  Uninstall all the os of your pc. Then install 4.6 os first and then copy the input of the policy module. Then paste it somewhere else. Install the 5.0 os and paste the module into the exactsame folder where you copied previously. And then upgrade your operating system what Chinese input you need? Stroke or pinyun?   First off, I want to say thanks to anyone who takes the time to even post a reply. I'm new to blackberry, well I've had my blackberry for a little over a month now. The problem is that when I open google to search for something sometimes my results are like black or like this->______with a few pieces of the resuklts appear. Even when I click on a results page will appear with some information but then half blacnk. This is the second time that this has happened the first time it happened wasacouple weeks and it was fixed once I turnedit off then turn it back on. Ive fact that now, but there is still no positive result. Please help me!

  Have you tried to access it from tbe application so the hub? Did you change any information on your phone recently? Maybe update your profile bbm take-away? Have you tried pulling your battery for a hard reboot? You leave the phone on and remove the battery, count to 10. Then replace and put it back on. I hope this helps.

  I have a notification icon on my home screen is - a clear blue semicircle with a lowercase "i" in it.  Please, for the love of God, someone tell me what it is.

  OK, took a while, but I finally found what was the notification icon.  I was sent a blackberry messenger application community contact.  One of the guys at work just got a new blackberry and referred a request to add to my contacts.

  I had to swith to a different theme, and then I saw the notification icon.

  My guess is that there is confusion in the software... I remove the blackberrydesktop of user/username/library/application support folder restart the mac, repair permissions and try again... If this does not work, you may need to disable some cache (using Onyx).

  I have the new Style, just got it 3 days ago and I'm still learning... it's my first smartphone...

  The icon is just below my signal icon and a telephone receiver (the receiver is put down) with an arrow hitting and bounces off. I have no idea of what it is and cannot find it on other forums... someone has seen this before? He is not one of the icons of calls missed, placed or received...
