  I don't know what happened, but while in a list of messages, I can't see the menu when I press the menu key. I can not open emails or texts either. The watch hourglass but I never get to see the text on the next screen. It seems that something is locked but I can't find the "secret code" to unlock it, ha, ha.

  Have you tried resetting the device? Remove the battery when the device is turned on... and then check the issue.

  When you go to your home screen, press menu and all show. Make sure that your message of what icon is there.  He comes across as an email.

  OK... so you should do the last thing that I have loaded... contact your operator for formal support. It's them you pay for your service... and they deliver it.

  My Blackberry is a little more than a month and for some reason I can't see all my SMS, MMS or e-mail using the landscape.  The tilt function still works with everything else, but even if I opened my main menu then in the landscape, the message list opens in portrait mode.  Any ideas?  I have not touched one of the parameters.  Help!

  try removing the battery for 15 seconds then replace and see if the problem is resolved.

  How are you trying to delete a message that you can't find? I don't understand this.

  Tips to clear the message unread... try them in the order.

  If you have a new icon rogue Message on your home screen, or a negative number (-1), one of these solutions could erase or reset:

  Try these options:
  * Hard Reset BlackBerry now ALT CAP (right Shift key) and DEL (or with the BlackBerry power, remove the battery and reinsert the battery)
  Messages > saved Messages
  Messages > view folders, check each folder (calls, SMS and MMS, and boxes, saved missed boxes, browser, phone logs etc.)
  * Scroll at the top of the folder, on the title menu, click or tap to MARK PRIOR OPEN date
  Change your theme and see if it persists and return to your desired theme. (Options > theme > select.)
  * Clean and reload your OS.

  Call your carrier and ask mail books, they can send to you in less than 30 seconds, or you can do this through your operator's web page, connect your account and go to the installation and maintenance log, post send you.

  After this check, if you can send messages.

  Try this...

  Go to OPTIONS > ADVANCED OPTIONS > APPLICATIONS > TABLE of ROUTING HOST > then press Menu (BlackBerry) > register NOW.

  I just got the phone today and transferred all of my information in my previous BlackBerry Pearl, and it says I have 5 unread messages somewhere, but I can't find them.  I checked the Message box, but it shows that everything seems to be "read".  How can I find these messages "unread".

  On the main screen under messages, I show an SMS message (now 5 days).

  I select the message by using the trackball and click to open the message.

  I press the menu key and select Remove, confirm the deletion.

  The screen returns to the main screen of the BB Dimension today and the SMS is still there.

  I press the menu button, select "View file", I select SMS Inbox and he replys * No. Messages *-same for Outbos and Sim Card Inbox.

  MinmE good idea - I do too. When you are on this page, click the menu button and select "add to home screen '. This creates a shortcut. This is the best I have at the moment. I don't know they will fix in the next update x

  I have a SIM card in my phone with all my SIM Contacts on them, but I can't view my SIM contacts

  Searching for a while and found that I have to go to Contacts > in a Contact > press the Menu button and full goto Menu > I have the option there to move to SIM contact, but I don't see anywhere where it says Menu of Contact SIM!

  I know that contacts are certainly there because when somoene is trying to call me their contact details appear on the screen, but I can't see them in Contacts

  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  Now, try your calendar again. If it continues to not open, please give us some useful in detail... any error message?
