  Have you talked with your provider, ATT? There is a service book that needs to be pushed to the device for MMS. They can send and view your account.

  Thanks for the advice, but I just solved the problem. I checked my firewall settings and messages has been set to blocked. I unlocked it and running my phone and now I get new text!

When I connect the bb to the computer and use the sw Office bb I see the pictures in the media section of picture on the pc but not the pictures in text messages.

  The crucial thing that I neglected was to save the images - after doing this, I was able to use both the sw Office of BB to see the images and the alternative method to view the images via the pc explore where bb appears as another drive. This basic information has been described probably somewhere but I can't find it.

  Have you tried and went to accept via Bluetooth? Some of the older software on the BBS, you need to go to the media file and say accept via Bluetooth. Consider the two features are already paired.

  MMS (what is "picture messaging") depends on your device having a good plan your provider BIS. BIS requires the reception on your device, Service books your provider. The ability to offer books to your device depends on your device is compatible with your network of carriers.

  So, with all this, I recommend that you re - contact TMO for you sure you meet all of these criteria... only they can tell you if your specific device model is even compatible with their network of data and more if they have configured a package of sufficient data to enable the MMS for you.

  I can't understand how to send photos or video via a text message.  Can I receive, and I know that my service allows me to send it, because I had my parents added to my plan (AT & T family plan) and they can also send photos with their phones from wal-mart for $10.  Whenever I have search the Internet how to do this, they show screen phone calls with the menu that lists several options for how send a photo, and one of them is text.  My phone does not have this option if, whenever I hit send on a picture my only three options are e-mail, bluetooth and Tag (don't know exactly what it is, but when you select it says to place the back of the two phones together, is not an option in SMS language).  In addition, nowhere in my menu when composing a text find an option to add attachments. so I can send them this way or the other.

  HA, had fixed after only on the hour on the phone being bounced back from AT & T BlackBerry and vice versa. For anyone who purchases a phone off of the internet (ebay), even if it is new, it can be registered by a dealer or a supplier that offers no MMS messages and they will be blocked and do not come even to the top as an option on your phone. Your service provider will need to reactivate your phone with this provision.   I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  (1) registry HRT

  • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

  (2) remove and return Service directories

  • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
  • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

  (3) restart to take batt

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should talk to your provider of mobile services for formal support.

  I have a Blackberry Curve 9380. A few days ago I received a call and the image of "voicemail" appeared in the bar at the top of my blackberry. I checked my voicemail, but the symbol has not disappeared. Since then, I got no message text. Text messages I send are pass, but aren't other people send me. Thinking of as my Inbox is full, I deleted a few conversations, without result. My phone is fundamentally new and I have not made the adjustments to it. I drew a picture to show what I mean:

  

  I don't know if voicemail and SMS that the issues are linked. I went a week without noticing that text messages of others for me are not getting through, and I'm worried that I may have missed important messages. I plan to take my phone to the Bell store tomorrow but I would really appreciate it if someone here could help me!

  Try the reset device as mentioned below-

  When your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that minor problems with the BlackBerry.

  Hello everyone - I got this blackberry for only a few weeks - I noticed that not all of my text messages get to the recipient - for example, a 'test', my partner sent me a text message I received on the blackberry - I have tried to answer and on the screen that it says "pending" and a picture of a small red clock!  This does not happen to everyone in my contacts a few.  Someone at - it an idea of what the problem is?  Thank you very much.

  I read in the threads related to e-mail on this forum and have worked with Blackberry tech support people Sprint who assure me that there is an unknown problem on the side of the fence hotmail.  When I had my blackberry I got all my hotmail sent to the device without problem.  Last week I started to receive one of the two, then one of the three, then one of about 15 and now zero messages.

  Hotmail offers of course no help and no explanation and of course we can't forward hotmail messages to an other than microsoft e-mail account and I can't seem to enter with a gmail account.

  Anyone have any ideas on how to get hotmail to resume messages on my blackberry?

  I can send but cannot receive emails gmail on my blackberry of the flame.  The phone says e-mail is configured and sends very well but when I send test e-mails to her I get a MAILER-DAEMON failure notice.

  Interesting.  Try to set up a test gmail account and see if you can add that to your blackberry.  If this criterion into account work, then the question is between blueprint.org.uk and gmail
