  Somehow, it seems that the problem was occurring when I got my hotmail account set up to receive facebook notifications and my hotmail account configured to deliver messages to my "BOLD".

  When I associated with my gmail acc facebook for what email setup for blackberry has been done already, it seems to work properly since.

  I have a blackberry bold 9000.  I downloaded an update this afternoon via Blackberry App World.  After the update and reboot, I get an eception exception Java lang null pointer exception error and my ICON of Message Tes\xt is missing and unable to receive text messages.

  I removed the battery while the phone is turned on and put it back in... No help

  I went to options and made sure the mailbox was created to separate instead of the handset.

  Hmmm... First of ALL, make another software.  Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for about FIVE minutes and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

  If it still fails, you will need to save and reload the operating system.

  Just got my blackberry "BOLD" yesterday but I am incapable of adult data to other phones via bluetooth. I have synced with devices and I am able to transfer my BlackBerry to them.

  Is there a setting on the phone that automatically kicks right now? I have the phones as being approved and encryption turned off the coast of the ease of fo but without success.

  Quick description of the problem:

  I assume you have an hotmail/outlook/live email address.

  Microsoft migrates all users to a different format.  WLM can be used, but may not be used in 'delta-sync '.  It must be used via IMAP.

  You must have the latest version of WLM

  

  You must remove the current account (after the registration of your data) and reinstall using IMAP

  I can't receive messages from sms with my blackberry 8830. I looked through all my records and can not find them anywhere. I can send and receive emails fine and send SMS with a problem.   I have several acouts hotmail.  I want to start using Outlook Express (or Eudora or other) as my email on my PC client but want full access to my emails on remote PCs via Explorer.  Outlook Express will download all the messages in my Inbox in?  Will he disappear from my hotmail account?  Or is he just leave my only hotmail accounts?

  Also, remember that access to a POP mailbox has no notion of folders.  Only what is in the Inbox will be visible to any client POP, whatever you use.
