  There are two kinds of Desktop Manager. There are:

  • Barebone Desktop Manager
  • Desktop Manager + Roxio Media Manager

  I forwarded the email with wav attachment to my e-mail host who also comes from my Storm. I was able to open and read this attachment wav file. I can play now also the attachment of my account to work on the storm. Not 100% sure that solved the problem, but it works now!

  I can send and receive texts, but I can't read the text screen.  When I choose the shortcut sms icon it brings up one of the emails I have.  In fact, I have three shortcuts email to three e-mail addresses of differeent on the main screen, but they all open just an address which is the same thing when I open the screen of text messages.  This happened only yesterday, and it works fine for 6 months, I searched for other complaints of this in the help section, but nothing.  Any help would be most appreciated.   As the PC or laptop requires the restart of our smartphone require also restarts to remove slow, whenever you feel any unusual just give a battery pull reboot I have; e while the unit is on the battery wait a min. then reinsert it wait until it restarts. You can also give a soft reboot by pressing alt + Shift R (aA ^) + DELETE.

  If you've got reliable sources (e.g., BBWorld) apps and they are therefore particularly compatible with your device and the OS level, then it is possible that you have a policy COMPUTER on Board that is blocking them. Reference:

  If you indeed have a political TECHNOLOGY and are part of a BES and environment, then stop now and contact your BES admins for help... only they can tell you if what you're trying is against them.

  If you have a COMPUTER policy and are not part of BES, then the question arises why the it policy exists on your device. In general, it's because you got 2nd hand device and the seller does not correctly clean it... refer:

  I got it working now! It's all my stupidity that I forgot that I didn't start my headset in pairing mode correctly. Finally, I read the manual on the motorola site and its market not now!
