I also tried the other controls, safety block, cache, pop ups etc works fine on IE. Hope someone has a solution. I've always liked firefox but not the most recent versions and a lot of changes.

  There are a number of active threads on the latest Flash player plugin (11.3) and the latest Firefox (12-13). Not all users have the same problems, but things to check are the following:

  3. scroll down and open the C:\windows\system32\macromed folder.
  4. open the Flash directory.
  5 click right FlashUtil9b.
  6. Select run as administrator.
  7. when the UAC prompt appears, select continue.
  8. follow the installer of Flash Player.
