  I got it working now! It's all my stupidity that I forgot that I didn't start my headset in pairing mode correctly. Finally, I read the manual on the motorola site and its market not now!

  I want to add tasks on my Tour 9630. The instructions say to go to the home screen and locate the icon "tasks. My home screen doesn't have a task icon.   I installed the bb maps and made sure that it is installed by going to options > applications > module and the app is there. I checked in the folder downloads and applications and also checked that each icon in the menu, but again, I can't locate the application launcher.
  My carrier (vodafone) did not have a maps app, so I don't think it's to disable the app (to buy his app get blackberry or google etc.)
  Also, I do not have a bb data plan so I can't use google maps, so bb maps is my only choice.

• BlackBerry smartphones can not find the video I downloaded on my Storm!

  Finally, I thought I had this thing figured out.

  I downloaded my movie on my computer, hooked up to the storm and copied to the card carrier. Then I have medication and dropped the video in the videos folder.

  When I disconeected and went to watch isn't showing the title of the video on my Storm. I'm so aggrivated with this thing, I am seriously considering taking it back. I know that the video file is cause when I look under the heading memory I can see where the file took several evidence GB of space.

  There are two additional things, you can try (these usually resolve most of these problems).  First, pull the rear support card, wait a minute and reinstall.  It might just not have read since the time of the first media card and loading, be aware that if you have downloaded the movie in full (i.e. several GB worth), it will take some time for the phone to load it (probably on the order of about 5 minutes).

  If this does not work, the next thing to try is a battery pull - while the phone is turned on, remove the battery, wait 15 to 30 seconds, and then reinstall it.  The phone will take a few minutes to start up.

  These things will be hopefully get you operational return!

  On my BB Pearl

  Options > media card

  media card support: on

  encryption mode: no

  mass storage mode: on

  auto enable mass storage mode when connected: Yes

  Connected the phone to the pc using cable then slipped and dropped music to music for drive E: folder.

  Phone removed from the pc but the music, files are not always displayed to the top.

  If you have your connected device and browser, you can with Windows Explorer,
  Remove all bbthumb.dat files in the folder Music\.

  Unplug, then open the media application. And wait.

  This morning, I remember always be able to access my mediafolder in the Media folder, but now I can't find the icon of music anywhere, and when I say everywhere I mean like every folder on my phone. I always try to get a shot of my software upgrade [6.0 Bundle 2342]. I can always look for 'music' and the icon music is magically on search and I can play my music, but I can't find the icon anywhere else on top of that... What should I do?

  I just theBold on Orange in the United Kingdom and I do not see the maps app anywhere.  I can see it listed as version 4.6.0 under the list of Applications but can not see the software somewhere?

  If your provider blocks the passage of the icon (like AT & T) to another theme (Options-> themes) and see if you can find it. You may also download. Check mobile.blackberry.com from your BB browser.

  OK, so I downloaded an app (Greenfinder) and went through the whole process. They then told me the icon appears on my main page, but it did not. They said that if she does not then go downloads and move it. Well when I went to downloads is not there. I looked in every folder and cannot find it. When I went to download it I got a message saying that I have the latest download and did I want to continue and replace it so I did. Even after that I can't find the program.   First off the coast, on your device, go to Options > Advanced > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

  If Yes, proceed as follows: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  Now, look around again, homesceen, file downloads, applications, etc.
