on my phone, I get every time a "Connection failed" error.  I tested the connection, and the two IPPP for BIBS and Wi - Fi works very well. I'm not having problems of connectivity than this app. I did a battery pull and deleted, rebooted and reinstalled the app.

    Does anyone have a solution for this?
